What an excellent experience. We were passing through town and treated very well. This is a great place to stop if you need car or tire repair. Vanessa was the best!

My intention is not to bash the company, just giving my experience. And I'm sure there are others that have had great experiences here. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. After getting over the shock of how much that cost, I walked out and got in my truck. While sitting there, an employee backed into the side of my truck. It was an accident, and I wasn't mad at the employee. What bothered me was the fact that no one from the dealership ever came out to check on their employee, or me. That tells me all I need to know about this place. If they show no more concern for a coworker/employee...they definitely don't care about a customer. Not a place I'll support or do business with again. And again, this is just my experience.

I rarely write a Google review. Maybe once every two years. This is that review. About two weeks ago I brought my Ford truck in for an oil change and tire rotation here. I was just so impressed by this shop. Hygiene was impeccable - the manager - who should be very very proud of this shop - had me put, at payment, my credit card in a plastic envelope to keep us both safe. Same thing with the keys. Hand sanitizer was available. I really, really appreciated all of this. The place was spotless. Seating area was nearly luxurious. The best part was the service. The manager went WAY BEYOND what he had to do. He explained, in detail, the various levels of the fluids in the vehicle and the amount of charge the battery was holding. This all was reduced to writing for my records. Even the envelope "Report Card Results" it all went in was well done, with a stamp on the outside indicating next odometer service. I have had a countless oil changes on countless vehicles over the decades. This is the best shop I have been to hands down. The shop was a model of what an American small business can and should be. The manager and staff should be very proud. Great job. I am definitely sending my family and friends here.

Vanessa runs the place, she is great. But the mechanics are also really friendly which you expect. I won't go anywhere else.

Came in with a couple of people ahead of me and was told the wait might be an hour receptionist was nice and talkative and after about 30 mins my car was done and waiting at the front door, fast and friendly staff!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated on my truck. When it was time to rotate the tires, I was told they could not do them. I asked why and I was told by the manager the there was some cupping on the front tires. Now I am not rocket scientist but isn t that the reason you rotate tires. I immediately went to two other tire shops and was told cupping on a truck is common and that s why you rotate the tires. Ford Refused to perform the tire rotation only leads me to think maybe my tires were too heavy and they didn t want to bother with them.......

These wonderfully nice men at Quicklane helped my mother change a battery that was basically impossible to access. The employees went out of their way to made her a top priority and helped us get back on the road in no time!

I called yesterday for an appointment for an oil change and they got me right in this morning. I was even 15 min late and they didnt blink an eye. Very friendly and helpful!
