Chris and Reliable RV saved the day today. We were stuck, a slide wouldn't go in. Even though it was a Saturday, Chris made the time to very quickly come out, diagnose, and get us to a point where we could drive with the slide (bad motor). We have worked with several other RV services, and Chris was the most responsive, most helpful and most professional we have worked with since owning our RV. Thank you for your outstanding help! Highly (x1000) recommended.

Courteous and professional, thorough job, very reasonably priced, quick response to inquiry, getting an inspection and a quote for me, fast turn around to complete the job quoted for me. Both Mr. Chris and his helper seemed genuine. I would both gladly recommend (in a heartbeat) and use again should the need arise. Job: roof resealed/recoated and all windows resealed/recaulked with less than 1 week from inquiry to completion.

We called Chris in a panic on a Saturday morning when our slide would not go in when we were ready to leave. Chris came out and had it fixed within a few hours. 5 minutes after getting left we realized our steps wouldn't retract. Chris immediately came back and fixed those as well. Not only that he followed up with a phone call Saturday evening to make sure everything was good. We whole heartedly recommend Reliable RV.

Chris came out to our Motorhome to troubleshoot our 12V system failure. We had no heat (Furnace or Heat pump) water pump, inside lights, slides, awning, etc. There was a short caused by a loose wire and a bent pin on a connector under the bed. Assume vibration from traveling 21,000 miles and these lousy roads. All fixed and am very satisfied.

Chris came out and did a detailed inspection of my RV. Picked up a 2016 Thore ACE and had never owned an RV. Chris took the time to explain every system and check for safety. He is a great person to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable. I couldn t have asked for a better person. He came out to our house in Brunswick and was on time for the appointment and was very reasonable price wise. AAAAA+++++!!!!!

Chris from RV Repair was recommended to me by other Jekyll Island campers. I had a leak on my roof and couldn t locate it. Chris found it, ordered replacement parts and was back to do the repair as soon as the parts arrived.His pricing is fair. I found him to be professional, timely and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to anyone who needs repair work on a camper. He is a five star professional.

I called this morning and was greeted with a pleasant, customer focused experience. I am traveling down the coast with a stopover in Brunswick. We have a waterline valve that is partially broken but I am happy to say that after a detailed phone conversation I am working again. He was patient and he worked through the problem. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you for the help!

We were very satisfied with the work done by Chris Ford and Corey. They came during the appointment time stated over the phone. The rates were very reasonable. Both had a pleasant demeanor. We would highly recommend them to fellow campers.

Extremely helpful. Chris spent probably about an hour on a call with me trying to diagnose/fix my water heater issue. Then I made an appointment, which he was available the next morning. Genuinely a good, honest guy. That's rare nowadays! Thanks again Chris!

We have used 3 times since we have been at a long-term campsite in Brunswick while we are building a house. He is a true professional who always answers a call. It first was a leaking roof. Then a we had an A/C unit get hit by lightening during a storm. Then recently we had a awning get caught up in a sudden storm while we left for a short time. All times he was quick to respond and quick to repair.

Chris did a great job getting out water issue figured out on our vintage airstream. He was great about scheduling and communications around when he was on the way were spot on. Also took time to educate us. I just wish he was closer to where we live. Highly recommend.

In process of moving to GA..... transitioning my family here and living out of my camper for two weeks. Funds are tight and already budgeted. Last thing I needed was for my AC to go out. Coupled with that, in the previous 72 hrs, my kitchen and shower faucets decided to quite working. Front office gave me Chris's number and he came out immediately (it was 87 degrees in my camper). Granted it was a very humbling experience to watch Chris easily figure out my issues with the AC (Thermostat wasn't communicating with unit due to power outage flipping my breaker swith to the unit unknowingly). Chris was amazingly friendly, very understanding and is a VETERAN. I greatly appreciated this learning experience and his service to our country. Any issues for my family and camping will be resolved through Chris on speed dial~ H

Very glad I came across Chris s business when I did a search on Google for a mobile RV tech. He showed up when he said he would (same day I called) and had the replacement part I needed with him and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Even better, he charged me less than his standard service call fee since he fixed it so quickly. I highly recommend!

We highly recommend Chris. Very reasonable rates! Were looking for someone to clean our roof, once we saw Chris's info, we contacted him and he told me what to use. Great information, made it relatively easy for me and saved money. I had other issues with the coach, Chris came out at the time we had set up, took care of the problems quickly, showed me things to look for and tips to take care of our coach. He's about saving his clients money. Seems like a really great guy. If he can talk you through it on the phone, if you can do it, seems like the way to go.

What an incredible person. Chris is not only super reliable, but honest to a fault , and so fun to talk to. He s very knowledgeable in his field, was punctual, and fixed what needed fixing, and afterwards sat and told us all the best places In Georgia to visit along the coast since we haven t been here before, and are pretty new to our RV. Chris is just awesome, reasonable, friendly, and someone you want to make friends with. We highly recommend him. Price we were quoted was what we paid. Thanks Chris.

New Years Eve, my second day living the RV life, and we had a power surge take out all electrical in our camper. No heat, no hot water, and by the end of the night, no lights. Temps got down to 39 degrees Chris was quick to come out on his day off and get everything fixed and running properly for us so we wouldn t need to go stay in a hotel for the next day.He was very knowledgeable, reliable, and prompt. Chris is the only person I will call if we have any RV related issues in the future.

Chris, The RV guy was truly great!! We have a 2017 36 Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel Hathaway Edition. He did a complete inspection, inside and out. Explained everything to us, we asked a lot of questions!! We have scheduled a follow up service after our trip and pretty sure we ve made a new friend in Brunswick, Ga!! Thank you Chris

Chris was so beyond helpful! This was my first time camping alone (without my husband) and I could not get the heater in our travel trailer to work. I didn't think much of it at first because my son and I both like it cold anyway. But it got down to 43 in the camper the first night! WAY too cold.We went to the store and they recommended Chris with Reliable RV Repair. I called him the second we left the store as we were walking back to our site. He walked me through the solution on the phone and I had working heat in less than 10 minutes!He was already going to be coming out to the campground that day anyway to do a repair for people at a different site so he stopped by our site before leaving. He helped me set up our sewer (which I has never done by myself. I even bought a new stinky slinky at the store because ours wasn't in the bumper where we normally keep it) and answered all my questions.He was the nicest guy I met all weekend! Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was kind. He didn't need to walk me through a solution on the phone nor did he need to stop by on his way out of the campground. But he did.Not only that, he texted me the next day to make sure everything was still working!I cannot recommend him enough! From small problems to large, if you are in the Brunswick/Jekyll Island area and need help, Chris is your guy!!

Chris helped us diagnose a problem with a complex multiplex system. He was extremely knowledgeable about electrical issues. He also repaired a leak in the water bay. I highly recommend him & will use his services again if needed.

Amazing service - Chris fit us in very quickly and was knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. Came out on a holiday to help us when we needed to leave for a family emergency. We called Chris at Reliable RV Repair on a rainy Saturday night with a problem that would otherwise leave us stranded for the remainder of the weekend. He came within 20 minutes and was able to complete most of the needed work that evening (in the rain), then returned Sunday morning to finish the repair so that we could be on our way and reach our destination that day. His care and professionalism were outstanding and we are very thankful for his help. We highly recommend this business for any of your rv repair needs.

We needed to have a driver-side mirror replaced on our motorhome and Chris @ Reliable was fast, courteous, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. They came to us in the campground so we did not need to move. Great service, we will definitely call them again for any RV repairs!

Chris dispatched Brandon to help on our camper the same afternoon that I contacted him. I was having issues with my water inlet to my toilet ( I had to shut off our water to our camper). I thought it might have been the clamp coming loose. However, Brandon looked into it further and diagnosed and fixed the poor connection to the fitting above the clamp. I just started my month long trip to Florida and needed to have things working properly. I definitely would recommend this company if you need your camper serviced while traveling.

Came same day I called! Arrived on time as promised at our campsite at Crooked River SP. We were not getting propane delivered to our appliances (furnace and stove top). They found that the problem was debris in the propane tank regulator. They cleaned it out and that restored the flow of propane. Saved me the cost of a new regulator since not needed. They also diagnosed my wall mounted dual usb port charger and determined the unit was faulty. Gave me the part to order from Amazon which I can then install myself. Honest, friendly and reliable service at a fair price. I highly recommend!

Meet Chris, the RV guy who is always on time and keeps his word! For about three weeks, I had a leak issue that was on and off. Chris remained persistent and professional throughout the whole process. He would call me once a week and even stopped by one day to check on me. Finally, he decided to pinpoint the source of the leak, and sure enough, he found it and fixed it promptly. Thank you, Chris, for your dedication and excellent service!
