Grady was knowledgeable and helpful! He made our first time getting a car at a dealership less intimidating than we thought it would be. Went looking for a car yesterday and Jordan was my salesman. He did a phenomenal job working with us and it pretty much took most of the day because the car we purchased had just come on the lot. He was great to talk with, was not pushy at all and was patient. I wanted a quality used car and had a 2014 Camry a while back and that's exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to convince me to buy something more expensive or try to change my mind on the decision. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. The next time we purchase a car, we will definitely go back and hopefully have the opportunity to work with him again. I can't recommend him and i-95 Toyota enough.

I had the most amazing car buying experience at I-95 Toyota in Brunswick. Ms. Susan took the time to listen to what I was wanting and helped me find my dream Tacoma that fit within my budget. Not once did Ms. Susan make me feel pressured. I genuinely felt that she cared more about making sure I left happy rather than making sure I left with a vehicle. Ms. Susan was so incredibly sweet and honest which is a rarity when it comes to car shopping. 10/10 would recommend going and paying Ms.Susan a visit down at I-95 Toyota for all of your car buying needs. You will NOT regret it!

Chris Smith was great to work with. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. He listened to what my husband and I wanted. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with our new vehicle. We will work with him again in the future when we want to upgrade.

Went to inquire about a 2023 Toyota GR Corolla, they were very patient with me as there were multiple revisions to our financing agreements and worked with me to get the payments to exactly where I wanted them to be.And Pierre Powers was my salesman, he took great care of me during my visit there and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and leaving feeling satisfied.The rest of the process was smooth as well, looking forward to taking delivery within a few days now.Update: Took delivery of the car a few weeks ago and it's been amazing.

Amazing! My husband and I were from NC to FL and stayed over night in Brunswick GA. The next morning when we went to leave, our car battery was dead. We called AAA and they said they "didn't have anyone in the area that could jump start our car"! They wanted to tow us. The Toyota Dealer was 2 miles from our hotel! We called the dealership and to our amazement they offered to have someone come jump our car so we could drive it in to be serviced. They were at the hotel within 15-20 minutes. They were extremley professional and polite (Leland and Steve). The service manager Sean greeted us when we arrived and immediately took our car in for service as they knew we were traveling. Everyone went above and beyond to help us. Whether you are in the market to buy a car or seeking service I would highly recommend this dealership! Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service! Go see Billy Bob if you're in the market for a new Toyota or new used car!!! He will go above and beyond to help you locate what you are looking for within your budget!! We highly recommend I-95 Toyota's Service Dept. as well. We've been a customer since 2018 and never had any issues! They are very knowledgeable, highly efficient, and provide excellent customer service! Saleswoman Shanda Williams was very knowledgeable and versed on all aspects of the transaction. She was also knowledgeable about the Toyota XSE that we bought. Good price good service and look forward to several years relationship with Shanda and I-95 Toyota getting the car serviced.

Jordan was our salesman and he was hands-down the absolute best one we ve ever had. He never pushed, answered every question we had, and even if he didn t know, he found out quickly (even would practically jog to get it). We ve never felt so cared for and relaxed buying a car. If you want to have a great buying experience and not leave with knots in your stomach, 100% recommend this place and Jordan specifically!

I live 350 miles from I-95 Toyota. My husband had started looking for me a newer year model Acura MDX. He found a single listing on their website of a 2016 MDX. When he reached out to them; Product Knowledge Specialist Carey Steele replied to him with a personalized video email with all the details of this immaculate vehicle. We were so impressed that within 36 hours we were in Brunswick meeting with him to finalize the purchase. There were no surprises and the whole process was seamless. I am very comfortable endorsing not only I-95 Toyota but Carey himself. I could confidently recommend that if the need arose that family and friends work with him for their new vehicle needs!

I had one of the nicest experiences at I-95 Toyota yesterday in purchasing a car! Meet a sales person buy the name Sandra when I arrived, I have never had a person who was as helpful as she was. Sandra was the sweetest and most honest person I have ever purchased a automobile from. No pressure and so very patient with me. Please let her help you with a car or truck ! I absolutely loved this place until yesterday! I came in to do a trade in on my 2018 Honda civic that I got through Toyota still owed money on the car but was told that I would get top dollar for my vehicle! They lied to me said I wasn t in my trade in period but when I called my bank they told me different that I was eligible. They tried to make me put a whole extra $9000 down on a different car when I put $6000 down on the car I have now and had no credit at all. Now that I do have credit they are tryna tell me I have to put more down then what I put down the first time . Honestly very disappointed and starting to think they are there just to rob you honestly . My car is worth 15000 in mint condition they was low balling me after telling me they give top dollar & sad thing is me and my family are returning customers for years!!!! Just a joke tbh I have recommended everyone to this car dealership because we have never had problems with them until recently! Sucks that they can t show a little love to the ones that been working with them for over 2 decades

I recently purchased a brand new Toyota at I-95 Toyota in Brunswick. As I did not have a vehicle, Sandy, my salesperson, picked me up at the place I was staying in a Toyota Corolla Hatchback. It was adorable and zippy but I needed something bigger. I tried several other cars. Sandy was very knowledgeable about each car. She knew all their features. Actually she spent the whole day with me and was fun to be around. No high pressure pitch. I chose a RAV4, which has tons of storage and gets 27-34 and is totally lined with removable rubber mats so I can make a big mess and not worry.I was too tired after a day of car shopping to learn about the technological features so Sandy agreed to meet me at the dealership the following day for lessons. She really went above and beyond!I definitely recommend I-95 and especially Sandy Skittles

If he didn't know the answer he went & found out. A very personable young man with a bright future. I highly recommend using Grady as your salesperson if you are looking for a Toyota.

From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. 2 small kids, and car dealerships are not fun. So, i spoke with Kayla over the phone to set up as much as i could without being there in person. Her and the team did just that. Today I picked up my car, and Carey was amazing, as well as everyone else. Not only do they some amazing warranties I ve never heard off, but lifetime oil changes . Plus, they didn t try to slip in a ton of ridiculous mark ups that i didn t want or need to jack the car price up, and say i had to pay them. I highly recommend making the drive here for your next car, you won t regret it!

I want to give a shoutout to Susan Doenges at I 95 Toyota in Brunswick, GA! She was amazing to work with in getting my new RAV 4. Thank you to Michael and Shonda too! Michael helped us with getting the paperwork and warranty, and Shonda helped Bluetooth our phones! They are so helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted at the right price! You guys ROCK!
