The manager Jon was respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful even on an extremely busy day. The technician Trevor was not only officiant and fast he was knowledgeable and respectful of our time and what we needed. I would recommend these two to anyone with their vehicle needs. Great job gentleman keep up the hard work and dedication.

Setting up an appointment was very easy. Staff was immediately helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Staff was extremely helpful explaining services and repairs. They were also helpful explaining how long the wait would be and the pricing. I feel like I got great service and I will definitely be returning to Tires Plus for my automotive needs in the future.

I visited Tires Plus a couple of weeks ago. I was absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience. The employees were very nice, professional, and quite attentive. The place was nice, clean and inviting.

Was Broken down and had many fears. Tired Plus gave me great advice as always. Makes you feel like family every time I walk in, no matter how busy a chaotic. Never wants to change for things I really don t need.

Went for wheel alignment was told needed lower control arms was quoted almost $1000.00 dollars. Did it myself for under $300.00. Went back for wheel alignment was told had lose bolts B/S. Then said my front and rear end was bounced. I installed new front struts about 3 months ago and new air shocks in the rear end. After I told them the front struts were new and rear shocks also was told they could not do the wheel alignment. Yeah since they could not get any more money from me for unnecessary work.

Dishonest.Lied about:- Not being able to give me a paper receipt- Wouldn't give me the full receipt because they refunded me incorrectly- Said the receipt would be emailed ( still hasn't been emailed )- Tried sleight of hand to throw the 2nd page of the receipt out on first print- Had them print another one and I had to point to the second page in the printer to get the actual total.- Acted like he didn't know what that page was. ??? Obvious lie because he's supposedly the manager (Jon)Only wanted to charge me $11 more but its the lying and the principle at hand. Once you get caught being dishonest once, you're then forever a dishonest mechanic in my book. And alot of times its hard to pinpoint dishonest work. Not in this case

I needed to change a tire on my pickup truck and went to Walmart, but they couldn't help me because the mounting bolts were warped. And in this place everything was done very quickly, the staff were professional, very polite and friendly. Good price. I recommend to all.

I used their service several times. And those guys never disappointed me. I�m a little finicky with car services, and they definitively know what to do. I had tires replaced, balance, alignment, and never an issue. Definitively will keep using your service.

This place is great. They always so such a great job of explaining things and working to help out with the price when possible. I always feel like they have my best interest especially for someone that doesn't know a lot about cars.

Tires Plus staff are always very helpful in explaining the work to be done, how long it will take, and providing a cost estimate. Excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have a small business and Jon has taken care of me on multiple occasions for our trucks and trailers. Again today, I came in needing tires bad. This place can kick rocks.Charged me $120 for an oil change, and a car inspection.I needed a new tire, and they were going to charge me $185 for it.Left, and my brake light continues to turn on and off.Went to Mavis. $116 for a new tire, full alignment, and balance.Will NEVER go to Tires Plus, again.

BEWARE! DISHONEST! THEY TOOK OFF THE SENSOR TO MY ENGINE FILTER AFTER I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE! THEN TOLD ME TO COME IN AND THEY'LL LOOK AT IT! THIS DIDN'T MAKE SENSE BECAUSE MY CAR NEVER SHOOK OR WANTED TO CUT OFF BEFORE. I TOOK MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT TIRES PLUS TOOK OFF THE SENSOR TO MY ENGINE FILTER TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME! WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER ALAN WAS UNAPOLOGETIC AND DEFENSIVE! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN! THE SARDIS ROAD LOCATION IS RIGHT NEXT TO A CHRISTIAN DANCE SCHOOL, MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THEM! DISGUSTING!!! THEY PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER!

This business refused to even touch my car because it was from the 70s. None of my modern cars will ever come here.Update to your response. Why should I provide with my information when you turned me away the first time. I hope you guys go bankrupt.

Had my break done there last month and the my was still making noise when I left. So I gave it 2 weeks went back they put oil on them and My breaks still making squeaking sound paid almost 700 for my breaks to still squeak. Worst place to take your car

Do not go here if you have AWD and one of your tires can t be patched/plugged. They will make you buy 4 tires, and if you don t they will not service you. This happened to me and 2 other people that went here with AWD.

I bought 4 tires and an alignment from a different location before leaving for a road trip. As I was driving my truck started shaking so I looked up the next closest tires plus and ended up here in Hamilton mill. The staff and manager were very accommodating. They helped me immediately identify the issues. To get me back on the road. It ended up that the other tires plus failed to balance. My back tires put wheel weights in tighten the camber and caster and complete the alignment. This could have been a deathly nightmare. I am so grateful to the staff, especially Alan and John! Highly recommend for their customer service.

I went to them for an issue that ended up needing to be taken to the dealership, so they waived the diagnostic fee. I asked them to do some maintenance while my car was there and they were able to get it done within the time frame that I needed, despite running into some issues with my car along the way. They called me to get approval before doing anything and also went over the cost beforehand. Everyone was very communicative and super nice!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great people! Very honest!A dealership had told us that we needed a new belt on my truck. The mechanic took me out to the shop and showed me that my belt looked like it was almost new!He said that they had to be honest with their customers; I certainly appreciated their honesty!
