Really great crew here. My car was having trouble starting so I brought it in to see if they could test the battery. The man who helped me was awesome. He tested the battery, recommended one in my price range and helped me put in the new battery. They even took my old one and gave me a discount for it. Will definitely go back next time I need something for my car

Tyler's a life saver! He was very helpful and put in the two front headlights in my car as they both died. He was also very patient in answering my questions about putting them in.

This is the best Auto Zone branch I ve ever patronized. PERIOD. The staff on duty the day I did business with AZ-Buford branch was simply put, AWESOME. Very helpful, knowledgeable, eager to satisfy, the whole nine.Especially Antonio (I regret to say i didn t catch his last name), if he s not managing the joint, he certainly should be! Want to give a special shoutout to him for his patience, courtesy, and excellent demeanor. Without going into great detail, I ll just say I wasn t a particularly easy customer to deal with in terms of having all of the pertinent information and part numbers, but didn t faze Antonio at all, he just rolled with it and kept at it until he was certain I was completely taken care of. Part of my business dealings that day involved replacing 2 batteries in my buddy s Ram 2500 Diesel..he even knocked that out in no time flat too.Hats off to AZ-Buford branch and to Antonio..yours a gentleman and a scholar my friend.Thanks guys!

Guys working there dont know anything. Starter tester doesnt work. They dont know how to properly check the battery. I could go on Go to advance down the street instead. Save yourself the trouble.

Best location, always friendly staff. They go that extra mile. Once, they sent a parts delivery driver to give a stranded couple a jump at a nearby bank parking lot.

Antonio is the master of battery changing. He was able to help my wife who was having trouble with her battery. He was very professional and nice during the whole exchange. We would highly recommend them for all issues concerning the car. Thanks again for your hard work!!!

No problems. I got what I was looking for. Google maps has thr wrong location though. Autozone is on the other side of the street where kroger use to be.

I visited this AutoZone at 7:30 am, right at their listed opening hour. To my surprise, the store was closed no cars in the parking lot and a look inside indicated either a temporary closure or ongoing construction. Left with no choice, I headed to the Honda Dealer to get my car's light bulb replaced. Wanting to clarify the situation, I called AutoZone. After a brief wait of 2-3 minutes, someone finally picked up. I inquired about the store's status, and the employee confirmed that they were indeed open. However, when I asked about their business hours, I was informed that they actually open at 8:00 am. This discrepancy was quite frustrating. If their official opening time is 8:00 am, it would be a wise move for them to update their information accordingly. My trip to the store proved to be a waste of time, and I ended up paying more for both parts and labor for the light bulb replacement elsewhere. Needless to say, this experience left me dissatisfied.

Brian C. The sweetest, knowledgeable representative I've met so far at AutoZone. He helped me changed the headlights and advised me what else needed to be fixed. He is great! Would definitely continue to come to this location because of HIM.

The service here last night was phenomenal!! Brian C. went above and beyond testing and replacing my battery in the cold dark night, even replacing a missing bolt to secure the "battery holder" -- a very grateful customer.

Ordered two fuel injection treatments and a cabin air filter online from this location. They sent me the wrong cabin air filter so I had to waste time going to the store. I couldn t just exchange the item? I already paid for it, what s the point in waiting for a refund to repurchase it? No sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

I can t describe how amazing I was treated by DJ & the store manager Amin. They were so kind & helpful! I came here because I had an absolutely terrible experience down the street at the Chrysler dealership and they immediately turned my day around with their amazing customer service. Would recommend this specific AutoZone for anyone in the area.

These guys are amazing! I went in for a turn signal bulb as well as a day time running light and the guy came out & wanted to make sure he was selling me the right thing and sure enough my bulbs are fine, I have a short in the wire. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!!!

I called before I came to make sure they had what I needed.Not only did Noah offer to look up my car model, he also offered me the options I had for my vehicle that would work.When I came in, he helped me at the counter as well and answered all of my questions! He was beyond sweet!This location always makes me feel welcome!Thank you so much again, Noah! Oh, and everything fit perfectly

Took advantage of a.woman and scammed her $144 for spark plugs and oil and filter and STP treatment .Took it back to another store bought spark plugs and oil and filter and STP oil treatment $67 sold her $ 20 spark plugs 4 cyl $77.96

Above and beyond service (I believe his name was Brian, helped me with my white Tacoma ) helped me get basic windshield wipers and ended up helping me with a problem with my battery I hadn t even noticed and watched as no pressure about buying the ($7) part to fix that. Definitely will be coming here again!

Sam Williams at Sugar Hill location was awesome. He put a Battery in my car for me ( One I bought from his store) Sam is very knowledgeable about cars and life.
