***Shady Experience**. I was looking at buying a new truck. Unfortunately Mazda Mall of Ga doesn't believe in transparency and upfront pricing for their customers. I walked through their lot and didn't find one price sticker on a single vehicle (see attached photos). I guess they want you to have to come inside and have to listen to a sales pitch before you can get the pricing for any of their vehicles. Other local care dealers provide a transparent and upfront pricing; why can't this dealership?

I found myself having to purchase my first vehicle of my own when my previous car was totaled out. The whole situation was stressful and scary to try and navigate alone. I walked into the Mazda dealership and met with Chris Myrick who took me and my husband on a test drive which ended up with me finding the car I wanted and getting the papers ready to sign. Everyone we met with and spoke with were so kind. I would definitely recommend looking here if you are in the market for a new car.

Great service, great people. I highly appreciate the help from Chris, Austin, and Tyler. They happily answered every question/doubt I had, and also they tried to get us out as quickly as possible. Best experience buying a vehicle! From the sales team(Fabian, Charles, and Kelly) to financing(Tyler) was the best service around. I didn t get that usual pushy feeling from anyone. They all cared that I had the best experience as well! Charles updated me along the way as we were waiting for my car to arrive. I had wheels and tires switched out and windows tinted and Charles sent me pictures as soon as the car was ready! Very personalized service. Kelly was amazing when I showed up a day early to purchase my vehicle . She helped me learn all the new features of my car, helped me download the app and get that set up and was just all around super helpful! This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and I can t say enough about how smooth the process was! Highly recommend this dealership! They all went above and beyond for me and it should not go unnoticed!! I love my car and so thankful I came to Mall of Ga Mazda!!

I'm returning customer. Because Marcus's (Store MG) team are so professional and nice and comfort deal with everything. They are high-end car carry too. 1st time deal with AMG 53 GLE. Now I come back again trade good value and new Purchase Urus.I'm feel very comfort reasonable purchase price and services.Definitely come back again soon wife's car trade. This dealership has the most stylish selection of vehicles in town.I worked with Kelly Laird to purchase a 3/4 ton truck. She was intelligent and helpful during the buying experience.It wasn't without effort, but I was able to purchase the truck for an amount that I felt was reasonable and fair for both parties.

I had the BEST experience at Mazda Mall of GA! Robert Schmidt was by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He listened to what I needed, showed me all the options, and wasn't pushy with me. I was up there 3 times before I found the perfect car for me and he was always kind and helpful. He even pulled up some cars so I could bring my sons cello up and make sure it would fit in the truck. I can not tell you how great it was as a woman to go in there and be listened to and treated with respect by everyone that works there. Robert and the team worked hard to find the car that would meet all my needs, and I had a list. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and satisfied with the service I received there. We had a wonderful experience visiting Mazda. We went in to see our options and DJ made our experience very welcoming and positive. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the many questions I had. He never questioned a doubt and found ways to support my buying experience. This dealership is incredible, there service and attention to detail, is truly unrivaled. They have some many premium cars on the lot, you will truly be amazed.What I loved best was that the finance manager Joshua was involved right from the start. Both he and Robert were exceptional. Robert took the time to answer all of my questions, via call and chat.I truly could not have asked for a better experience. The next I go looking for a vehicle, there is no question about where I m going.

We had an amazing experience at the dealership! We came all the way from Jacksonville Florida to get the new custom GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate truck and it was totally worth the trip. Rees, Dylan and Marcus team were amazing, the sale went smoothly and we are very happy with the purchase. Robert Schmidt was the sales professional that helped me. Robert was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product I purchased a 2024 CX50. I always use Mazda mall of Georgia when I buy a truck or car. These guys are top notch there not pushy they help you and are always professional . If your in the market please go see my go to guys DJ and Austin they tag team together to help each other get you the best deal they can . Plus this dealer ship has the cleanest used car lot I have seen . They take a lot of pride in their inventory . These guys are great . These two guys are best thank you I ll be back for sure when I m ready for the next one .

I was in a small rear end accident 2 weeks ago. When crossing an intersection on a green light, I slowed down and yielded to an emergency vehicle with lights and sirens. The van behind me, not so much. Suffice to say, there was $20K damage done to my vehicle - no injuries. :) I was able to replace my vehicle with the exact same year, make, and model - just a different color. Grant was great and took good care of us! This is our 3rd vehicle with Mazda Mall of GA and I see no reason for that to change any time soon. Thanks Mazda MoGA!

DJ worked extremely hard to find the right vehicle for me. Sent me pics and docs prior to arriving which made the final selection much easier and me leaving the the vehicle I wanted. Great experience!!!Dwayne, Blake and Austin took great care of me and my wife.Mall of Georgia Mazda Dealership, was willing to make a deal when others said no. Financing department was exceptional as well....Normally the most stressful part of a new car purchase, this went as smooth as butter.No high pressure sales for add-on warranties or services.Either you want it or you don't.Simple and Sweet.

DJ is an excellent salesperson. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. He provides just the right amount of assistance without pressuring. DJ answered all my questions and, when he didn't know, he found the answer and got back to me promptly.Jacob is the Assistant Service Manager and he assisted with showing me how my new car functions. Both of these guys are assets to Mazda Mall of GA. They make a great team.After my purchase, DJ and Jacob were still available for after-sale services.

My bf had to find a truck for work, and we first stopped at Mazda and was quickly greeted by Grant. Since it was our very first stop, we continued to look at other dealerships for a few days and quickly realized their inventory was NO WHERE near what Mazda has for trucks. You can really see the care, work and detail they put into them. The other car salesmen also did not have as much knowledge or excitement as Grant when it came to trucks. He was able to give us specific details and information about every single truck we saw. We ended up staying til after close and they worked with us patiently and understanding that it was a big purchase for us. The Finance Manager Joshua was fast and efficient in getting the paperwork done and worked with us through the whole entire process. My mans got the dream truck and we got to work with an amazing team! 11/10. Communication on Grant's part was great too, responding to all texts in a timely manner.Would recommend all my friends and family.
