We had the most amazing service from Kevin at 2744. He went above and beyond to help us. We left and came back with our second car to purchase more parts. I usually do all m shopping at the one in winder but I will definitely be back here because of his wonderful attitude/ service. Kevin is wonderful.

The kid who worked on 10/4 (evening shift) ran the battery test with engine on. Tested bad battery good. It lead to a whole mess up on my schedule next day. Need to re-train those newbies.

These guys are always friendly and helpful. I've been in a dozen time just to have engine codes checked, so I always take my business there first. I never would have thought I'd let someone else change a battery form me, but they knew what to do on my Avalanche, where I would have taken a lot more parts out.

Went to 2744 advance auto Hamilton mill see bout a fuse and the customer service I received today from the older Caucasian lady unacceptable! she told me if it's easy I can do it if it's hard I can't do it because he the only one in the store. It doesn't matter if it's easy or hard at the end of the day I'm a customer asking you for assistance that's your job! so I'll just simply told her don't worry about it I don't want to waste your time and I left because I didn't seem important enough for her to help! Take my business elsewhere!!

Always get great service here. I usually already know what I need so typically it is a quick in and out, but if I don't know, staff are always very helpful and courteous.

Had a great experience at Advance Auto today. I was in need for a new battery for my Camaro. I had called another Auto store they told me they wouldn't install my battery because it was in my trunk. AJ is who luckily helped me pick out the right battery for my car and he installed it. AJ was very professional and super knowledgeable great asset to the company. I highly recommend this place and especially AJ five star experience.

Just left the store buying headlights. I tried installing myself and couldn't and a wonderful associate came out and helped me by showing me and helping. I will return for any parts I need cause of this excellent service. Thank you

I went to the advanced auto parts on Hamilton mill because my battery was acting funny. Sometimes my car wouldn't start quickly like usual. Edward was quick to greet me and came out of an isle to help me. He checked my battery and told me that it would be best to replace it. He helped me get a free replacement since it was still under warranty. He replaced the old battery, cleaned the terminal (it was very corroded) , and gave me tips to help keep the terminals clean. This was all done very quickly, no more than 30 mins from when I walked in. Edward went above what I expected, and he was friendly and courteous while also being fast. This store is not the closest to my house but its costumer service is much better. I'll make sure to use them for any further needs.

Excellent service, my vehicle had a dead battery that is under the passenger seat. The guys working there went above and beyond getting my car done quickly, oh and it was freezing cold. My only complaint would be that Corporate doesn t provide their employees with the proper cold gear clothing. It is pretty sad that corporate can t provide jackets for their employees when they have to work in freezing temps! The people who work here are great though! I will be back and also telling everyone about how great of a job they did!

Very helpful in determining what fits my car and what doesn't. Ended up needing a $2 part that they didn't have on hand. Took 1 1/2 and they had it delivered to the shop for pickup! 4 stars and not 5 because their parts list is limited if you're looking for parts for air cooled classics. Classic American parts may be a while different story.

Ed, Eddie and Rex were extremely helpful! I needed headlights and I didn t know where to start. They all sprung into action to help me get what I needed and back on the road. It happened to be raining and it was difficult to see, so Eddie suggested rain x wiper fluid additive with the beading technology and it works like charm! Best customer service ever! Will make this my go to store!

One of the best run Auto Parts stores I have ever used repeatedly. The Lady that manages it is excellent at her job, and could teach a lot of us men how a good store is an easy place to recommend.

Very helpful, installed wipers without having to ask. All stores offer free services like check engine light, battery testing etc. But they act like it's a big hassle. This store asked me if they could install my new wipers even before I was done checking out.

Always enjoyed AAP stores, but never expected to be as dumbfounded by the employee's response. After getting the check engine light code, she told me "Google it" and wouldn't help any further.Terrible customer service.

The best in all the fare land East of the Chattahoochee and West of the Savannah is found on Hamilton Mill in Buford, Georgia. Paul goes far beyond my expectations everytime I visit his store. His customer service, product knowledge, and genuine concern for my satisfaction is unheard. I thought I may have been caught up in the filming of corporate educational media of role playing live. He certainly has my business and along with any transient auto part consumers who bump into me.

Had to work on the front end of my van ...Ball joints and the works plus bleeding the break system. Tough job but with the right equipment Loaner, from Advance Auto Parts, was able to successfully complete this undertaking.Friendly and knowledgeable staff .Thank you guys!!

Super helpful employees, didn't try to be a "master mechanic" either like some parts houses. The girls that work there aren't bad looking either lol. I'll be back next time I need something.
