Older guy literally threatened to shoot my son for walking past the gate to get his car that had already been released earlier!! The younger lady in the front was extremely understanding and helpful. Taking in consideration that we live an hour away and had to come back twice bc my son left his keys at home that guy was beyond rude and hot headed!!! The one star is for the lady that helped
