Experience was great. I drove 5 hours away for this car and it was worth every hour and penny i spent . Billy was great and made the experience easy for me. I was only there for about 2 hours and was back on the road. Thanks billy and king s colonial !

Bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler recently from here and Chip Anderson was my salesperson. He was very helpful throughout the process with the bank and sending me paperwork via email since I live an hr away. Would not hesitate to do business with again.

One week since my remote used vehicle purchase experience and all is well. From the 1st email inquiry, 1st phone call Joe Y and Shawn were on top of all my needs and questions with timely, honest and truthful answers. They helped navigate the transaction to get it done exactly as needed and described. The vehicle meet all the expectations set in the photos and verbal descriptions provided by Joe Y, Joe went the extra mile to closely examine the car and sent me many addition photos and delivered on every service request. I was not disappointed or surprised by anything when I arrived, Joe was faithful in his follow ups and communications and did exactly as he committed to do and delivered. Due to the professionalism of this team I am off to a good start in my ownership experience, Shawn also assisted me with an excellent warranty to ensure that experience continues for years to come. Take your time and do your home work with this dedicated team as I did and I think you will have a positive experience as well. Stay Safe Everyone.

Rolled in off of I-95 with 2 tires in distress...traveling from FL to NC. Vanessa in the Quick Lane and the 'pit crew' took such good care of me and my vehicle (went above and beyond). In no time, I was back on the road with peace of mind and tires fixed.

I recently had my oil changed. I was taken earlier than scheduled and service was quick and so helpful. The biggest service given was to access my Ford Pass points which took half off my bill. Staff were supportive and great advice. Thanks to everyone at Quick Lane.

Had an excellent experience with the service department today. Showed up to drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation but they said 45 minutes, so I decided to stick around. Their estimate was perfect and I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be back.

A wonderful experience with Chip and everyone at Kings Colonial. No high pressure techniques; honest brokers and got a good deal. They also had competitive financing options for used cars and the entire process - from test driving the car; valuing a trade in; getting financing and driving out in the new car - took less than 2 hours.

Great experience. They gave an accurate quote, had some issues with getting it fixed in estimated amount of time so they gave us a loaner vehicle until vehicle was fixed. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever - do NOT recommend at all. Technicians are incompetent & do not think ahead & do a full diagnostic testing prior to repairing. Communication is poor as we had to keep calling THEM to find out a status on a car we drive EVERY DAY to WORK. Was told by service person that the manager made a comment that he was tired of seeing our car in the service department. Imagine how we felt after it being there for a full 2 WEEKS! We've never had a car in the shop for 2 weeks - EVER. And then we were told we were lucky - that some cars are there for even longer - like 3-4 weeks. Finally told us the car was ready to go, 10 minutes after leaving, realized the GPS, Bluetooth, nor stereo were working. Apparently, the technician did not check EVERYTHING before saying the vehicle was ready for pick-up. No apologies - in fact, a couple of the service staff were RUDE and all along, we thought we were the CUSTOMER. Not sure we even believe what they said was wrong with the car was really what the problem was. Will NEVER go to or recommend King's Colonial for ANYTHING! I would drive back to my dealer in Indiana before I would go back to this dysfunctional mess. Lacking in professionalism, the ability to efficiently diagnose, communication, customer service, and manners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The service was great! From the front desk to the mechanic handing my keys back. And I love being able to see them actually rotating the tires. .The only thing I didn t like was you no longer take AmEx!Thanks for a job well done.

I was very upset when they called and said my parts were not in and that I would not have my truck until after Christmas. But, they called back and had it done by Friday afternoon. Thanks for that. I understand that you needed to access the engine, but there was mud and footprints all over my front bumper. Not very professional.

Went once and will NEVER go back. Went in for a recall fix and asked for a fluid check while making my appointment. They assured me it could and would be done while I was on the phone making the appointment. The day comes of my appointment, everything is fine and I asked that the fluids be checked as I was told they would be. Well everything is done with the recall but the fluids didn t get checked instead they try to get me to get an oil change (my indicator was on, I was aware) and a $140 diagnostic test. I was told the fluids couldn t be checked because the car didn t have to go on the rack during the recall fix. They didn t try to help me at all just wanted money. I was blatantly lied to! Never will I go back and I ll make sure to tell anyone that s thinking of going here not to!

The service I received on my vehicle was quick and accurate! I needed my entire front end repaired due to an accident and the folks and Audrey and Tony took car of everything and worked closely with my insurance company to ensure that they received the accurate funds. I m a very happy customer.

I was in the market to buy a new car. Honestly, I usually buy from Kia. The local Kia dealership I have had horrible experiences with, so this time I went to Kings Colonial Ford. I did a special order truck. CALEB, was my sales guy. He kept me updated on the build of my truck and even helped me get it faster and with the customizations I was wanting. Then, when it was ready for me to pick up, he ALREADY had the paperwork lined up for me to sign to take the car. I have bought 4 new cars, every time I have paid cash which should be quick and easy and every time it was always hours to close the deal. This time, I literally was in there 15 minutes maybe... I was going to pay cash, but CALEB let me know of their financing option which was such a great deal on the interest rate that it didn't make sense for me to pay cash. He had everything lined up no matter which route I took. Honestly, I couldn't imagine this processes have being any better. The first time I drove the new ford truck was taking it off the lot and it was even better than driving my Kias. Family loves the car and my son is excited to one day get the truck when he gets old enough. No doubt in my mind next time I go in to buy another car, will be going to this dealership. Literally while buying this new car, my other new car was having to be serviced at the local Kia dealership which is being run by clowns. I took this new truck to go pick up the Kia that was supposed to be done, and they didn't finish all the servicing that we were told was finished (This is no exaggeration). Luckily, I have this new Ford Truck which is amazing. Thanks CALEB. I'd save my time and future frustrations and just go with Kings Colonial Ford. Night and day difference in experience.

I had an aggravating slow leak in one tire. Made an appointment with Quick Lane. They checked me in a little bit before my appointment time promptly found the problem fixed it and gave me back my car shortly after. Pleasant folks, prompt, fast, and good work.
