This is personally my third vehicle being repaired by the team at Classic Collision, including Angie, Nick, and Tony. My brother, who also referred me to Classic in the first place, has had two vehicles repaired here as well. All repairs are still awesome years later and I recommend everyone take their car to Classic Collision, at this location, if they ever need any kind of collision repair work. Not only do they honor their work for life, but they are also awesome friendly people to deal with.

This place provided excellent service! When you walk in, the customer service reminds me of a 5 star hotel the way they took intentional time to double check everything. They went above and beyond to make my truck look good as new after it was hit while parked in a neighborhood. The back left quarter of panel was damaged as well as the bumper. My dad is a mechanic, so he s used to finding small flaws in everything, but he couldn t find any flaws after the work done at Premier. Here are some before and after pictures of the work. I highly recommend this place!

Nobody wants collision shop. But when you need to, go see Nick and Angie at Classic Collision. They are awesome people, who will keep you informed and bust their butts to repair your vehicle as fast as possible. I ve had to use Classic twice in the past 6 months could not be more pleased with them. Their speed, professionalism, and ability to accommodate my schedule have been extraordinary. My story started in June my brand new 2022 Explorer ST was rear ended and ended up being totaled with only 4k miles on it. They were able to perform an appraisal of the damage within 2 days of me dropping the vehicle off at their shop. Their assessment of the extent of the damage, and more importantly the excellent condition of my explorer ensured that I got a check from my insurance company that I was $8,000 greater than what I owed on it. 6 Months later a large tree branch fell onto my brand new Camaro SS with 3000 miles on it due to a wind storm (I think the universe is telling me to stop buying new vehicles). Despite being booked out through November, they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule the following week. Even though there is a parts and labor shortage, they were able to repaint both front fenders, the hood, replace the grill, repair the roof and repair it as well, and change my windshield out in 3 weeks. The best part was that I received no fewer than 3 phone calls during the repair process from Nick giving me updates as well as text message updates along the way. I cant say enough good things about the people at Classic and the work they do. And when you decide to use them, I know that you will say these things to! 10/10 would recommend. The front of my car was hit by a truck. I dropped my car off, a day and a half later they had taken it apart and called with a quote and timeframe for repairs. They called two days before it was scheduled to be finished to let me know it was ready for pickup. In one week they ordered, painted, and installed the parts. The front looked so good I wish I had asked them to touch-up the entire car.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Took great care of us when our Civic got in a wreck. Went FAR above and beyond what we expected. Helped us in dealing with our insurance company. My wife's BMW was repaired by Classic Collision and our experience was fantastic. You can bring your vehicle here with confidence. Very pleased with our car repair at Classic Collision. Our car looks wonderful and the experience was great. We were notified with the progress of our car and was able to pick up and drop off the rental there. Hoping we don't need any more repairs to our vehicles but would not hesitate to bring back for body work.

First time using them. Extremely professional and everything was delivered on time as promised. I would use them again. Nick and Angie were great to work with. They made the process easy by coordinating with insurance and a rental car company. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up after repairs, I had some questions and concerns (parts for my vehicle are no longer available so they had to work with what they could get and I wasn t immediately happy with how things looked). Nick immediately addressed my concerns and took time to make some adjustments so that I was happier with the results. He patiently explained what they were able to do and what parts they were able to get. Although I wish the factory parts had been available to match my vehicle better, I recognize that this isn t anything Nick had control over, and I feel like he did what he could to try to make me as happy as possible with what we had available to work with. Premier Collision is the best! After hitting 2 deer this year (2 different vehicles) I took my wreckage to Premier. Each claim was estimated at over $20,000. Both times the service was great. 2 out of 5 Stars. My car was vandalized and I had my rear passenger window busted, a dent in the door and scratched to the leather on my back seat. I had an appointment with Premier Collision to obtain a quote to repair the damage. I met with the estimator who asked me what happened and took photos of the damage. After he took 15 minutes or so to write up the estimate, we looked at some additional work that did not involve the insurance claim. Another gentleman appeared and essentially referred me to another shop because Premier doesn't do interior work. Here are my issues: 1. Premier was made aware of the damages at the appointment and all the information is on the claim but scheduled the appointment anyway. 2. They recommend me to another shop without confirming their availability , providing a phone number, or address. 3. It seemed to me, they just did not want to work on my car. 4. It was a complete waste of a customer's time.Service: Body & Trim

From the initial contact for required repairs estimate to completion of work, Premier Collision Center staff were extremely professional, courteous, friendly and easy to work with. I will use them for any future work I might need. Their location is conveniently located to my home and their workmanship met every expectation.Thank you Premier: the receptionist greeted me and arranged for the technician to assess the required work and submitted the estimate for my approval; Brian the technician scheduled the work appointment within 3 days; and Nick the Production Manager met with me to review and approve the completed repairs and the final bill for payment. This was my first time ever visiting a collision center of any kind. I didn't really know what to expect. Nick and the team were extremely friendly, helpful, fast, and calming. The work they did replacing my rear bumper, hitch and exhaust pipes, was flawless. They even managed all the insurance logistics for me. Not much else to say. My experience at this company was amazing. When I called and spoke to Nick and Angie they were very supportive, shows empathy and caring. Nick is awesome, very professional and respectful. I like his honesty if you ask him a question he does to try to convince you he tells you the truth . He don t say what he thinks you wants to hear , he is very transparent. I highly recommend Premier. Nick was great to work with, he called and kept me informed of what was happening with the insurance company and continued to keep me updated on repairs. Our service was excellent, my car was fixed just like new again. They cleaned the car, when I got it back, it looked like it just came off the New Car lot. They are honest, they work for you not the insurance company. They make sure every part of your car is fixed and fixed with NEW parts. I completely trusted them.

After hitting a deer, I needed body repairs on a 2018 Suburban. Dealt with Angela at the front desk and Nick in the shop. Both were very polite, professional and helpful. As a USAA recommended repair shop, they made the process extremely easy and met their projected deadline. The quality of the work was outstanding. I noticed a slight misalignment of the front quarter panel when I picked the truck up and pointed it out to Nick. Without hesitation, he took it back into the shop and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall.Service: Body & Trim

The mechanic that evaluated my car was knowledgeable and professional. He gave an honest assessment on how severe the rear damage was to my car. He let me know that it would be a wait due to the volume of cars that also needed to be looked at. My car was totaled and I was told to come get my belongings. He was helpful retrieving my things. I was satisfied with the two visits I made there.

I can t thank this business enough for what they did for myself and my car. I had some not so good repairs done at another shop. Brought my car to premier in braselton and handed the keys over to nick the manager . He then took the stress away from me and handled all the corrective repairs with the insurance company and the other shop. He turned a terrible situation into blessing. My car is finally RIGHT. If I ever need any work again. I will be coming here no doubt. They fix cars the way they should be treated. Being someone who works in this industry, I m blown away with their care and lev l of service. Not too mention they truly cleaned the inside of my car. The little things can make people the happiest. First time I ever had to have body work done to a vehicle and I am glad I chose Premier Collision Center. Customer service and quality are second to none. They explain every single process that needs to be done before you walk away. They even took the time to weld in the holes that my running boards had created when they were pulled out. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided me. And their timeline was on point also. I would recommend Premier Collision center to anyone that needed body work done to their vehicle. My experience with this location couldn't have went any better. The needed repairs were made in a timely manner (even by today's standards) and the vehicle looked and drove as good as new after all was said & done. I was even informed of which wheel sensor needed to be replaced that had caused the abs light to come on shortly before the car arrived at this location as well. Highly recommended!
