I had a pretty major service done. Which involved a lot of labor and money. I believe the job was done right. My only complaint is there were a lot of components removed to complete the work. Like the valve covers, upper intake manifold and the air intake. None of which were even dusted or rinsed off. Which would have taken just a few minutes if even that. Nothing a trip to the car wash won't fix. Just makes me wonder how much dirt may have fallen down into the motor when disassembling and reassembling.

The service department was very courteous and efficient. My overall experience was excellent from the moment I arrived until they delivered my car to my home. I was pleasantly surprised about my car being brought back to my house at no additional cost.

Services my 05 Ranger very well. Overall the service was great, it was an in and out experience, and the staff made it simple as possible, Dropped off my truck, told the service staff what I needed, went home and they called me when my truck was done and ready for pickup. Went and picked up my truck, paid and left, I think I said maybe a total of 2 sentences the entire experience, it was great.

Mall of Georgia Ford service was great. We dropped the truck off for paint protection and it was ready before we expected. When we realized the oil change didn t get done Brian James said he would take care of it and it was a shorter wait than he quoted. They did a great job on the wash and vacuum!!! Overall great experience!!!

This is now my 3rd time coming in for service in the last 6 months and every experience has been first class. This last one with Patrick was great. Told me up front that my issue may take some time to diagnose so he offered putting me in a courtesy car which I was shocked! Was planning on spending the whole day there if I had to but I was able to get back to work thanks to him.

Everything went smoothly. The courtesy pick up/drop off service was so helpful and flawless and my service advisor was amazing about keeping me updated with the whole process and recommended some resolutions for some upcoming items that need to be addressed but was not pushy about it. A plus customer service!

Alan, my advisor, did an excellent job ensuring my service options were appropriate for the mileage on my vehicle. He discussed timing of additional options and gave helpful recommendations even considering likely oncoming pollen season and impacts on filter change timing choices. He also made sure I was making use of my Ford pass application and benefits. He was very helpful.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They provided me with world class service. The break room was well lit with coffee on tap. And very nice flat screens on the wall. My overall experience was great.

Service advisor Brian at Ford Mall of Georgia gave EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! He was the Absolute BEST at Keeping me informed about my truck. When I sent a message or had a question or concern, he Immediately got back to me same day within 10 minutes of my inquiry/call! I ve never received promptness like that in the past so I must say I was blown away with his impeccable customer service!

Great customer experience. Promptly greeted and checked in upon arrival. Received immediate response from Brian when checking on status. Vehicle was ready when promised. The valet and cashiers were personable and friendly. This will be my go to place for any future needs.

Stephanie helped me get my car serviced quickly and efficiently. She was able to get the parts and fix it over the weekend and it didn't take all week. The price was also reasonable.The only issue is that this car constantly needs repairs. That isn't a Stephanie problem, it's a FORD issue.

My Super Service Advisor Mr. Alan Greene was Amazing. He explained everything to me very clearly. He help me with my warranty and made sure I received the best service I could imagine. I will very much hope that all service advisors take care of the customer as Alan does. I've had other advisors here before. And they didn't listen. I don't want anyone else but Alan. Period. Darreyell the young lady who assisted me (if that's what you can call it) is VERY rude. Both times I have dealt with her she portrays someone that is very disgruntled. Well I'm very sorry, you work in a customer service environment. If you can't be pleasant go find a different job! We have spent many many tens of thousands of dollars with Mall of Georgia Ford, I expect better service and someone to actually be pleasant when dealing with them. We certainly haven't spent all the money to deal with someone who is snooty.

The final bill came in well under the estimate, Scott found a coupon, and I had Ford Pass points. All these helped lessen the sticker shock. And everyone was so friendly and considerate. I simply can't find better service anywhere.

Alan was great. Easy to make appointment. Communicated status of my car. Was able to confirm an issue I am having had a service bulletin and ordered parts that are on back order. Love the Lyft service to get back home. When I came to pick up the car Alan explained everything and walked me over to the checkout. All around a great experience at MOG Ford.

I schedule a recall on both my ford fusion and was ecstatic about how the service team quickly fixed the issue and replace both filters on each car at no cost. I appreciate the great communication throughout the whole process, I will definitely come back
