My antique civic had some minor rust on the rocker panels and a few small dings that were really bothering me. They fixed it and I cant even tell you were the dents were before. It looks amazing, brand new, off the show room floor good! I highly recommend them.

This family owned auto body business in Buford, GA does amazingly great work. Very customer oriented. I have taken my cars there several times, and they have saved me lots of money by not doing repairs which weren t actually needed. Great communication between the business and the client. The body work itself was great, but they never had me sign anything authorizing work on the vehicle, and they never quoted a price other than the insurance appraisal, so I felt pretty uncertain about what kind of bill I would be facing in the end.They met the appraisal, and they worked with me to get my car back pretty quickly and they released the car to me even though the insurance company was late getting them paid. Overall I would go back.

Did a fantastic job on my wife's new Jeep that got attacked by a shopping cart. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an honest body shop where the job will get done right the first time.

I just received my truck today (7/24/15) from the shop at 4982 Bristol Industiral Way Buford, GA. The repairation that I believed that I agreed up on initially was for a tail light replacement. My truck was quoted on by my company that said they would cover the expenses for the repairs, after receiving a quote from the dealership which I bought my truck. My company recommend that I use your services, as you were recommendable, unfortunately I was dissatisfied with the service. When I brought my truck home today I noticed that it was never replaced, and that the only repairation was that the crack was filled. In addition, I also found scratches on the top of the truck. I spoke with Brian Southern who denied that they had ever did this. I felt there was an unwilliningness to help at the moment on his part and on the behalf of the company, as well as a lack of initiative to figure out what may have happened. The gentleman wanted me to believe him blindly that they would never do such thing, however in return would not believe me that I personally know my truck and wash it on a regular basis, and would have noticed such scratches before leaving my truck with a company that I have never used. I do appreaciate that he considered returning back to the shop to see if they could buff it out, as he understood after speaking with him that the plastic they use on top of the vehicle may have cause the scratches. My question is whether I have to pay for such repairs? Your company has been a recommendable one by Sherwin Williams which has held my expectation to that level of service.
