I was having a problem getting a panel open by my tire to replace a turn signal light. So I stopped in hoping somebody could help me and William came to my rescue. He came outside looked at the panel went back in got the right tool and not only did he get it open for me but he went ahead and put the turn signal in for me. Great employee great auto parts store highly recommend five-star establishment thanks again William.

If you need real help you go to Bobby. Great man. If you want some one to try to up sale you on some thing you don t need ask Anthony. Anthony is an employee at the location and the man confused a fuel pump relay with a gas pedal. Tried to up sale my ole lady a gas pedal because she has a bad sensor. It s bazar you think you don t need this is what Anthony said. I ve been going to Oreilys for years. I know Zach, Bobby, and Cornell and the list continues. This guy Anthony has pissed me off. Anthony doesn t believe that a woman can have common knowledge on her own truck. Anthony was very rude and said obviously he knows nothing about vehicles or he just wanted to meet a higher sales quota for the month. I will continue to shop here but this dudes gotta go.

Cory and Jordan were extremely phenomenal. I passed by because I was having issues with installing a light on my car, they were able to help solve the issue of my car. They were very patient, friendly, and went above and beyond. I am so grateful that they were there to help me. I highly recommend this location, to either buy car tools or to inquire about issues with your car.

Customer Service is great at the Hamilton Mill Rd location. They are always very helpful. I wanted a part that was out of stock, they refer me to Advance Auto parts next door and the nicest young man Gavin helped me put it on my car. I always go there first for any parts my car needs.

I had to wait quite a while before anybody would even acknowledge that I was there. Not exaggerating, I was standing around for about 15 minutes, with only two customers in front of me. Both of the other customers were talking to two employees behind the counter, and neither employee acknowledged me. There was no long line. When I did finally get help, they didn t have the product I needed, which is actually a fairly common item. Anyway, maybe I just got them on a bad day. I will give them another try in the future.

The manager (I assume by the way he barked orders to his employees) was so unbelievably rude with me during the entire transaction. From the moment I walked into the store the one employee that welcomed me in was shut down by being ordered to immediately clock out because he was no longer needed, then the manager took control of my transaction and belittled me and going so far as to laugh openly in my face at my lack of car knowledge and not believing me when asking for my name, it got to the point I had to spell it out for him. I would recommend going literally ANYWHERE else. I also feel very sorry for his employees, especially the very sweet older gentleman that was originally trying to assist me.

Todd is amazing, I don't trust anyone else. He can find parts no one else can. Very friendly guy. I drive past several parts stores just to know for sure I'm getting the right parts. Give that man a raise!

I had a check engine light pop up on my Honda Pilot with my 3 year old son, 4 hrs from home. I stopped in to this location with low expectations of a resolution because it's a parts store, not a repair shop. The store manager Lindsay ran a diagnostic check, recommended an inexpensive short-term fix, and assured me the vehicle wouldn't leave us on the side of the road. The cherry on top was her personality and sense of humor.

Michael was a big help, very knowledgeable (which is rare for "parts guys") very friendly too. I've been to a lot of parts houses and Oreillys more specifically. I'm usually not impressed enough to call a parts store "my store" but this is where I'll go from now on to get my parts.

Better off ordering your parts online at amazon yourself. This way you at least know the right part was ordered. And, typically costs half of what the store charges. I ordered a motor and window regulator assembly. They could get it for me same day for +\-$100. I found the exact same part for half that on amazon and the sales guy said with us you know you ll get the right parts. I said ok let s order it, I didn t want to chance it with the rain coming in. HE ORDERED THE WRONG PART!Good store if all you need is batteries, wipers, seat covers and car wash soap.

I've been coming to O'Reilly's for about 2 years now, for different projects with my cars. When i first started I didn't know much about cars, repairs, or how much i could do to my car on my own. The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have even helped me save hundreds of dollars in addition to helping m find the right parts as while as advising against certain unnecessary purchases. They have the customer in mind at all times and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. On my most recent project, involving car audio, Paul at the Hamilton mill location went above and beyond to help me ensure that I had a solid, great sounding, and non-damaging system in my car. He even explained why my previous set-up was damaging my battery and how to avoid it in the future. The prices are fair and the customer service is great and I refer all my friends to O'Reilly's.

Tom and Mathew really helped me in a tight spot to get a friend's car back together. I needed a gasket that was not there, but they got it delivered and I had it installed WAY before Super Bowl kickoff.

And the 3 stars is only for the one guy knowing somewhat about cars.I needed window adhesive, pretty common stuff polyurethane. Some old "should be long retired" guy walks casually by "never heard of it either" as I asked the clerk for it and he "did not know what it was"Fine forget about it....Then one day I come in for a oil cooler line, they wanted to sell me a transmission cooler line. Told them no it's a engine oil cooler line,then the guy behind the desk started to tell me."I do not think your truck (1996 S10 4.3l) has that"I looked at him chuckled and said "I am glad you do not work in a garage" and left. There is one guy seems like the manager that knows his stuff. The rest of them could not find their way around in a wet paper bag.

This store used to be great until kevin left since then the store has slowly went down hill. Id advise anyone to go the extra 20 seconds and visit advanced auto instead. If Oreilly has something cheaper just ask advanced to price match.

Don t waste your time going if it s past 8:30. We showed up at 8:49 and they were outside smoking. If this were my store I d be embarrassed. What lazy employees!

My son's 20 year old girlfriend came here for transmission fluid for her new car she bought 3 months ago. She had no idea what kind of fluid it needed. The gentleman at the counter looked it up for her, walked over to the shelf and picked up the bottle and then proceeded to tell her he wanted to go outside to check her fluid and make sure it was low as she obviously was unsure of the process. He checked her fluid and determined that it was a little low and he proceeded to pour the fluid into her car. Then they walked back inside the store where he rang up the fluid and asked her to pay in cash because their credit card terminal was not working. She paid and left. She made it about 1/2 mile up the road before her car started to cut out. She pulled over and after 25 minutes she finally got it started again and made it home, about 2 miles further up the road. After taking the vehicle to the Nissan Dealership, she was told that the entire transmission would have to be replaced because the WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID had been put into her car!!!!!Now O'Reilley Auto Parts is telling her that she has no proof that they did that because she cannot produce a credit card receipt proving it!I am so unbelievably disgusted with this place I am thinking about picketing out front to let everyone know how much they really care about the integrity of their customer service. The employee obviously did not know that a CVT transmission takes special fluid but he SHOULD HAVE! And the fact that he looked it up, picked it out and poured it directly into her car is the part that makes him 100% culpable for his actions. The store should offer to replace this sweet young lady's transmission free of charge for their unbelievably outrageous mistake. She is making car payments and cannot possibly afford another $3800 for a new transmission! This was not her fault in the slightest! I will never shop here again and neither will anyone that I know. I will let every single person I know, know what these people are all about. Irresponsible and unethical behavior! Mistakes happen, how you handle it tells me all I need to know about you. Shame on you OReilly Auto Parts!! Angelique Weaver
