Matt pearl is rude and aggressive not only did he threaten my job with doordash just because I wouldn't give him my phone to put his name ON IT BECAUSE I HAVE KIDS AT HOMe AND DONT NEED PEOPLE TOUCHING MY PERSONAL PHONE. And I asked to speak to his manager cause IT wasn't that serious and he refused to do so.

I can usually find the parts I need at a reasonable price at NAPA and usually pick up same day or next day. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The service here was amazing! Jeff dispatched my order timely and with a great attitude. He even found out where I can get some missing parts at other Napa locations. He s the man!

Went in to purchase breaks and was serviced By Brian. Amazing customer service and multitasking skills. It was not packed,but i think he could have used some help with them phones. Great service. Lots of parts for my"roadchild"

Visited this store when my vehicle wouldn t start in the parking lot. Requested for an employee to check my battery and if they could jump start it. Employee informed the battery was dead and ignored my request for a jump start. He then just walked away, didn't provide any helpful information. About 4 employees outside just standing there talking. Honestly felt like they didn t want to help. After 20 minutes, I went back to the store and requested a jump start from a different employee. He quickly got another coworker to jump start my car. Very upset how I didn t receive good customer service the first time I requested it.

Bought 2 batteries for my truck there. A week after i went back for something else and my battery died in the parking lot. I asked for a jump they just looked around at each other and it was silent so i asked if they had a jumpbox they replied NO but i seen one on the floor. They refused to help jump start my truck. So i went back outside and waited for 45 mins for some random guy to come into the store parking lot and i asked for a jump from him and he did it with no problem. I m a field tech with a large company and we use Napa daily so much so we have an account with them. I personally WILL NEVER go to this location EVER again. Worst group of people I ve ever seen in a Napa. I will definitely buy from Napa still but NEVER from this horrible store location. Customer service is not a priority there.

Called NAPA and was told they have the product in stock, drove 10 miles one way just to be told "sorry, our inventory is wrong, we actually dont have it", well... how about you update/fix your inventory so that customers dont waste their time, money and nerves coming there for nothing, so frustrating.

I came from gainesville to this Napa shop in Buford to purchase a polisher machine I m super excited they had it in stock their customers service is awesome very polite and awesome

In my opinion, you guide should change your policies whatever in helping your customers, especially those purchased your products and want to make replacement into their cars. For example, I went in today and asked to buy the windshields for my car and I asked the man to helping me to replace them into my car. He said he could not help me because of our policies. I believe that policies could be changed in order to make a good services for your customers otherwise you will lose thousands of customers in a year. When I stopped by Auto Zone, they do whatever it take to make their customers happy and the man came at the same time with me here fell the same way. I still give you 5* in order to wake you up and do whatever it take to helping your customers. This way you can save millions dollars in a years because of number of customer be back to you yearly. Thanks you for listening my opinion.

So my mechanic recommended I pick up my auto parts from Napa. I stopped into the NAPA store in Buford Georgia, and Kimberly was very helpful in sorting out everything I needed for my front brake job on my Ford F150. I've purchased many car parts before, but never brake components. I needed help with, pads, rotors, rear parking brake shoes, etc. even the other staff workers chimed in to help assist and make sure I was getting the correct parts I needed. Very happy customer and I will be back again! Thanks NAPA!

Hey guys,Needed a part for my Z28 Camaro and ended up at my neighborhood's Napa Auto Parts. I was helped by Bill and he was awesome. He found the hose I needed for Jack (Camaro's name) and Bill wanted to help put it on him, but they were short on help that Saturday, so I took it with me. I needed a smaller hose, but it wasn't in stock, so he asked me to call on Monday. He didn't have it. That part is hard to find, but he tried and I appreciate it. He promised to keep looking and for that I am grateful. If you need parts, see Bill. He will help you. God bless.

It's a roll of the dice when I go to napa. Way too often I get this feeling like I'm bothering the attendants. I usually limit my need to go there unless absolutely needed. It's a shame considering their ability to have hard to get parts on hand that most places don't.

Walked in, 2 people in front of me, got taken care of in less than 4 min. Got my part and was in and out in less than 5 min. Good job Napa!!

Spent about $900 to have my car rods done, rack I think and alignment. All pretty much in vain. Everything wasn't done right until I took it to my Honda manufacturer where they did it for no more than $500 and the job was done right. Moral ( In some cases they are not very competitive with prices...shop around your manufacturer might be cheaper ). Wish I had known.
