So i get here and they tell me it's a 45 minute wait. Ok that's fine. 2 1/2 hrs later I asked what's the delay and they told me to ask Josh who's supposed to be working on the truck ahead of me that's been sitting there since I got here. So where is Josh? Let's see check out the pics.................. Really?????? Bring your patience when you come here or just go next door to Goodyear or the T/A on the other side of the highway. Stay away!!!!! Almost 4 hrs here and Josh is just walking around smoking........ It's already night time as you can see in the picture.

This place is a joke. 4 hours for a PM...only 1 truck ahead of me, 6 workers total.. Only 2 working in 2 trucks the rest smoking in the parking lot.....This is the only place that doesn't allow you be on the shop....i always like to make sure they do everything ok...i stayed front of my truck anyway and i saw the guy installing the oil filter without adkding any oil to it..I complaint and he was hey you dont tell me whdd8at i have to do,i been doing this for years ...he did refuse to add oil..

I blew a tire just past the exit 29 in Brunswick,Ga. sat on 95N for over 4hrs then was informed they didn't have anyone available. It has now been reassigned to someone else no phone call nothing!!!!!! Still waiting

this is the end of the place. Absolutely brilliant employees put a jack under the frame that was not intended for this purpose. Because of this, the truck frame was bent. idiots, repairs cost $8,000. complete idiots

These guys spend more time walking back and forth from the store to shop than they actually do work! My truck has been in the bay for 3hrs just for a tire plug!! What a shame. Plus this is the guy that did the tire plug! He s been sleep half of the time. His name is AJ please stay away from this guy. He s no good!!

My man s name is Ryan Winn. He is definitely the man y all want working on your rig. Stopped at 2 different Speedco. One in Nebraska and one in Florida. They charged me but did not fix the problem. Got here and told Ryan the problem. Boom he solved my air leak and helped me with my break pads and hub seal on my trailer. I definitely appreciate you guys for hiring good people especially in these times with so much goin on.

Came here to change a tire... there is no line but I'm sitting in the garage for 2 hours already. It is a 7 min job. Came to the office told them of what is going on and no reaction, no excuses, just sitting making their hourly wages while Im sitting making $0 wasting my logbook time...

The so called mechanics must not be properly trained on federal highway inspection. The mechanic that inspected my truck didn't use any type of tool that measures brakes thickness or tire pressure or any other type instrument. I was told I failed because my brakes we're bad. I had my brakes changed and the old brakes that failed were perfect fine still had 3/4 life left. Don't recommend a dot federal highway Inspection from here

I came in with blown drive tire and the wait was going to be the next day and it was 8:30 pm. It s the same everywhere. Not my problem to figure out,so I started carrying my own tire changing supplies. Bought a tire and went at it. Austin came and checked on me about 4 times just to see if I needed anything. That is good service even though he had his own job going on in the bay in side. Thanks Austin. That concern for how I was doing keeps a good paying customer loyal to Speedco.

Total joke. Double charging for parts and labor and that little bit of work they actually do - you have to re do it. This is how they wire up a new A/C clutch.Sure feels like somewhere in Africa. What a terrible place!

Every time I've ever had to stop here to get a truck or trailer tire changed, I've been in and out within 30-45 minutes. Awesome people, excellent work ethics, very quick to do an excellent job. Very professional.

In and out in 45 minutes at the Brunswick, Georgia location. Nice employees. No waiting. Brought my 2005 Newmar Dutchstar class A motorhome RV in for LOF, differential fluid change, and fuel filters. I called ahead and knew they didn't stock the fuel filters for my Cummins 8.9 ISL so I brought a set with me. Out for under $400.

Unbelievable I came here to get 3 trailer tires and spent 7 hrs here and I m still in the bay while I waited I took a shower and got something to eat and this was around the 4th hr and my truck was parked in the line so I went in to see what was taking so long and 4 of the mechanics where sitting inside 2 on the floor one of them was rubbing on a dog and the other 3 just sitting around doing nothing so now I m here writing this review 3 hrs later this is not what I expected from Loves is everything going downhill smh I will never come back here I ve ran out of hrs and there s no parking spaces left I m so mad right nowSpeedco needs to do better & Loves as well because i really didn t feel the love here

Don't bother stopping here they will uncharge your filters for no reason. Was told they didn't have the oil filter so it would be a upcharge to a premium I said ok fine (even tho at other speedcos they will give it for free when this happens). They charged me a up charge on all the filters, so instead of the normal 380 ish I paid 450 I will no longer be stopping at speedco for oil changes.

Hour and 10 mins to do a spare mount. Change a tire period. My kids can all change a tire in 10 mins. Unreal!! However, I see one review says he waited 2 hours, so I guess they're getting better.Service: TiresService: Tires

A lot has changed at this facility. Today the techs were closing my hood & I noticed rags still in the work area along with my oil fill tube cap not put back on. They also lost control of the oil gun & sprayed my engine & windshield with oil. The previous 3 times had fuel spraying out from a improperly affixed fuel filter. Today was the last straw & I will NO LONGER be using this facility in the future. Better training & management could find a good home here.

Staff was very kind and welcoming, however, the actual service was terrible. Had a tire that needed patched due to a nail. Took me a total of 6 hours and 4 of it was on the actual work being done. Shop was unorganized and way under staffed. The guy doing my tire was training so I give him a pass on that but his work ethic and sense of urgency was none existent. Slothful and lazy!

They said it would be 2 hours Before they could get out to my truck to repair a tire.. After 2 hours I called them and they said it would be another hour before they could get out there. Having to wait 3 hours just for them to get to my that's too long.

Had to wait a while for them to get here but did hear from onroad all times are set back do to overload,, but when Patrick got here had rim pulled off tire replaced paperwork done and gone in 45 minutes,, good job from him.

This place falsely advertise their hours and the work they do. My husband stopped in there last night close to 9pm only to be turned away due to them being closed. The hours of operations states they are open until midnight. The gentleman he spoke with suggested he stay there over night so he can be the first one in when they open at 6am. He did exactly what was suggested only to be told the mechanics do not come in until 9am. I have a few suggestions for you . Update the hours of operations and let the potential customers know that you lack mechanics so they do not waste their time stopping in hoping to have what ever servicing needed done on here. Or mark the business temporarily closed since know one wants to work. Thank you.

Been going to this location for many years. Service has become subpar the last few times I ve been. First off they don t open on time like all business should. They didn t check any of the items that are included in there $471 fee other than the oil. Then expected me to initial that they torqued all the drain plugs when they didn t. I don t think I will bring my business here anymore!

I have been to several Speedco locations and service is usually fast. Today was no exception. Will stop at a Speedco again when I need oil and lube service.

after 3 hrs in a service bay , they telling me no oil for axle gears....dirty place,diesel spills outside the service area.

If you ever select them for road assistance make sure u have enough time to wait forever. They gave us 45 -60 minutes wait time and here I m waiting for 2 and 1/2 hrs and still waiting .!!! Bse they already wasted my time.

Almost 4 hours to change fuel filters and they service 2 trucks before me and also lost my fuel cap very unprofessional
