I bought an alternator 6 months ago with a life time warranty. Went back up there yesterday to buy another and Danielle said yea it has a life time warranty bring the old 1 back and you will get your money back. Went to put it on and it was bent so I had to go back up there to swap it out. Finally got the broken alternator off my truck and put the new 1 on. Took the old broken 1 back and all of a sudden there s no life time warranty and all they can give is the 40$ core charge.

Very nice people here. They checked my battery for free and told me what they had in stock. Ultimately they weren't able to replace my specific battery because they have rules on what they can and can't do, but I was happy with what they could do. They were friendly and pointed me in the right direction.They were a reliable and trustworthy source of information for me, and that is invaluable to me.

Jonathan was a huge help getting us an alternator for our little motorhome when we were struggling to find one online for same day pick up. We really appreciated the help him and his manager were able to give us!

Limped my truck here to buy and replace the radiator they allowed me to leave my truck in the parking lot since they had to order it for it to come the next day at 1:00 pm. Got here to get it too put it on and it was the wrong one so they took a picture of my old one and order a another one that would be here the next day at 7:00 am and we get here on that morning and long behold it doesn t fit after we been out in 103 heat no shade this is ridiculous. We will see how they plan on fixing this hopefully I ll update with good news I hope

The O reilly Auto Parts Store in Brunswick Ga, on Palisade Dr. is the epitome of knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and everything a store, and staff, should be. I ve been helped by Matt, Mike, Evan, and Rob, and they all have helped me find exactly what I needed when doing everything from changing my brakes to servicing my car and lawn equipment. And most importantly they ve helped save me hundreds of dollars by showing me the exactly what I needed so I didn t buy a lot of useless materials, and showing me more cost effective alternatives. I truly can t say enough about the guys up there, they re top tier, cream of the crop. It s the ONLY place I use now for all of my tool, auto, and maintenance needs.

Matt and Jonathan were awesome. They helped me out with changing a passenger head light on my 2018 Scatpack. I gave them a tip of course. A very hot day. Thanks gentlemen.

I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff is. Had to stop mid long trip to get a new alternator and this store was a savior. My gratitude goes out to them.

Great new store! So glad to finally have an auto parts store close to exit 29. Good people work there and they're very helpful. Prices are comparable overall to all the other parts stores locally.
