I ve always had really great service at this auto parts store location. I recently had to do an exchange, and instead of having to wait in line, someone from the back came up and got me squared away (they do this all the time). I am routinely in and out in just a few minutes. That always seems to be the case at this location. When I go to other auto parts stores, it just always seems like I am waiting for about 5-10 minutes for the ONE other person in front of me to get checked out, even when there s other sales associates hanging around. I respect them getting me what I need and getting me checked out so I can get on with my day. Thx guys!

I use to like this location they use to be very friendly and helpful but I guess management has changed. But now I feel like welcome and when I went in the today and ask to rent OBD2 scanner there 7 grand. I looked it up those thing only go up 500 bucks he could just sorry I can't. I mean I would have understood.

Only four stars as apparently only one person in the store has authorization to refund core charges...that guy was great though...just had to wait 18 mins while he helped some dude with what can only be described as the most difficult to find part in the universe. No kidding, the customer actually grabbed a snack and a drink and comsumed them like he was watching the newest blockbuster release at the theater (I blame the customer not the employee)--ever seen Roadhouse...customer reminded me of the guy who was driving all over the road and ran Patrick Swayze off the side of the road (oblivious of anyone else's existence). All in all, these guys are great...just need more than one person who can do refunds.

Awesome customer service! Lisa,Chase and all the employees are always friendly, extremely helpful, and on point, each and every time. I will not shop for Automotive needs any where else. They are the best!!! This Sabina chick must be talking about a different location this store is clean and organized

Sarah saved my car, literally. I have a Kia SOUL which has one lugnut on each tire which has the flower pattern so they can't be stolen. A little over a year back I went to get my oil changed and while they rotated my tires they accidentally kept my "key". When I went back to get it they couldn't find it, and procuring another one from the dealership was a flop. Fasforward to a few weeks back I made an appointment to get my breaks checked because I started hearing grinding. I knew I'd need to find a new key, so I visited the FB location. Sarah helped me try to find a new key, but she said it may not work since they're a manufacturer pattern. She was right, however she suggested that the mechanics can just break them off and showed me which lugnuts can replace them. Bless Sarah, because while I did have a hefty bill at the mechanics the next day they were able to use those lugnuts and break off the old ones. She helped me find a solution and I'm so thankful to her!

Horrible customer service. Asked for a part and was told it s in one of these orange boxes . There s easily over 100 and no organization to how they are on the rack. Order or go somewhere else if you want any kind of help

Never any problems buying parts. However, they did send me away with my used motor oil after buying oil earlier in the day. They said they were full and refused to accept my 5 quart jug to dump for me later. They told me to try O'Reillys. Thought that was pretty tacky. I'll try O'Reillys for my parts and oil next time too.

Always receive good service here. Had an issue with my car and ran the code scanner to find out what the issue was. The folks at the store then helped me to get on the right track to fix the issue.

The single most horrible experience I have ever had at any auto parts store. The guy who took care of my purchase was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met in my entire life and the manager was no better. Go to spout spring's road store if you can and avoid Friendship road like the plague. Calling corporate Monday morning.

Was on a trip from chciago to buford and had some rear brake issues, Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Great communication and just a great person. They also have brake and tire place right next door open on sundays if that helps anyone!

Sold us a defective product and then accused my husband of breaking it. Then refused to give us a refund, said we could pick up the replacement at the store across town. The cashier and manager were very rude. Going out of our way to go to O'Reilly's will definitely be the choice from now on.
