The used car sales manager at Huyndai Mall of Georgia has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond to ensure the little things and some concerns of mine were taken care of after the purchase of my vehicle. He made sure I was satisfied and that is what makes customers return and shows care and quality service from management. The service department has also assisted timely when I ve needed to get in quickly and have items fixed. Overall great experience so far! Great job!

My husband and I are Canadians and were travelling through the United States when my Tucson started acting up.We brought it into Auto Nation, without an appointment, and they took my car right away, and provided a ride to our hotel.It was ready that day and we were so relieved!Great service!!

Best service experience. My service advisor, Tommy, provided updates and photos with detailed descriptions while the vehicle was being serviced. I didn t have an appointment, but was able to get air filters replaced, oil changed, and tire repaired in under 2 hours during a busy Saturday - not bad at all!

I love this location! They always pick up the phones (with minor holds on busy days) and make scheduling an appointment easy. My last visit was for an emergency check engine flashing light. But the Parts & Services took great care in finding out what was wrong with my car and getting it back on the road within 24hrs! I got constant updates and was given detailed descriptions of what was found and what my options to choose from were going forward. Much better than other places that just go ahead and do work without letting me know what was wrong before fixing it how they choose.Great and friendly customer service.10/10

I had a great experience with Auto Nation Hyundai at the Mall of GA. I was in a auto accident in November and the process of getting repairs went so smooth. My car was in there Care from November until the end of February. They keep me updated with the process and estimated time that work would be done. The staff is awesome. If you need body work or a new car please go here.

Check in was surprisingly easy, service advisor was great to work with. I was impressed that when I turned in my keys they kept only the car key and gave my other keys back to me. Waiting area was comfortable and the wait time was minimal. It was worth the drive to get my service completed.

When I'm engaged in a conversation about car repair, inevitably the question will come up "why are you going to a dealer for your repair?". My response for the last 3 years is this - Every time I take my car to Auto Nation Hyundai, I leave having received excellent service, feeling the difference in my car performance and knowing that I haven't been scammed into service I didn't actually need. The customer waiting area is pristine. Especially on cold days, I appreciate the fresh coffee. But more than anything, there is a culture of customer service and repair at a noticeably high level. This most recent visit to Auto Nation with Tommy's help just emphasized that. I can't recommend dealership service in general, but Auto Nation is a true gem.

The service department has not a crumb of the most basic customer service. I've gone here for my services and the communication is nearly nonexistent- they have a text system and the service techs don't respond half the time (Except Breannah! She's great!) you will have to call and call until they finally answer and even then they will ask to call you back.They will schedule you for recalls, only for you to come back for PICKUP hours later and be told it wasn't done because they needed to order the recall part.Also, when you come in no one will greet you. There will be 2-3 people at their computers and it's so awkward to stand there and wait for someone to help you or even let you know they will be with you after xyz. I'm talking I've stood there for up to 5 minutes before I was spoken to. Once they literally sat there talking until Breannah came in from presumably her lunch break and she immediately called me over to help me as she was taking off her jacket.When my car cut off on me at a red light two weeks after being serviced by them , I called them and they told me to just drive it in if it would start up. I asked if that was smart to do if the check engine light, HEV and battery light were on and if under the hood my coolant reservoir was EMPTY and the lady told me yes it wouldn't hurt the car (I had it towed instead because common sense).They took one single picture of my radiator with a rock just sitting on it and when I asked if they did any pressure tests or diagnostic of the coolant system to check for any defects they told me that Hyundai didn't authorize that. They wouldn't even show me a picture of any damage or puncture behind the rock despite me asking over and over.When I asked the tech to go ahead and start repairs and to please let me know what the estimated pick up day would be since I didn't have the time to fight to get them to do basic diagnostics, I got no response. These people had my only vehicle with my car seats and just refused to communicate consistently. I've dealt with Hyundai dealerships in the last 10 years ( 2015 Elantra, 2020 Elantra, 2022 Santa Fe are cars I've brought) and the experience has been awful across the board at their dealerships. I regret spending so much money with them.I was so utterly over the disrespect that I went next door to Autonation Toyota( they rock!) and bought a new car, drove over to Hyundai in that new car and filled out the paperwork to sell that Santa fe to them.After being a Hyundai customer since 2015, all I can say is please don't do it. These people don't care. They are great cars but the service departments are awful.They hate doing warranty work and they could care less about holding your property hostage while they ignore you.

I had a couple of recalls, I set up an appointment, they got me in immediately when I arrived. The service technician was extremely professional and provided excellent service. The 2 recalls were completed and I asked for an oil change and front wheel alignment, they notice my air filters were in rough shape and replaced them. I am completely satisfied with the service I received, AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia Service Department is the Ritz Carlton of service in the Atlanta area.

Nothing bad to say about my experience at Hyundai Mall of GA. I scheduled my car for a routine service/Software Update. The Service Dept. took the car right in and promptly began work. In the meantime, they noted a number of other issues which I will have to address later. After completing the Software Update, they reviewed the other issues and checked me out. Total time was about 2 hours. Very thorough and very professional. I can only presume the Update was successful! Seem to be honest people at this dealership!

This dealership did a great job assisting me with an engine replacement. Hassan followed up on every issue and was very pleasant to work with. They managed to get the whole thing done in only a couple weeks. Very good customer service.

My 2016 Santa Fe Sports was locked up in highway around 2 month ago. I was almost killed because the car was lost the power while I was going around 60 mph.I have taken care of the car like regular oil change and advanced checking up. However Autonation and Rick Case have tried not to fix the engine locked up issue which was well known issue for 2014-2017 model. I have several friends have same issue.They wanted me to pay over $8000 for replacing the rebuilt engine. Or I have to pay $200 for diagnosis fee(twice in Rick case and AutoNation). Never got taken care to fix the issue on the customer side.Since nobody trying to help me, now I am trying to do it my own way with the Youtube guys and some influencers to make it fun and serious.

I took my Tucson in for service because of an oil leak problems. I was impressed with the service I received. Albert Dennis explained so I understood what the problem was and parts needing repair. I received a courtesy car as we waited for the part to come in. The coupons they emailed me came in handy saving me money. All the employees were so helpful and curious during my car repair. I definitely recommend this dealership and their service department!

Service tech Will was ready for us when my wife got to the dealership. We took our car in for an 8K mile maintenance. Other than a slightly dirty cabin filter nothing else was noted. The service area is well maintained and clean. Although that day there was a bad gasoline order emitting from the shop area. Excellent work without much waiting time. I would highly recommend taking Hyundai vehicles to the Buford Hyundai dealership for service.

I came in for a technical recall on my 2015 Genesis. Good reception and help but, two hours later, I was told they did not have the recall parts. Very disappointing. The Customer Service Tech was nice, I spoke with the Service Manager and accepted my request for a free oil change on my return visit, for my inconvenience on my day off. Good job, to the Service Manager. Will try again to get the Recall Service completed.

It was a no haggling, one price experience for a used car. The agent explained to me throughly what my options were, the car that I bought was upgraded to a like new condition, and they have provided me with a short term warranty for peace of mind. I was not pressured in to anything. Other than the longer wait time on a saturday to finish the paperwork, I think the overall experience was very nice. Mr Moustafa Sakr, even reached out to me on email, that I was now their customer and even beyound the transaction, how could he help. That is sweet. Love the professionalism and honesty.

I would not trust this place anymore. I went out of my way to drive there wasting my gas and miles, only to have to walk away with no service. I got my car fixed for faulty break lights and only a few months later the break lights have gone out again. I tried to come back to get the problems fixed again, and the new guy who worked with me didn t help at all, and pushed me off to someone else to deal with. He was trying to make me pay for repair even though I spent thousands of dollars on a warranty. He didn t even call the warranty like they said they would and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars even though I m only supposed to pay the deductible. I know better now not to waste my money on warranty s here. Beware and save your money.

Took my 2022 Santa Fe to the Buford location for the first time on 3/7/24 for routine service and now my car smells like burning oil every time I drive it, but I don t see a leak anywhere, this has NEVER happened before and I ve purchased 6 vehicles from Hyundai since 2011 all serviced by Hyundai and never an issue until now.I will consider editing and changing my rating once the problem has been fixed and not at my expense.

NO STARS! DO NOT have your car serviced here! I left my car here to have the airbag module fixed and replace the coolant reservoir. Left the car in January and didn't receive back until April. The communication is terrible. Trying to reach my service advisor for updates was nearly impossible. Hardly picked up the phone whenever my call was transferred. Would not answer text or emails in a timely fashion. Finally when I was able to pick up my car they somehow broke this piece of the console and have refused to take any responsibility. Service advisor confirmed that the techs needed to go in this area to complete the repairs. Shouldn't someone had advised that it was broken then? Corporate is no help either as they will just side with the dealership. Was in contact with corporate even before this damage was noticed by me in regards to the terrible communication and service I endured. If you want to be respected and valued as a customer, don't have your Hyundai serviced at this establishment. The last straw was having corporate reach out to say the dealership is denying any responsibility. If it was broken I would have had them repair it and paid what I needed to along with the money I was already paying! Like I am somehow making this up, beyond insulted!Service: General repairs & maintenance
