Said car was ready after having it for over 6 weeks. Overheated before even getting down the road. It was in a wreck and they had to replace radiator. Forgot to put back in the coolant. Now car shudders and even though they said it was aligned, it pulls to the right. Was never aligned!! Called them and said to bring it in. Emailed for appt and said to go through insurance. Looking for a lawyer to sue. Looking for other mechanic for witness to work being done. Reporting to BBB.

Dealership policy is to put their needs first and the customer needs are secondary. I needed a part replaced under warranty on a 6month old vehicle and they would not attempt to perform work unless Ford committed to approving the warranty claim. Ford would not consider until a claim was filed. Long story short, dealer wanted me to pay out of pocket then I could get reimbursed by Ford. I went to a different dealer who promptly replaced the part. May be last time I go to MOGa Ford.

My car has been here 5 times now over the last 10 years and they always do an amazing job making my car look like new again. I have a custom paint job and Phil did a great job matching everything! Only place I would trust to repair my car.

Terry was very kind, informative, and kept me updated with everything going on with my car. This isn t my first time using this shop, and every time they have made my car and family s vehicles look brand new. Top of the line quality here!

This shop has drug their feet for over 2 months on a front end collision repair. They have made many broken promises with lots of excuses! Seems close to fraud at this point! I would recommend to stay away!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They don t know what they are doing most of the time. They are not very helpful. I regret taking my vehicle there. I absolutely do not recommend this collision repair center.
