Needed a vehicle ASAP and was connected with Kristen. Her communication was superb and she answered all my questions quickly via phone call, text, or email.I was able to provide everything they needed to facilitate the purchase prior to my arrival and was in the dealership for less than 30 mins.Thanks for the Audi A7!

Kristen! Kristen! Kristen! My goodness we have never had a better experience with buying a car. She went absolutely above and beyond for us, and gave me my dream car!! From the first second we met her, she was not working, but still took us back to go look at a vehicle that we wanted. Texted us with updates of when it would be able to drive, was so very sweet and on top of her game. I highly respect someone like that.I would literally recommend her to any and everybody who is looking to buy a car. I finally got the Tahoe of my dreams!! 100 out of 10 y'all no kidding.

I bought a vehicle about two months ago.Before the paperwork was completed, they allowed me to take it anywhere I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection and spend all day if I wanted to getting it looked over. Not a lot of places do that.I came back with a list of small items, not major. It took a while to get them all done, but they eventually completed the list within a week or two.That was a positive...that I was able to take it out that long. That's the major reason why they got three stars and not one.Three things I didn't like because it has cost time and money outside my purchase:-The salesperson said the process would take an hour. We even did a lot of the paperwork way before I took the vehicle out. It still took about three to four hours once I returned to the dealership on the Saturday.-They only gave me one key fob. That was fine, but once I looked into getting another key fob...I realized why they didn't mention to me the day I bought the vehicle about the missing key. When I went to a local company to order a new key fob, they discovered the key to the other fob was broken off in the key slot of the driver's side door. Shame on Auto Gallery for not mentioning that or removing the key. Why in the world would you sell a vehicle knowing that? That stuck key impacts the computer system of the vehicle and removing it took hours and more than $200 (picture attached).-When they registered my vehicle, they put DeKalb County on my paperwork and now I have a license that should say Fulton County...where I live. So that's more time and money because their system, or, someone inputed the wrong information in the system.

I called the Auto Gallery on 3-4-24 asking about the availability of two vehicles and was told they were no longer available. The next morning I received a call from a sales person with the Auto Gallery and was told the two vehicles were found and were still available. I made an offer on both vehicles and was contacted by an assistant manager Jonathan R. He countered my offer and we quickly reached an agreeable price. About one hour later, the sales person called me and said that Jonathan had a better offer and was selling to that party. I offered to pay that higher price also. Jonathan called me again to verify and get a verbal commitment that I was willing to pay the higher price. We agreed again on the higher price and he said he would email the revised paperwork to me. About 30 minutes later, Jonathan sent me a text saying he is selling to the other party because they were willing to pay an even higher price. Jonathan never gave me the opportunity to match that offer. I understand why some people dread dealing with used car dealers.

I live 1.5 hours away but I came here to purchase because they had the truck we wanted. Purchased a truck two weeks ago today and as of today, I have only been able to drive it 4 days out of the two weeks. Was told the truck was certified and we also purchased the warranty. On the 3rd day of driving it, the transmission stopped shifting. Leaving us stranded. I had to have it towed to my house. From my house the dealership had it towed to them. I got it back after 5 days and was told there was a gasket that was messed up. They made the repair and told me I d need to take it to a ford dealership for another upgrade since they didn t have access to said software. Truck was shifting awfully. So I take it to a dealership the next day. I pay 140$ out of pocket. Even thought it s under warranty at auto gallery. I picked it up yesterday evening and was told to drive it 50-100 miles to reset shift patterns. Done that. Still experiencing issues and there s been a fluid leak of what appears to be transmission fluid ever since the gasket replacement. Nightmare doesn t begin to explain when I ve been dealing with. I called my salesman and he didn t answer so I followed up with an email Thursday. I would like to be reimbursed the money spent on the software update and I need some type of resolution for transportation we bought another vehicle because one was needed. Now we are in an even big predicament than we were before we made this purchase. Still no word from the salesman and I m on day 15 of owning this junk without being able to drive it. Oh. Not to mention, we put 7k down and this vehicle was going in my wife s name. But instead of running her info for financing, they ran her social with all of my info 3 times. Which resulted in 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Even though I was not the one purchasing this one. It s been a nightmare to say the least. Buyer beware. Take extreme caution when making a purchase here. I will update more as the situation progresses.UPDATE- Had the truck taken to my shop, the gasket was not the correct gasket. It was cut and pieced together. My mechanic replaced it with a ford certified gasket. That stopped the leak but it s still not shifting correctly.Completely defeated, I called auto galley and asked for a manager. I spoke to Maribel. She turned my experience around. She got me set up with a loaner vehicle and I am dropping my truck off again tomorrow for transmission repairs. She also advised that I would be reimbursed for the software update I paid out of pocket for. THAT is customer service. To be continued but Maribel has made this shituation better. Adjusting my rating because of this.

I inquired the Corolla Hatchback they were selling and Kristen was the first person to contact me very promptly!! 2 days later I ended up at the dealership. She was extremely patient with me and worked very hard to get me a rate that I could afford!! Thank you so much, I love my new car. It was just a dream a few days ago!! This was a unique situation. Without going in to details, I committed to purchase my vehicle before it arrived on the lot at Auto Gallery in Buford. Adam Barron and Kristen Lewis were absolutely wonderful to work with. There were no surprises once I came in to finalize the deal. Based on my experience, I HIGHLY recommend Auto Gallery.

**DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO GALLERY! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE**Update: The car in this picture died on the highway less than 90 days after this purchase. The Kia dealership we took it to is recommending a full engine replacement for $6,000. Auto Gallery will not return our calls anymore and they claim that we do not have the 6000 mile Power Train warranty that I specifically asked for at purchase. This is a shady dealership.Original comment: Tristan was fantastic to work with and helped us get the deal we were looking for!

Everyone we talked to was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were willing to work with us to get my Mom her dream car. They helped her out on the price, as well as, being accommodating to her requests. The whole experience was great, and we highly recommend the staff at Auto Gallery to anyone looking for an almost new car for an affordable price! Go check them out! Jeremy, Kevin, and Ahmed were the best courteous, kind, and patient as they took us through the process with all the questions we kept asking. Such professional and personable people. Yves sold us a beautiful ram 1500 classic and Keith made sure we were really happy. They will work hard for you to make sure you receive excellent customer service and leave happy as can be! We have payments we can afford and a beautiful new truck! We spent over an hour at car max with no one to help us and then found auto gallery and we are so glad we did! Better selection! Better price! Better everything! We went to several dealerships and these vehicles were the nicest and priced the best. Easy car buying experience and couldn t be happier! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will definitely be back for my next vehicle! Everyone there was SO nice and didn t pressure us at all! They truly look out for the customer!

10 Star for Isaiah. He was wonderful and easy to work with. He made the process of choosing the right car for my daughter fun and patiently allowed us to test drive any vehicle we wanted to. They stayed way passed their work hours without a fuss and helped us out without making us feel pressured to buy in any way which is a first for me dealing with most car salespeople. cheers!

I found the vehicle I was interested in and immediately notified Kristen upon contact that I did not want to engage in the typical car buying cat and mouse nonsense. Everything I asked for was promptly given to me with skill and zero confusion on her part. I bought my 2018 Civic Sport from this company and had a phenomenal experience with Isaiah. He wasn t pushy, gave me plenty of time and patience, and I came back the following day to make the purchase on the car. They took care of the whole process, gave me a great trade on my vehicle to make sure I could get the deal I needed, and overall made it a seamless experience. I ve been very skeptical of used car lots in the past, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when the service was better than most high-end dealerships. Not to mention the prices, and quality of the vehicles were great, I didn t just look at the one. 9/10 overall, highly recommend Isaiah, but the rest of the staff seemed great as well. - Nick
