If you're a first-time car buyer, ask to speak to RICH. He is going to make sure everything goes smoothly and that you're comfortable with the price.He tries his absolute best to make sure that you dont get something you dont love.I purchased a 2011 Honda Civic that was in amazing condition for the age with just an airbag light still on. Rich made sure that it would be fixed FOR FREE after I purchased it and didn't try to overprice me at all. A week later, the car drives smoothly, and I feel comfortable taking it on long 3-hour trips with no problems. Ask to speak to RICH for an honest price and a real down to earth person who won't try to force you into a sale. I would definitely come back here first for my next vehicle for a great price.

I had a great experience with SSI Cars. Chelsea was great with her no pressure approach and infectious personality. She was a pleasure to work with. All the cars on the lot were in great condition and priced competitively. They helped us out with a truck for our son for his upcoming birthday.

Jay is the greatest! My wife told him exactly what she was looking for. He found it quickly and it was more than she expected. If you re looking for somebody to meet and exceed your expectations, I highly recommend this place he truly is The Deal Beater.

Do not do business with these folks. They are very quick to flip cars that are not ready for resale. The warranty they will sell you on is quick to deny any claims you make. The truck I bought from them last year went upside down by $13k because they wouldn t fix the sun roof and neither would the warranty. If you want to throw money away like I did, go ahead. Poor communication once you re on the hook. The stress from dealing with this team led me to week long psychiatric hospitalization. Lost about $25k dealing with them and now I can t afford a place to live. Proceed at your own risk and bring your sun screen because doing business with them you will get burned.

We went into the dealership an work with Ashley on jeep wrangler . Went smooth , purchased it , an drove it home tonight. Very easy to talk to any of their employees . Also not pushy an up in your face u actually get to take your time.

Didn t want to have to make a review because I had a great experience getting my car and everyone was very nice but I ve had my car for just about a year and have had nothing but problems with it and has been in and out of the mechanics for months now with various different problems and I was also told by mechanics that I have a ton of rust on/under my car and it looks like it was painted over to cover the rust so I did not notice it when I looked over the car before I bought it (and no I have not been on the beach with this car or been around salt/salt water). I don t recommend getting a car from this dealership.Response: I did end up having to get a warranty on my car because I would ve spent over $2,000 in repairs so far. I ve had the mechanics tell me for the type of car I have these issues don t normally happen and shouldn t be happening. Yes I ve had it for a year and I know buying a used car anything could happen but what I ve had to deal with is very frustrating and ridiculous in my opinion.

Melanie and Sandy were both wonderful to work with. They helped answer all of my questions, and they kept it cutthroat and honest. I love the Beetle I bought from them and have been refurbishing it little by little at a time; preparing it for my future endeavors. I m so thankful, and the place was clean. Buying a car from them was super easy, and the process didn t take long at all. I recommend them especially if you re looking to buy a used car from them. They will definitely get you squared away! Top tier customer service indeed!

If you are looking for a car, look nowhere else! Jay and his crew will provide you an exceptional experience. I bought my Mazda CX-5 from here last month. I love, love, LOVE my new car. Everyone, from the owner to the detailer, was so friendly. Jay really blew my mind with his warm and welcoming personality. It took me almost a month to decide on my car. I was never pressured and this was the best experience in buying a car. 10/10 recommend.

Hey Jay,I want to congratulate you on your professional and friendly staff - "Mama Bear" (Brittney), Nick, Steve, and James. Top-notch.My wife and I were heading home from our day of truck shopping when my wife said, "Let's go by SSI-Cars real quick and take a look I saw a nice looking truck there yesterday." Personally, I was ready to get home and crawl into my recliner however I told her "OK."Two hours later we were leaving with a tight 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. I felt like doing the gritty as I drove the truck home. The whole process streamlined, fluid and EASY.Found my diamond truck right here in my own backyard. I bought a 2011 Honda srv from here 4 months ago it turned out being a I called and talked to the owner j he was as nice as could be at first he said call if you need anything the next thing you know he won't talk to me. the warnty turned out being a joke. the day I bought it and took it home Steven the manager calls me up and tells me they gave me the wrong car the one they gave me had rips all in the seats so before you sign on the line I would let a real Mechanic look at it I don't know about you I work to hard to give them my money I Learned my lesson about ssi.

This was my second purchase from SSI Cars and it won t be my last. I could have not asked for a more personable, professional and expeditious experience and I dealt/spoke with almost every employee from the owner Jay, to the manager Steve, to my Certified Salesperson Mary (who was amazing!!), to two other salespeople in passing, to the gentleman who detailed my car.After deciding, I needed a new, used car, I walked into SSI, told them what I was looking for and the amount I wanted to spend. Within 24 hours, they had found a car for me for the amount I wanted to spend. There was NO HAGGLING whatsoever on the price. They honored my wishes and found what I needed for my price. When it came time to finalize the purchase, I was a in and out the door in lesson 25 minutes.I have three children, all of whom who will be needing cars over the next few years, and I will go to SSI Cars and only SSI Cars to make the purchases.My special thanks to Jay, Mary and Steve for making my experience a great one!!Sincerely,Max

Overall a good experience. Chelsea (sales) was very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection. The seem to specialize in slightly older cars 2013-2020. Most every car we looked at had less than 100K miles, so the miles per year ratio was good on most cars. They have a lot of "cash cars" if you just want to buy cheap and replace every 1-2 years. If you don't see something you like, they can search the auction sites to find you what you want and get it in fairly quickly.We feel we got a fair price and love our "new" car. They filled the tank with gas and had it re-detailed before final pickup. As of now, I'd still by a car there and suggest the place to others, but I'd approach it a little differently. A few things that kept me from giving 5 stars:1) Chelsea said she could only bring out one set of keys at a time, we were looking at about 4 possibilities and had to wait for her to retrieve keys one at a time. Made it harder to compare multiple cars at the same time.2) The negotiation ended weirdly. The finance manager and I were separated by about $1500 and he was still working me on the price. Then the GM walks by and says "congrats on your new car" and shook my hand, so I said "So you're taking my offer?", and the finance guy says "Yeah we were just messing around". I don't mess around when it comes to my money. I'm guessing the Finance Manager thought he could get a few more $$ out of me and the GM just wanted to flip a car that had just arrived from auction the day before. I'm pleased with where we ended, but not how we got there.3) They have a webcam on the corner of the sales desk, I'm pretty sure the finance managers are listing and watching the negotiations with sales. If that's not what the cameras are for, they should move them to avoid the suspicion.4) They've very responsive pre-sale, but after the sale they ghosted me. We picked up our vehicle close to closing time. We noticed one of the two sets of key fobs we got with the car wasn't working. It was late and dark so I figured we'd figure it out in the morning. The one fob didn't work the next day. I texted and emailed using the formerly responsive methods and got crickets. I ended up taking the key to Nalley Honda where their friendly parts guy discovered the battery wasn't seated properly, he got it in place and the fob worked just fine. Free of charge. Had SSI Cars done the same, they would have gotten rated better, such an easy way to keep a recent customer happy. Their cars are "As Is, no Warranty". I respect that, but as a business they could be more responsive. If I had bought the car on Facebook Marketplace I would have expected to get ghosted, not from a business. Lost opportunity.As I said, I'd still recommend them to others, being sure to let them know what I experienced. And I'd consider them for my next purchase too, but approach it differently.

Calling my old GM and letting him know my situation, he told me to come on down to see him. Jay, Mary are the best, left with a new SUV Jeep Cherokee that fit my budget and to top it off Frank drove to Savannah for me to sign more paperwork. Now that s what you call service with a smile. Love you Jay!!!!!!! THE DEAL BEATER
