All of my issues were addressed, recalls handled and they communicated as needed! They also charged my car at my request to accommodate my necessary travel when picking up my car. Brian was very helpful and friendly! Great experience; I will return!

William provided excellent customer care. I had 3 safety recalls to repair and was there all day. The lounge was comfortable and they had good coffee. They performed an inspection, an additional repair at my request, and adjusted my doors. They provided me with all the information I needed and more. They finished it all off with a car wash, and the cost was completely reasonable. (Of course the recalls cost me nothing.) I couldn t be more pleased! When I left I felt like I was driving a new car.

Volkswagen at the Mall of Georgia made it easy for me and my family for fast and efficient service. They even were effective at communicating what time to drop off the car, and what it would be ready. Their appointment system works and we were not there waiting for service past the appointment time. They even honored the online promotion for the oil change. Thank you James and Autonation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia for making it easy and affordable for the service you provided to our 2021 Volkswagen Atlas.

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. No one greeted me when I arrived (as happens in other dealerships I've been to). Suad was friendly and courteous. He showed me options for the 40,000 mile service that I requested and explained everything well. I would have liked to see a total of the estimate instead of just the individual prices. I didn't have to wait long in the service lounge for a shuttle. The shuttle driver was nice. I liked the video I was sent with the mechanic explaining what he found. My vehicle was ready when promised and I was picked up on time from the mall. I'll admit I was surprised when the total bill was $600 more than I was expecting, because of labor charges. That should have been mentioned at the beginning.

The technician Corey took amazing care of my car. I can always trust him to do a great job. Service advisor Suad was friendly and took the time to go over details and answer any questions regarding aspects of my service. My car looked just as great and drove even better than when I rolled in. Thanks!

I was here for my oil change ( first car). The attendant was really helpful and very informative. Gave me great tips and advices on how to maintain my car whilst my car was being serviced, which was done in just 30 minutes. Really impressed with the staff and also the quality of service they provide, during this visit and also when I bought the car from them earlier. Would definitely recommend AutoNation Volkswagen Mall of Georgia .

I am very happy for going to this dealership. I was really adamant on going in cause I was trading my car in put I took a leap a faith and Kevin was the person who told me to come in and won't regret it. He was absolutely right got me a newer vehicle with a affordable price in payment. If you need a car you need to go here and ask for Kevin he will get you approved for a vehicle.

My experience with Volkwagon near the Mall of GA (Autonation) has been exceptional. From the very first phone call with Shawn Yim to the end of my purchase and beyond he has provided the best service I have had in my entire life. I am a very indecisive person, however Shawn provided so many options that tailored my preferences in what I wanted in a vehicle. Even with my uneventful situation that happend during my process of purchasing, Shawn remained consistent and professional and genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for. After i purchased my car, I have been able to have an open communication if there is anything that I need, I know I can count on him and Volkswagon Autonation. This is the #1 place to go to when you are in need of purchasing a quality car and quality customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I wish I could give zero stars I would! I have a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas that I took to them for an oil change. Immediately after I smelled oil. I just thought it was a small spill or something that they didn t clean while changing the oil. Well when I was time for me to get my oil changed again I did not go back to them. While I was there, I was in the waiting area with two customers that did not have good things to say about them, so I proceeded to go look the Internet, and there were reviews which were not that great. So today getting my oil changed at a different place, I found that there was indeed an oil leak that apparently was done by them messing up something when changing my oil. I took my car to get an oil change and they caused more damage. There is no way that a two-year-old car should be leaking oil. I would not advise anyone to take their car there, anything even something minor.

Buyer beware I purchased a vehicle from this establishment November 2023. Here we are going on three months. The motor is knocking mind you I have kept regular service oil changes on this vehicle and I have proof I took it to Mechanic and then Mechanic tells me it s gonna be, a very hefty bill I have contacted Volkswagen several times to speak with the general manager, and the sales manager with no avail. I have, however, spoken to several used car salesman that worked there and they told me that I need. I should ve purchased the extended warranty because things like this happen things like this happen or I expect it to happen from by here Pay here lots not a well-known car dealership, the car salesman tells me that there is nothing that they can do but he ll help me out I can bring it there but it s going to be a hefty bill. Mind you I live two hour and a half from this establishment. I need this taken care of immediately there s no reason that the motor on this vehicle should be knocking , Mechanic also says this vehicle has not been been serviced in years . When I purchased this vehicle from Volkswagen, I was told it was a great vehicle that should last me a few years and I was OK with that and like I mentioned, I have purchased vehicles from by here pay here lots and they have lasted longer than this one has It s a great disappointment purchasing from Volkswagen mall of Georgia. Volkswagen mall of Georgia, make this right you know this isn t right don t treat your customers like trash. Mechanic told me the car will be needing a new engine and it s better to go buy a new car because this car isn t worth it. This car was diagnosed with 37 codes. Make this right

If you are looking for a new car, I would advise you to not look here. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. We bought the car online and had it delivered and that whole process went smooth. It was after we received the car that went downhill. Mason (new car sales manager) will not respond to texts even though he said that was a good form of communication for him. I ve had several issues I ve tried to get answers on to which he will not respond. Was told I would have to wait on a tag from the dealership before I can transfer my old tag to the new car. I was told a day before the temp tag run out that I would have to go to the tax office to start the process. Communication is horrible and you will not get any answers to issues that you may have. Stay away.

The personal service was excellent, James was responsive and timely with his updates. The Auto Nation landline is however a horrible experience that constantly puts you into the same mailbox / voicemail. I tried calling at least 6 times that way and each time a real person NEVER answered. James gave us his mobile number was awesome!

My vehicle was at this service center for around 80 days due to backordered parts. James C. made sure that I had a loaner car the whole time that would accommodate our family. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and made sure that we were well taken care of. I am so thankful for the outstanding customer service they have at this location and will definitely be back in the future.

Having moved from South GA to North GA, this was the first time we had our VW serviced at this location. They were friendly. They reviewed the previous service record from our original dealership and made sure that we did not have duplicate services done that were not needed. 100,000 miles is a big service milestone, so I knew it would take a little time. They had a great waiting area and it included a side office so I could hook up my computer and work during the 3 hour service time. During that time they periodically checked if I needed anything. Waiting area was clean and the coffee bar was pretty good too. We had dealt with our previous dealership for over 10 years and this was our 3rd VW so we were a little anxious not being familiar with them like our old dealership. We were very please and will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

Horrible experience servicing my car. Brought my car for service and 2 weeks later they found something wrong with an item in my engine that it if they really inspected properly inspected they would have caught it. Especially since they supposedly did a multi point inspection. Can t take responsibility for dropping the ball. Sends me a video showing the so called issue for less than 10 seconds on the video spent more time showing me something for my to spend money on. Items that I have noted in the past doesn t get documented properly. You speak to management and they have no sense of let s address the customers concern let s just talk about issues with your own cars. Picked up my car and noticed a scratch on my rim and they have no comment. Especially when they said they reviewed the wheels and said everything is ok. The cable that they said is chewed looks like a clean cutting of wires. AutoNation doesn t care and VW doesn t do anything. I m glad we spend so much money on vehicles for to be treated and taken care in a crappy way. No response from the corporate office and have messages showing I m asking for a response and get nowhere.

The customer service was outstanding, and the Volswagen Atlas 2024 was exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the service we received from this business. I had a very satisfying experience buying two cars at the same time. The store I visited for the first time after being introduced was neatly organized, so I was able to take a look at the cars calmly, and it was a joy to see the various cars. In addition, the manager (Justin Cho) in charge kindly explained and provided relevant information, so I was confident in the purchase. The finance manager also kindly explained and handled it quickly, so I was very satisfied. I had many doubts when I first bought a vehicle, but I received great trust by visiting the VW this time, and I gained faith and joy that I had bought two cars very well.

My wife has a 2020 VW Passat and it was leaking a small amount of antifreeze so I dropped it off Monday morning at 9:30. I made the appointment on Saturday. Quentin is the service advisor I spoke to. Very nice man. Explain to me how everything works. We had and extended warranty on the car. Quentin talked to the warranty company and they approved the repair. He called and advised us it would be ready later the next day.The next day at 3:30 Quentin called and said that the car was ready. We picked it up and they had washed the car. You couldn't ask for a better experience than the one that we got. We will be back for sure.

Amos immediately asked all the right questions of what we wanted in a car from initial visit. He was able to find exactly what I wanted within a day or so. He is very knowledgeable. We had a little discrepancy with communication and negotiation due to him or me being busy most times. Despite that, he got the job done and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Irnes and Shawn sealed the deal. The staff here is so kind, professional, personable, and direct. I love honest salesman. They explained everything in layman's terms and offered a variety of options. Bought car on 11/17/23. They gave me a temp tag until January 1st, 2024. Still have not received my tag. I have reached out to 4 different people at dealership over a period of 10 days. They were suppose to overnight me a new temp tag 3 days ago. Still nothing. No one calls you back. No one seems to care that I bought a car there that I can no longer drive legally since January 1st.I have now reached out again and was told it s the weekend and there s no one in their tag office until Monday so much hassle!I see there is another review about the same issue from another customer as well.*updated to 3 stars. Temp tag will finally arrive tomorrow. They did not overnight it like they said but it was finally mailed.*

Went in for my 40K service for my 2019 VW Bug. Service department was great. Car done on time wash and cleaned. Waiting area neat and well stocked. They directed me to a local restaurant within walking distance distance.

Worst service ever! Took my car there and assumed all of my service was done (I have an Audi so I know they can t do all of it but what they could do I assumed was done) and I was just going to take my car to Audi for the rest. I was wrong and half of what I paid for was not done. A couple months down the road my radiator blew and my entire cooling system failed and I had to replace all of it. When my Audi dealership looked at everything and started replacing everything they informed me that my car was never worked on. They even looked at my service records and what I payed for. Unfortunately not the same company so they couldn t do anything to help except fix my car. I do not recommend ever servicing your car here because you never know if the service will be done or you are just paying for nothing. I am a former AutoNation Employee and if you need help with any automotive needs I would go to their Toyota dealership down the road. Much better service overall.

My husband and I purchased a used 2021 Arteon in Oct 2023 and this was our first experience using the Volkswagen Service Dept. Our Service Representative, Suad was extremely welcoming and very thorough in explaining the services our car needed and why. He helped us to get all the maintenance required done within our alloted budget. He also gave us a a list of services to be prepared for on our next visit. His customer service was exemplary ! We would recommend the Service Dept to anyone in need of getting their Volkswagen's maintenance needs taken care of. Ask for Suad, and he will take good care of you!ThanksRay and Bonnie

This Dealership is the worst customer dis-service I've ever experienced. They're so hungry/thirsty for money that they lie about not having a specific vehicle in order to sell a more expensive vehicle. They even had the nerve to report that the specific vehicle in question was not even within a 500 miles radius of that Dealership. I'm picking up the said vehicle at another Dealership in an hour. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
