Our tankless hot water heater froze. We texted and response was within a few minutes. We ordered part. The day after it arrived it was installed. Can not express how efficient and professional service was. If you are ever considering going to dealer, contact West Georgia RV Service first. He will let you know if he can handle. You will be beyond thankful you made contact with him. We are now back to camping. A huge THANK YOU! He handles all correspondence via text which is awesome. You can reference text if any questions. If you are reading this you've found the perfect rv repair, look no farther...text him!! You will not be disappointed.

He was very helpful in getting me the right skylight for my trailer. A bit of a lead time to get it in, he will do the installation once it arrives. Seems very knowledgeable. FYI I'm new to the area and he was the only one to respond to my inquiries out of 3.

I had a stabilizer leg come down on its own. Joseph was able to raise it enough it could be driven, which is exactly what i asked him to do.When payment time rolled around, he didn't think much of his work, so i bumped it up double. Well worth getting what you asked for, without the ole , bait and switch. Thanks bud, you'll be getting recommended by me many times.

I had Joe reseal and touch up the top of my 37' travel trailer that I just bought second hand. He was on time and did a great job. Piece of mind that I won't have anymore water intrusion from the roof to deal with any time soon. Definitely recommend him to anyone in his service area. A++++

First of all, I can't see how anyone would give this company anything less than a five-star review.My first text (which by the way I love that he texts with you because I'm hearing impaired so it makes life much easier on me) and even though he was off camping he still responded to my message. He even gave me pointers to help try troubleshooting why the A/C was cutting off. We were not camping, but getting ready for an upcoming trip so it wasn't urgent.Made contact with me again after he was back and came out that day to take a look. He quickly identified the issue (low on freon) and that with a closed system it needed to be replaced.He gave me a link to the part that was needed since he cannot get the parts any cheaper, rather than upsale he had me get the part delivered and then he installed it today. We now have super cold air just in time for our trip!! His labor charges and service call fees were so reasonable, especially with these gas prices today. It would have probably cost me fives times the amount had I taken it to a dealership with a service shop.Joe, I can't thank you enough for the excellent service you have provided. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. I will keep your number and share it with call my camper friends! I can't imagine getting better service anywhere else!!

Definitely gets 5 !!! I called on a Monday, and Tuesday morning, the issue was resolved!!! Great customer service, very prompt and on time!!! The quality of work is A-1, which is also very helpful with explaining the problem and why it happens. Thank you, West Georgia Mobile RV repair !!!Update!!! 6 months later, and everything about our camper is still great!!! We absolutely love our home away from home!!! Thank you 1000 times over!!!

It is exceedingly rare to find someone whose skill level is top-notch, professionalism is unsurpassed, and has a true spirit of service. I had struggled and been bewildered for weeks, trying to repair my RV myself. Joe expertly trouble shot the issues and had everything up and running in about an hour. He is the absolute best. No wonder he s in such high demand. I d give ten stars if I could.

I called this business and spoke to Joe about several different repairs for my RV. He was quick to respond to my text and was able to come out the next week! Local dealerships were months backed up with a ridiculous price just to look it over. Joe is very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. He looked over the RV and told me everything he recommended for repair or replacement and provided a list of parts and where I could find them. As a new RV owner Joe provided me with tips and instructions on how to properly maintain my rv. Joe was fair priced and was very honest and trustworthy! My family and I are full time RV ers. After calling Multiple rv repairs that would not come to where we live, I finally called West Georgia RV Repair. I told Joe of my situation and he squeezed me in the following morning first thing. That alone spoke volumes. A free diagnosing my electrical issue, he was able to restore full power to our rig while waiting for the part to come in. Also, let me add that he helped me source the specific part and helped me verify it was correct while he was standing there.Fat forward 3 days, the prt came in. And I let him know. He was back to my location within a day and a half and had the part installed. After he installed the part, I enquired as to why my slide was crooked. Hell not only rectified the issue but showed me how to fix it if it happens again.I have a few more things to rectify with my rig and Joe is the ONLY person I will be calling. Despite the naysayers on some of the reviews, Joe and his wife are a class act! On time(usually early), and extremely reasonable. Hire them in confidence!Service: Electrical

Had guy coke out. First time he came he was nice said he didn t have time to fix that day I was fine with it. He came back out to fix slide something happened where it messed up again and he had to leave to another job. Took payment for job not completed and never heard from him again. I asked him please come back and fix it he said don t worry I will. I don t usually leave bad reviews but his lack of help or at least telling me he can t do it has led to my camper being unusable as the slide won t even move at all now. Be wary of him simple things I m sure he can do but he failed me. Nice enough guy but he didn t help me just took money for not fixing the issue. I m more irritated that he said he would come back and never showed up.

West Georgia Mobile RV provides fantastic service! Joe has solved serious water and electrical issues, repaired and replaced appliances including my AC. He washes my rig, and fixes and prevents leaks. He is truly someone you can trust. His knowledge and experience put him at the top of his profession. I live in my RV, and he is very quick to respond to emergencies. We were at the start of a 22 day trip down South in July / August and our Air Conditioner broke. After a call to our dealer and a call to Coleman that went unanswered we googled mobile RV repair and found West Ga and Joseph and his daughter. We got in touch with him late and he met us the next morning at Safe T Plus (we were having a bar installed). He diagnosed the problem and told us where to pickup the part to fix our unit. So while Safe T Plus was installing our bar we picked up the AC part and he met us on the road to install it. AC is working and our trip was SAVED! We were concerned about how much it would cost however his fee was very reasonable. If we are in his area and in need of a repair we will not hesitate to call him again.Service: Air conditioning

Had an appointment to change the fabric on my awning. He didn't show up and did not contact me at all. I had to contact him to reschedule. Second appointment came and went, didn't show up and didn't contact me. I still haven't heard from him. Pretty pathetic.I went back through my messages and neither one of them says you would be here "Unless" something else came up, that was never brought up in our conversation. I understand that appliances, heaters/AC, etc problems are definitely a priority. I would expect the same if I had a problem, but the fact that you don't see the need to reach out to a potential customer about something that you spoke with them about and gave the impression that you would show up to do the work, speaks to your professionalism. I stand by my review of my experience.

Joe is an awesome RV mechanic. He and his wife drove from Buchanan, Ga to Cedar Bluff Al as promised. Completed my job without expense of new water pump due to his knowledge and a mechanic who has customer at heart and not his own. Out of all the plumbers I have dealt with over the years I would have to rank (rate) this guy as one of the best, if not the best. This due to his ability to not only find and fix the problem, but also in offering me a couple of options in the payment arrangement. This guy was fast and friendly and the repair stayed fixed. a added bonus, he was on time and a fair price. an over all good experience. A+

Called after we got our RV setup for temporary living. Had some electrical and plumbing issues and he came out same day and got everything fixed up. Even gave me some tips and tricks for RV living which were extremely helpful. Great guy. Will definitely use again if we have future issues!

We highly recommend Joseph. After returning from a trip to the UP of Michigan, something was very wrong with our travel trailer. Facebook groups far and wide recommended West Georgia Mobile RV Service for our needs and I'm thrilled they did.Joseph listened to my description, made the appointment, was at the storage unit when he said he would be, and found out what was wrong. He texted pictures and provided explanations. He then called a local parts store and had our travel trailer ready roll again in a matter of hours. (Did I say in a matter of hours?!)We probably could have squabbled with the manufacturer over this being a warranty issue, but that would take months. It was well worth the reasonable cost to be making park reservations once again.1) These folks are responsive.2) They are communicative.3) They are clear with options.4) They are reasonable.5) They are polite.Joseph and crew are recommended without reservation.

I cannot say enough about Joe and his willingness to help. I was stranded in Atlanta with a blown out electrical problem and had no power. He was referred to me by another company that could not help. I called and he came the NEXT MORNING!!! Unheard of. Found the problem, fixed it, gave me advice on some other areas and did some lubing around the unit that needed fixing he noticed. Fixed a couple things real quick I had no clue about. Absolutely use him and very fair priced. I have a 2008 Allegro Bus 42QRP. He knows his stuff. Thanks Joe!

Our fridge stopped working this morning. Called and left a message Received a call back within 30 min Was able to come out earlier today than expected. Fixed our fridge thoroughly. We will definitely use West Georgia Mobile Rv again. We had minor issues, we wanted checked out. Joseph helped solve these problems and explained what we need to do next time. Joe was great. He had an opening and came right out. Had the furnace fixed in less than 30 minutes.
