So many, many good things to say about Memory Lane RV and Jonathan! My dream was to own a motorhome and I found a 1995 Jayco in my price range. Thanks to Jonathan, the minor, and not so minor, issues I have had with the motorhome have been resolved, and she is better than ever. From the biggest job of replacing the entire roof to tutoring me in how one person can set up the awning, no job, large or small, has been refused. Jonathan is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and honest. There is nothing more I could want in someone that is helping me live out a dream. Thanks, Jonathan! Today Johnathan repaired our RV. I wasnt sure about all the 5 star reviews ( my comment actually was "nobody has a family that would write so many good reviews-maybe they are all real" but I am adding another. He is just that good. He was on time, bringing his son as a helper (no school today). He quickly assessed what needed to be done and just got started. He had all the tools he needed (he came to us) and was careful about our space. He spread a tarp to contain anything that spilled and any mess from his work. But it was a combination of his professional attitude, openness about what was needed, knowledge, experience, and enjoyment of a job well done that gives him 5 stars and i would give him 10 if i could. He serviced our generator and installed an UltraGuard rock guard with a very reasonable price and within a week of our first contact. We are feeling very safe knowing he is a resource for our RV travels.

Memory Lane RV was great. He arrived when he said he would, was very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and his pricing is reasonable. Plus he s a great guy. We ll have him back in the fall for more maintenance on our RV. He replaced wheel bearings for us today. Thank you Jonathan!

Extremely happy with the service I received from Jonathan.My slide-out was broke and thank God, Jonathan was able to fix it. And he also winterized my RV. As a widow, I have found it hard to find reliable people that don't take advantage but thank God,for Jonathan. My husband would be very grateful.

Jonathan the owner of Memory Lane RV, as incredible to work with. He was accurate with his diagnosis of my camper's issue. As well as prompt. He arrived when he said he would. He also completed the work when he said he would. I will never take my camper to the dealership again. You will not go wrong with hiring Jonathan. He does great work and is very reliable. He also came very highly recommended by others. I am sold!

10.28.23Memory Lane RV was referred to me by Camping World where I purchased my campers.Jonathan is a professional RV company owner, operator.I was pleasantly surprised by Jonathan's level of camper knowledge, how he responded to my questions about my campers with thoroughly answered responses.His level of RV knowledge is impressive.He is responsive in communication which is extremely important.I have worked with other RV technicians who were not reliable since my campers are permanently affixed requiring a mobile technician.We will schedule future RV repairs with his company for ongoing service as well.Thank you Jonathan!Dr. M

Fantastic Service! Jonathan was punctual and very thorough. Not only performed the winterization as scheduled but also was accommodating upon the discovery of a failed on-board valve which needed to be replaced to facilitate completion of the winterization. Luckily Jonathan had a replacement valve available and very graciously replaced the failed valve. Even though this unexpected finding added time and cost to the initial schedule, nonetheless the RV winterization and valve replacement were successfully performed and the total cost was very fair and reasonable.I will be contracting Jonathan again next winter for this service, and any other RV services which may be necessary whenever such occurs.Again. Fantastic Service!5+

* Jonathan came out again last minute on a rainy Friday afternoon to fix a leaky shower handle. Got us all fixed up and ready for the weekend! He even went over a couple other things that could be issues in the future so we can plan for them and get them fixed in the near future. He really knows what he is doing when it comes to campers. Great trustworthy person to have looking at your camper or RV!**We called on a Saturday morning about smelling gas outside the RV from the propane tank we had hooked up. He was onsite within an hour, found the problem within minutes, drove to get the replacement part and installed it all within a couple hours on a Saturday morning! Unheard of great customer service. Made sure we understood the issue, how it was resolved, and even tested the equipment inside that it was safe. We will be using Memory Lane Rv for everything going forward when we have any issues.

Jonathon did complete brake and bearing service, and replaced damaged propane hoses to the slide on my travel trailer. Fast service, cost a little less than the estimate. I will recommend him to others.

Jonathan really impressed me with his work. I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone! He charges reasonable prices, finishes the job quickly, and he came to check things out right away, while politely answering my questions (I'm new to full-time RV'ing). Most importantly, I never felt pressured during our interactions.

Jonathan was wonderful. He came to our campground the same day we called. He diagnosed our problem and ordered our replacement motor. The motor arrived the next day and he came out later that day to replace. It only took a short time and we were up and running again. Highly recommend Memory Lane RV.

This is the third RV repair company I ve turned to for an ongoing issue and he has been by far the best! Jonathan is prompt, courteous and goes above and beyond to get what you need done - and quickly! He fixed an issue we had for 2 years in 2 hours. I highly recommend him for any RV needs you have. Jonathan came out and addressed several issues on my 2018 Grand Design fifth wheel including water, electrical and wheel issues. Top of the line workmanship.ist repair fixed furnace.while working on our furnace discovered a water heater leak which turned it to be a water heater replacement.jonathan had a heater next day and installed.very reasonable rates .on time appointment/he is very knowledgeable and efficient.he is also doing maintenance on my roof in the near future.

Professional, punctual, knowledgeable and fair. Not only that Jonathan fixed my RV problem, but was kind enough to answer every question i had as a first time RV owner(and I had many). He kept me updated with the work progress and what to expect in terms of cost at every step. Plus he was willing to fix the RV in the parking lot saving me time and money. They were absolutely wonderful. Arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. Got my rv awning unwrapped from the tree it got stuck on and secured the arms. And they also helped me find a repair shop in another state that I can get the awning repair done at and a ballpark estimate of what it would cost me to fix it. And as bonus, they played with my dog and just made her day.
