Great mechanic. The people who left negative reviews are WRONG! Marcus Bracewell is not a racist and he does not rip anyone off. I have used him multiple times and I always get great service. He is the best mechanic in town. BTW I'm not from Cairo and so as an outsider here I'm telling you they do great work!

Mr. Bracewell met me at the door. He was very friendly and professional. I left the car with him to diagnose. He called to let me know what the problem was and to Ok the repair. I can't ask for better than that! Great experience.

Do not use this place. Took my daughters 2016 Honda here to get the air checked. Spent 1300 on a new compressor. The air was still not getting cold. Took it back and the manager claimed it was working correctly. It was cooler to ride with the windows down . Ended up taking it to Stallings Motors. It didn t have any Freon in it and a hose needed to be replaced that was leaking. A waste of 1300!!!Service: Auto A/C recharge

Most honest mechanic I've ever hired. He is the only mechanic I have work on vehicles. He is the only one I've ever recommended. Keep up the good work guys, I'm a customer for life.

They are more there to serve white customers. If you're white, I would certainly recommend them. However, if you're an ethnic please find another repair shop. He chumped my boyfriend and I off without even trying to fix my car and SyrupMaker Auto Lot sent us there. After the poor treatment, we've found another place. They fix the police cruisers, as well though so maybe if you're Bougie, go here but if you're looking for a bargain go elsewhere.
