David my service advisor was great. He was waiting for me upon arrival for my appointment. He kept me informed during the process of my car being serviced. The wait time for completion of the service was not long at all. I was able to handle some work emails and calls during that time. The price for the service was great! I was in and out and my whole day was not taken up!That's a WIN for me!!Mrs. CJ

Customer service here is always great. In my case there is this lovely girl, Samantha who always helps me and she's the best!The waiting area is very comfy and even though the waiting time is between 1 and 2 hours or so I can relax to watch movies.I personally avoid weekends to visit the dealership.

My first time having my Lexus serviced at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia. This was an amazing experience thanks to David Sutherland. No pressure sales trying to upsell me services. David listened, was extremely professional and overachieved on all he promised. Thank you for an amazing experience, David. Also thank you AN Toyota Mall of Georgia for a very welcoming and accommodating lounge to relax while service is being completed. Overall such a refreshing experience that is rare in dealerships today.

Great vehicle maintenance experience!Even though it takes a while for them to do the vehicle maintenance (they get very busy), they talk to you about what needs to be done, suggestions, and tips.Al, my service tech, was very attentive in explaining me about the coverage and the items the service plan I got when I bought my new car. He is very friendly and diligent in what he does.Keep up the great work! :)

Greeted by individual handling my appointment. Good communication. Good explanation of services required and cost associated. Only comment is, had to ask for discount to be applied. Usually service rep has already done this.

This dealership s service is excellent. I brought my RAV4 in for its last complimentary service. My service agent, Paul let me know that I had purchased a protection plan and said I had a free brake job, alignment, and wiper replacement. He set me up with a free rental car. The service was done the next day and I was back on the road.

I never has issues until last visit. Have to leave the car over night for flat tires service. Next day, no updates after a phone call and couple text messages until couple hours before closing. Why only the assigned advisor can provide update?

Scott and Paul were great. It took a little longer than expected and the tires for my car are never in stock, but they were able to get it taken care of without too much inconvenience. Also, Scott gave a good recommendation for a local detail shop I ll be using. Thanks!

I've been bringing my cars here for years. Everyone here is very friendly and attentive. Bobby is great at clearly explaining what is going to be done to my car and when it will be ready. It makes the whole process less stressful. The waiting area is also very comfortable.

I took my '22 Camry with under 13k miles to get serviced a few weeks ago - went to put in gas at the end of the week and my gas pump cover wouldn't open. I called to let them know and was quoted a price to fix it. I wasn't happy with the initial response and expressed it. Michael Lee responded to me via mail right away and told me to bring the car up to be looked at. I got there and Mike & David Sutherland got my pump cover fixed @ no charge in less than 5 minutes. Job well done!

One of auto nation's service tech had an accident in my truck, then one of the service tech forgot to put the oil cap back after an oil change. However auto nation promptly took care of the mistakes that where made!! They are truly a great place to have service your car. They always make me feel like family. From the shuttle ride to the spa days auto nation you guys are awesome!!!

Split, I liked the guy who was working with me (had to tow car in, so first go to you guys and stuck with the choice then). The words he said made me calm down from my car being towed in for a week and a half while I could have working been working and getting money (200 or more instead it cost 650 to repair my car). Money has been a tight for a while, when I got the car back, thought "Was my car less focused due to the possible I was showing my calmness/kindness (trying to stay calm which feels like a terrible choice now) or that it was a lot of time and effort put into my car and it's been unlucky-ness that has been non-stop for years, liked the service but damn, the time was passing by to get money, instead spending after 1 week and a half of nothing

Mr. Paul Kim was very helpful I was told it would take at least 4 to 5 hours to get my airbags replaced since they were on a recall I told him I was scheduled to go out of town that morning, and to my surprise Mr. Kim was calling me back after 2 hours to say my car was ready. Hats off to him for a job well done

I had a great experience when getting my car serviced here. Al Diallo was very kind and helpful and letting me know the services that my car needed and was understanding on any concerns I had about my car. He let me know as I waited for my car that I can take advantage of their cafe or even take the shuttle to pass the time. I would totally recommend and I m definitely coming back!

Scott Khiev was so professional, kind, and patient! I m normally wary & anxious when going in for car maintenance and he made an experience I otherwise dread, something I ll now look forward too if it s going to be like this moving forward. He was welcoming and straight to the point. He labeled what I needed, what I could get to optimize my car s longevity, and what package would really get me the most efficiency from my vehicle.

We had the first appointment of the morning. Ethan greeted us immediately and soon after walked us through the services we'd receive. He outlined the recommendation for new tires and quoted us with a fair price. We did have to wait a bit longer than anticipated, but Ethan included a car wash to compensate. Outstanding customer service.

Autonation always takes care of my needs in a timely and professional fashion. Also, they are kid friendly. They have a kid area, but my toddler enjoys wandering around in the showroom which no one seems to mind. If you have a small child with you, they do try to expedite the service while you wait.

It's never been a hassle to find a time that works for me, which is a huge relief given how busy life can get. The service division deserves a shoutout, especially Alen and Bobby, who have been fantastic to work with. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about making sure my car is in the best possible condition.I appreciate the no-frills, straightforward approach they take. It's refreshing to deal with a dealership that values simplicity and customer satisfaction above all. If you're in the market for a car or need a reliable place for service, I can't recommend Toyota AutoNation in Buford enough.

Had an amazing experience with this location. Map, the gentleman that helped me was very professional and communicated the whole process to me. I was also impressed by how quickly they were able to take care of my car I went in expecting to be without my car for a while and was lucky enough they got it back to me in a week! Toyota Mall of Georgia made getting my oil change and tire rotation a breeze. Getting my oil changed is not my favorite thing to, and at the last dealership I went to before coming to Toyota Mall of Ga., had me waiting 4+ hours on my car for a simple oil change.With Toyota Mall of Ga., I was there just under 1 1/2 hours. They have a food bar, tv s set up in two waiting areas, and a third set up for children.My service tech notified me through texting with updates from the mechanic working on my truck and again when my truck was ready.I was very pleased with the service I received.Thank you,A very pleased customer

By far, the most enjoyable auto service experience I have ever had!! From start to finish, these ladies and gentlemen exceeded my expectations and made getting my oil change and tire rotation a pleasure. And, I didn't visit on the day the spa is available for the ladies. I'm glad my husband had the foresight to purchase a service package when we bought the car in July!
