Every other repair shop could take lessons from Gil's. They check my vehicle from front to back and I received a detailed report with photos of all the pertinent systems. The emphasized the good and the need for repair. They did a very detailed repair list on my vehicle and it is amazing the quality workmanship done. My vehicle drives better than new. Thank you Team Gil, I am a customer for life

My truck has been a mystery to most repair shops when I bring it in for repairs. I have an older truck with several things wrong with it. This was my first time going to Gil's and I didn't want to give him a loooong list of things to "try to fix." Gil's did an excellent job on fixing my truck. I plan on going back to have him work on other items. I am extremely happy with the workmanship. Thank you, Gil.

From my initial phone contact, Brandy provided text book, outstanding, customer service!All communications were thorough, first by asking pertinent questions to narrow the possible issue, and secondly in detailing the source of the issue, and possible follow up needs, and thirdly by working with my schedule to be timely in returning my vehicle to me.I have always taken my vehicle back the Mercedes dealer, but recently I have been dissatisfied with the quality of work. I made allowances for labor issues after Covid.I acted on a recommendation from a friend to try Gil s.I now have a new first choice for service and am delighted to support an outstanding, local, small business of friendly and capable individuals!I am exceedingly happy!!!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

Gil is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met. A straight shooter and a very kind person. Most people don't goto a automotive service place because the car is working fine.

I was traveling to visit my mom to take her to an appointment. I planned to take her home to TN with me afterwards. My low coolant sensor came on. Gil and his team took great care of us. They were very helpful and kind. They were also very generous with both time and resources. We were in and out in minutes. I am so grateful for this man and his team. New to the area and I am more than impressed with Gil s Automotive Services. I needed a last minute oil change before heading far out of town. Not only was I fit in,, but was given diagnostics for my vehicle (which I ll confess were more than badly needed.) A couple of issues were shown to me that I would have never known about otherwise. I could sense true concern for my safety & how rare this was. Yet it was excellent seeing the current condition of my front and rear brakes; tires, & more.This is an honest family car business that I happened upon in a search. It feels so good to have found a trustworthy car place I am nearby. Even if I weren t, they still win me me as a customer.Service: Oil change

Gil's Automotive is fantastic! They worked hard to get my car back to me. While waiting for parts to be delivered they called me and updated me. They people are very personable and easy to work with. If you have ever met a better or more honest mechanic I'd say you were lying. Read some of the reviews and thank you responses from Gil. (Although I don't know how he has the time)They certainly don't need one from me. He's worked on my family's vehicles since he began. I'd go to whatever lengths I had to for GAS to service whatever I drive. Really great, honest hard working wonderful family and business. The staff were very nice, polite. and knowledgeable. I really liked the way they send out a vehicle inspection report showing you how hour vehicle is doing. I have not gotten that anywhere else and that is top notch information to receive. They do outstanding work and at a fair price. I for one will be going back again without a doubt and would highly recommend others to give them a call.

I was traveling out of town and my car broke down. After reading reviews, I had my car towed to Gil s overnight. I am more than pleased. They had my car on the road the very next day! Super easy to work with being that I was 3 hrs away. Very reasonably priced and the staff is more than pleasant! Thank you Gil s!!

My wife and I have been working with Gil, Brandy and their terrific staff for years and years. And with more than one vehicle, I ve presented them with some extraordinary challenges. They ve never failed me not once! They re eminently professional, talented people with a penchant for doing their job and then some. I ve never experienced better service.

Awesome experience with everyone at GAS. Extremely thorough with my vehicle. They let me know exactly what repairs were needed and why. They had the proof to back up their assessment. I have never experienced anything as good as this. After being in the collision repair shop for a minor fender bender, our Mercedes was found to need a new primary control module. It was installed and we drove the car about 15 miles to a friend s home to visit in Buckhead. When we started to leave for home, the car started smoking from the hood. We had to leave it. Fortunately Gil s was close by and he offered to come look at it. He quickly diagnosed it as the cooling fan being left unplugged. What could have been major turned out to be minor and he checked everything out to be sure there was no damage. We had to drive back 1.5 hours to pick up the car but were relieved there was no major damage. And Gil s only charged us a small fee. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this shop and would use them again if we still lived there.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First time going to Gil s. So impressed with the friendliness, honesty and knowledge. I don t trust just anyone with my baby Cedes. Did what they said, for the price they said and when they said! Will not be taking her anywhere else! Customer for life!!!

To say amazing is not enough. Who knew an old dairy barn would house some of the most awesome people. I only trust GAS with my Mustang period. The inspection report they put out is like nothing I've seen. They amaze me each time. The knowledge they have is unmatched. Thank you GAS!!!!

Very friendly and professional. I noticed their shop when I was traveling and truly had a car emergency. The staff not only got me back on the road the next day, they were extremely communicative and upfront with the issues of the car and what it needed. It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic and I am grateful I found Gil and his staff. Thank you

Upfront and honest and did what they said they were going to do. Covid19 took a lot from our Seniors special time in life this year. Thank you so much for having my Son s truck ready for the Senior parade Friday. Awesome job and fair price.

Gil spends time understanding what has been done to the vehicle and what you need. He isn t going to do unnecessary work. It s a very refreshing shop to come to. Nobody wants to pay for auto repairs but I feel like my money is going to a family like mine!! Small biz at its finest.

This is the most upstanding honest establishment I ve delt with and thorough.. I have never had a mechanic this good and prices are good I m a regular customer for good now good mechanics are hard to find they saved me money and they were very nice and personable I d give twenty stars if they were on here great work guys ! Gil is the man

I have been a loyal GAS customer for more than 5 years. There are not enough wonderful things to write about the knowledge and integrity of Gill and his team. I recommend them exclusively to everyone. HONESTY, SKILL AND INTEGRITY IN CAR CARE.

We took our car to larger chain automotive place and they told us that we needed A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K for the sum of a couple $grand$. We took it to Gil's for a second opinion and they said "No, you just need a couple things and down the road you will need new brakes but not yet, these still have life" for the tune of a few hundred bucks. Car runs great, people were great to deal with. I will take my cars to Gil's from here out.
