Went to install new tires on wheels. When wheels were loaded on the truck was afternoon late and didnt noticed it. But the morning after with good light I seen all wheels were clearly scratched in the area around the holes. How do you work guys?? Never again!

i visited this place almost 10 times .. each time they tell me they can't do my service for a different reason ..i've given it a try today one more time .. and i was told that they have appointments all the time till 7 pm and asked me to leave ..looking at the center from inside, there was no single car being serviced or waiting for service .. people working in this place do not actually work - at all -

I needed to replace a tire on a pickup truck, but they couldn t because the mounting bolts were deformed. Either there is no appropriate qualification, or there are no appropriate tools. In other places everything was done in 15 minutes. Although the staff is very polite and friendly.

I had a great experience there today, they didn't try to upsell me on the oil change or any other thing. I would really like to thank Hadden he went above and beyond what normal customer service I typically get. He was very thorough and gave me some great recommendations on things I need done on my car. 5 star experience and employee.

I found the staff to be rather accommodating for the situation. And to those of you naysayers - it's Walmart you knew that when you went there. You went there for the same reason we all do -it's cheap

First time customer.Last time customerWent for a synthetic oil change for $48, top treat for $10 and look at one tire for possible damage. In the end I was charged, $12 for top treat, $10 for an oil filter because they had to get it off of store shelf, $19 for labor. Three of my tires were brought to 31psi but the tire in question was 38psi when I drove my car of the lot. Yet on my receipt all tires were noted at 31psi.No one called to inform me about additional cost for an oil filter. I assumed that was customary. No advised me of labor cost. Why should I have to adjust the psi in a tire I expected Walmart to service? The only plus was cost of the Top Treat was adjusted at check out. This is a one and done for me. I will no longer use Walmart auto care service.

Place has gone downhill. Backed up on appointments so the last thing theyre worried about is walk ins. One hour so far and my car hasn t even been moved in yet. Too slow way to slow here.

This place is ridiculous, no one wants to work. Everytime I come in and try to get service it's filled with excuses. Brought my jeep in today for tire rotation. With only 2 cars in front and an employee sitting down on their phone. Said it was going to take 3 plus hrs. If you don't want to pay more for better employees, then just shut it down!

This center is a complete waste of time, literally. Had an 11am appointment after 3 hours of being there the tire job still was not even started. There were two mechanics there as well as the manager, James Bulman. Neither one of them even seemed competent to do any kind of work on a vehicle. They seemed uninterested in any thing and offered zero help what so ever. After 3 hours I just ended up leaving and having the work done elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend ANY vehicle work being done here ever. Beware.

Dropped my car for an oil change, gave them the vehicle information (1999 Nissan Sentra GXE 1.6L). 2.5 hours later got a call that they cannot do the engine oil so I headed to the store. The guy said that they cannot do the engine oil because the 2.5L engine is not in their books??? They will never find it, IT IS A 1.6L, why they were looking for a 2.5L beats me. They would have gotten the right information if they have looked for the info I gave them, info is also on the labels under the hood or by the VIN number.

Very prompt and good service and affordable pricing and they also launched online scheduling making things much easier.

Severely understaffed!!They will only make appointments for new tire purchases. Everyone else must wait and hope that the technicians finish the tire appointments early so that their service can be worked in. Pathetic

This is the best place to get an oil change for cheap.

My best friend ordered tires and he was far away and needed me to pick them up. He sent me his ID, all barcodes to scan, the order number, and by the instructions of the auto center employees, he called Walmart.com to add me as an authorized secondary pick up person. The online employee said she updated their system and added notes. They still did not allow me to pick up the order. I talked to a handful of employees. Ultimately I was told to come back with my friend. I came at 6:30 when they close at 7 and an employee told me they closed at 5. Another employee told me there wasn t a single manager workin at the night shift who could help. After 20 minutes or so a manager came and got the tires for me. This was the most ridiculous experience I ve ever had.

Came two hours before close to replace one tire because I got a flat. Turned me away and said that they didn't have time even though I was driving on a donut. There was only one person other than me there. I asked the worker to just to replace ONE tire which shouldn't take more than 15 minutes but he insisted that they are closing. Worse service ever.Services: Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Was treated very rudely from the moment I pulled up. I went for a simple tire change and was told there would be a two hour wait because there was one person ahead of me who needed all 4 tires changed! Changing a tire should never take that long. Looking around the shop, I didnt see anyone doing any actual work. Just standing around talking to each other and shooting dirty looks at people. I've never had such a horrible experience at a Walmart. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

This place was so incredibly slow it was astonishing. Came here for a basic oil change, slowly killed time for TWO hours before they called to inform me that they couldn't complete my oil change because a stick was missing. I had my oil changed 3 months earlier with no issues, and they made no effort to troubleshoot in any way. This was on a weekday evening with only two cars ahead of me. A complete waste of time - and I can only imagine how much longer it would have taken if they had gone on to complete the oil change! The staff was polite but entirely unhelpful and overwhelming slow.

Awful experience. I arrived, pulled in, no one approached my car for 10 minutes. When they finally did I greeted with a smile said hello was returned with a what do you want today. Oil change please , his response the wait will be long. From his attitude I knew I should have left but was in deep need for this change so just said okay and went along with it. I go to shop for a while, a hour pass I ran out of the things to buy. I go sit by the auto section. 2 hours pass and finally I m like how long for my car. Oh it s done. Why did no one call me, the rude guy from the beginning typed in the wrong number. This is not the first time I received awful service from them but this will be the last. Firestone does tire rotation and oil changes for $25. So Walmart will not be getting my $32 every two months.

The representative that helped me was very professional. However, when they finished working on my vehicle, my car was pulled out of the work bay & parked in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes before anyone even came over to tell me it was ready. I wouldn't normally trip over something like this but on this particular day I was in a hurry & I conveyed that to the technician before he even began to work on my car.

My first experience there was good. The price was very fare. They changed my oil no problem in my Equinox. The problem arose when I took my mom's Camry in. They said they couldn't get the oil filter off so they couldn't change my oil, after I'd waited over an hour. Walmart said to try Toyota. Needless to say, I was not happy. I ended up going to Pelican Bay in Buford (Not Toyota) and they changed it no problem saying Walmart just didn't want to change my oil.

I came in for an advertised oil change for 44.95. When I came to get the vehicle they charged me close to $63.00. The explanation of the additional charge was that the special only included 5 quarts not 7. So without my knowledge they pulled a classic bait and switch. The explanation was further justified with the comment...... Its the same anywhere you go. My rebuttal was simple. I didnt go everywhere else I came here, which wont happen again. If you dont service your customers you will soon run out of customers to service.

Supposedly you have to make an appointment for tires and yet they never answer the phone so you can make an appointment. I went there, went to Auto Care and tried to set up an appointment but the computer was down for appointments. So I go this morning at 9 am, when they open the Auto Care and guess what there was an hour and half wait. The Worse.

Went there to get tires put on my truck. Told them as I was leaving I needed a oil change as well. The woman acted like it was a act of god to add that on to my ticket. And acted like they didnt want to do it. So I said dont worry about it. So I left my truck there. Over 3 hours later. They called to say they couldn't mount my tires. That their machine wasnt big enough. Shouldn't they know that before hand? Needless to say they wasted half my day. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere. And I will never be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 65 years. Arrived at 7:30 am when they were supposed to open at 7:00. Had to corral an employee to ask questions. He kept ignoring me and the other customer standing there. When I asked for a manager, he told me he didn't know because he was new. It is 10:55 am and I am still waiting. Then he did the check in wrong and I had to show ID to get the car. GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!!

Happy with the product and price but service was terrible. I got 4 tires and was told it would take 2 hours which was ok but it took 3 hours. Tech spent a lot of time on his phone.

I arrived at 11:58 am today and it took them hours to do an oil change, restore my headlights and a tire rotation ( they never did the rotation.). I am told by Charles that they can't rotate my tires because I don't have enough tread on my back tires. Flabbergasted, I reply how can that be when the tires only have 8,000 miles on the 4 tires and the tires have a 60,000 mile tread life? The response was "We don't guarantee tires. You will have to call the manufacterer." I then ask for the manager. He tells me he is the manager. I tell him I want to speak to the manager above him. He continues to tell me that they don't know how people drive and they don't guarantee tires. As I try to speak he is talking over me. I ask again for his manager. He tells me if I want another manager to speak to to go out on the floor and find one. He walks away and I ask the girl behind the counter if she could call the manager for me. After waiting and waiting a gal comes up and asks what the problem is. I explain that the tires only have 8,000 miles on them and their paperwork supports this. The tires have a 60,000 mile tread life. She agreed that at 8,000 miles they tires should have enough tread on them. She calls another manager. He goes into the shop area to look at the tires. Then Larry who is the manager or assistant manager of the auto department comes out with the older manager. He tells me that there was a mistake. That the tech who measured the tread didn't read the gauge correctly and that in fact my tires did have good tread on them. Shouldn't techs know how to read a gauge? In our Driver's Education classes we would tell our students to use a penny to check the tread depth. And many times we would take our class outside and show them how the penny works to check that there is in fact enough tread. We stressed how important it is to have good tires and brakes on their vehicles. So, I definitely know when tires have proper tread depth and if in fact there wasn't proper tread depth then it was because of tire defect. Instead of getting excellent customer service, I got treated like I was stupid. It took two more hours and speaking to two more supervisors, Michael and Brandon to finally get my car finished by 3:09 pm. So beware especially if you are a female. Be prepared to be treated as if you are stupid if you go to this particular Walmart Auto service. Keep checking to ensure they are actually working on your vehicle because I checked several times and no one was working on my car. It was NOT busy when I pulled up to have my vehicle worked on. As I sat there, people were turned away because they didn't have batteries that for people's vehicles and the last time I was there with a nail in my tire I was told they didn't have any valve stems and I went to the Walmart by the Mall of Georgia. These are things they should never run out of. I know as I was the Master Planner for It Marlow Pumps and correct use of the "MRP" and proper expediting will enable a company to rarely run out of parts. If everybody gives outstanding customer service, managers would not have to deal with complaints and could focus on other important things and customers would be happy and give good reviews of the company and their employees. Unfortunately, this Auto Service center has a very long way to go. My advice, don't go to this service center.

Noone wanted to help. One persone sent me to another who didnt even address me. The cashier told the second person to help us and he said he was t stopping what he was doing to help. The cashier sent us back to the first who never came back to see me. 25 minutes and I was addressed 3 minutes in but not helped. 20 minutes later I left.
