Nothing really special, the price for an oil change is good, but every time I asked for a tire rotation I've been given a reason why they couldn't do it on that day.

Worst Walmart and tire center everNobody there, nobody cares, we were told someone coming 3 times and we got total ignore stillVery rude employees, if you find one.Where is everyone, how is store open if there is no employees or manager anywhere to be found all day

Amazing experience! Never had such a good experience with Walmart and I always get oil changes at other Walmarts. Not anymore. I ll definitely be coming back to this specific one. They helped me and answered my questions thoroughly and got me out in only 15 minutes.

Both times in the past month I have used this Auto Center I have gotten great service. Aaron and the young black female who s name begins with a C have been super helpful, very quick, and work hard. There s another gentleman an older tall black man who is always working hard to put things away. He always checks to make sure customers are being helped or he stops to help them himself. I have been thoroughly pleased with the services I ve received from this morning crew.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

It's never opened during it's posted hours, and no one will ever answer the phone...not even the main store number.I've been there three times in the past two weeks...late afternoon or early evening to get service...no employees to be found. Times have all been between 4-7 pm. The posted hours are 7-7.I went elsewhere for the oil change.

Grew up in Buford. Was back for family emergency and needed an oil change.Went over and explained situation, they seemed very friendly and sympathetic to the situation. Spent around $50.About 3 days later, back on the road out of state, discovered they DID NOT change the oil filter. Don't even know if they even changed the oil. Too far to go back. Had to go elsewhere and pay again for a TRUE oil/filter change. Very disappointed and will not go back.

This is NOT a review on the automotive service which is top notch, it's a reminder from Google that I had called this department recently, did I want to write a review. Well, I did call them, multiple times on multiple days and not once did they ever pick-up the phone. I'm sure it was due to maintaining their level of service standards.Honestly, bought two batteries with a 1 year warranty. Both went bad, wouldn't fully charge. One wouldn't charge at all. In the 12th month I returned them both. The department manager tested the batteries and I left with 2 brand new batteries with a 1 year warranty on each.Not bad for a bad battery at bat. ...Ugh!

2 hours wait in the lube waiting for oil change there are 4 people in the lube were working on 1 car. People just walking around doing nothing! Stay on the phone. I just need someone to come and talk to us and let us know how long we have to wait instead of ignoring us! This was my second visit to the Auto Care center at this Walmart and I am a very satisfied customer. I got an oil change, tire rotation and had the wiper blades changed in about an hour or less. The employees were courteous and very helpful. I shopped for a few items in the store while I waited and when I walked up to the counter my keys had just arrived. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. I choose to drive past the other Buford Walmart on Sardis Church Road now in favor of this location. My last time there took almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I will not do it again. I've gotten much better service on Buford Drive.

Cherylin was awesome. She helped me with a big issue that I had with my order. Ordering four tires at once and only getting three was not that fun. It took over two weeks to get the forth one to the store. If you ever need an advocate she is on your side.Thanks a $1,000,000.

Very poor service from Auto Technician "Angie." Angie displayed an unfriendly demeanor with me and two other customers consecutively. Angie sub-vocalized a negative comment after the customer decided not to get an oil change with synthetic oil after finding out that his car required it. The customer took less than 45 seconds to make the decision. I could her make a negative statement about this customer after he had departed.I came here to purchase 3 more tires to match the 1 tire my wife had purchased recently. Angie stated that the only tire matching the size I needed was a $95, 45,000 mile rated tire. I had to explain to her that Walmart probably had our last purchase in the database. She reluctantly looked at our account after being requested to do so. After finding that purchase, Angie stated that they had 6 of that tire type. I asked what the price of that tire was and she stated that it was about the same as the one she quoted. Angie ignored my request to quote the exact price and started pressing question to me as if to deny the answer to me. I repeated the question and she stated that the other tire was more expensive.After this, a very friendly customer greeted Angie with question. Angie told this customer he would have to go ask one of the technicians in the service area that. The customer was surprised at that and asked Angie if she worked here. Again, Angie displayed poor customer service skills. Incidentally, this gentleman just came back into the waiting area, greeted me and asked how I was. He stated that the was going to take one of the free magazines. As he left, he was stopped by Technician Bree who advised him that the magazines were not free. The customer presented the magazine "NASCAR Pole Position" and showed her the "FREE" banner highlighted in orange at the top of the front page. It was appropriate that Bree verified that this was a free publication, but the manner she used was also poor. The customer left stating "Wow, you're just as unfriendly as the other lady!" You both don't smile!So, in closing, I understand and accept that the beginning of the work day might not find you at your best, but you are working with customers who's patronage helps to secure your employment. At least greet them with a smile and offer them the benefit of your training.

BJ and Skyler have the best teamwork to replace GoodYear tires on Sep 8 and they are really honest with super customer care. I recommend this place for the tire replacement and so on. Great job!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought 2 new tires at walmart website. I only requested not to change the tire valves. They did not balace the new tires they put on because according to them it is not included. On the paperwork, it shows that I declined tire balance which is false.

This Walmart's Auto Care should be close. They are sooo lazy they told me that they couldn't get my oil filter off and that i should go back to where i got it done before so they could loosen. Literally went home and did it myself with no struggle of oil filter being tight. Its literally business they are losing and the Manager of it is going with it clearly with the review below me.

I'm very surprised at all the negative reviews here!I visited this walmart today and found myself lost in the auto care aisles looking for a tail light bulb. Angie (I think her name was) passed me with a smile to begin with. I forgot to get another gentleman's name but he approached me looking at light bulbs and offered to help me find the correct one as my car make and model didnt have the bulb listed in the little bulb finder resources they had. He had me follow him to ask the service manager, Walbert, if he could assist in installation and Walbert said yes. All three of them were very friendly and we shared conversation and laughs throughout the process.To my surprise, when I went to get my car after the lightbulb change, they had even vacuumed my car mat.Great service & people at this location!Thank you guys!

Very rude service. Wasted 30 minutes just for them to call me and the lady tell me in a very nasty rude way they can't get the oil lid off to change the oil. Went right up the street to express and they had no problem at all. Pure laziness and incompetence. Will not be back and do not recommend. Go to Express to get your oil changed. Do not waste your time or money here.

There's never anyone at the desk (auto service center). How do they get any customers? Phones never answered.I needed to ask a question about possible tire work (a quick & easy job) but the dude told me to go inside... where there is no one to receive customers..I'll go elsewhere.

When I say horrible I mean HORRIBLE! Called 3 times. The phone was transferred by some child seems like and it was never answered. Ended up paying $30 more for a battery that I purchased from them 3 years ago. Oh well, you can't make someone embrace integrity. Do not go here unless you have time to waste!!

Terrible!! Bought tires for a decent price, but then they busted my wheel cover and no one would admit to it. Managers run from you when your trying to get help (where's Jamal???) what a joke. Its worth paying more money somewhere else. Sad because Ialways liked Walmart.

Got my oil change there. Waited an hour to find out they somehow screwed my battery so they had to recharge it for another hour. Month later I m getting a leak from my car and saying it needs an oil change. 100% that it s their fault too.

Worst experience and waste of time . Everyone was sitting around and i was told that they were not doing anymore work even tho they close at 6 . It was 4:45pm .

The only competent help in this place is Angela. Ridiculous how long I waited to check in. Watching technicians run around like idiots asking what to do when there are a line of cars waiting makes me never want to come back

Have been sitting at the tire entrance for over 10 minutes with 6 Wal-Mart employees walking around. Only 2 people working. Manager standing around joking with people. I guess others were right about the NO SERVICE!!
