Upon arrival our service representative greeted us with a friendly welcome. She gave us in complete details what to expect in our truck transmission being serviced. Very knowledgeable about her job. We chose to wait in customer service waiting area. She checked on us with updates on vehicle. We were very satisfied with service.

They were rude and disrespectful and connived me into purchasing something that I didn t truly want. I asked for the car keys of my car I came in with back several times and they wouldn t give them to me until they wore me down into purchasing something I didn t truly want. I put down 3/4 of the purchasing price of the vehicle they wore me down into buying and because I was upside down on the loan that I of the vehicle I came in with, I end up walking away paying twice the amount in a monthly bill, then the car came in with. They ended up extremely rudely telling me, that this was the best deal I was going to get and if I don t like it then I should just pay the monthly payment they re telling me to pay because in the year I could just refinance the loan. The salesman at this particular facility don t care about you going bankrupt. They don t care about putting you in a bind financially every month. All they care about is how much money that you re willing to put in their pocket before you walk out the door, or what contract they can manipulate you into signing for these finance companies that will put you in a whole monthly before your screw.

When I first came in everyone was very friendly. I was in a bit of financial situation with my car and kind of embarrassed. I m am so thankful to say these guys sat me down and listen to my whole story and took every detail into consideration and helped me tremendously! Just got my car less than a hour ago and I want to give a huge shout out to Alex Gonzalez and Devon Mark, they have been a huge part of my accomplishment today. I honestly thought I would walk out of here with nothing but that s not true. They went above and beyond to get me approved for a very reliable car . I had some insurance trouble but Alex worked his magic and found me full coverage insurance for only $183. I love it !! Thank y all sooooo much for not giving up on me!!

Buyer beware!! Not sure of the sales experience, but I m warning you about the service department. Let me start by saying there is one good thing about the service department and that is the service tech Danielle. She is sympathetic and is awesome. Now, for the overall experience, prepare yourself to donate plasma or a kidney to pay for ANYTHING there. Shop fees, storage fees, document fees, disposal fees, then parts and labor. Took the car in for window issues. Get it back 2 days later and greasy fingerprints all over the windows and scratches in the existing tint. Still waiting on a response. The comment on the service ticket says they pride themselves on excellent service. At least clean your grime off the windows. I remember a time when they used to detail the cars before they returned it to you. Shame shame!!

The only reason I m giving them 2 starts instead of 0 is because of the salesperson, Alex G. He was ready for me as soon as I arrived at my appointment and was very nice.The financing department lies through their teeth. I purchased a vehicle on 3/26/24. I signed a bunch of paperwork, as to be expected, however I only received 2 files on the flash drive they sent me home with. I originally did not want GAAP insurance, but they talked me into it, by lying and saying it wouldn t cost me anything. I asked him to verify that it wouldn t cost me anything since it seemed too good to be true. When I reviewed the paperwork they gave me, it said $1,200 was added to my loan. Then I reviewed the itemized breakdown of my purchase agreement. They added AWS Maintenance which I never agreed to or asked for. I called the finance manager on 3/27/24 to go over the charges. Good luck getting through to him. His answering machine is always full and he never answers the phone. He lied to me and said he would remove the GAAP insurance, and that the extra charges are charges they pass on to the buyer regarding any service they did prior to my purchase. My loan company called me to go over my application to make sure everything was correct. The woman told me that the maintenance charges are NOT required and the GAAP insurance was never removed. Also that they lied on my application about my monthly gross income and listed me as a manager at my place of employment, which I am not and never said I was.I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I ever recommend them to anyone! Buyers beware, very sketchy place. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

On 4/6/2024 most terrible experience ever! Unprofessional, rude, aggressive offer me a terrible deal 8% apr with 750 credit score, the manager told me they charge me more for the car if I use my own bank to finance the vehicle. I was trading a clean 2016 sr 3.5 Altima with 100,457 miles & they manipulated the offer with fees that my car didn't lower the balance of the Maxima I was buying. They told me my car wasn't worth 3k str8 lies! I told them I had to remove my expensive sound system before trading my car and their techs began removing my amplifiers & subb out the trunk before I even signed the contract so i wouldn't want to leave. I felt something was wrong so I looked at the 1 star reviews and the horror stories got me out of there. They curse me out while I put my speaker box and amplifiers back in my trunk with wires everywhere not even connected. I got the heck out of there STAY AWAY!!!UPDATE!!! After I backed out of this 2023 nissan maxima sr scam Vin 1N4AA6EV8PC506893.On 4/7/2024 at 10:55am finance manager Ben Chelbi call upset bout the review above. Shortly after I received alerts of more hard pull credit inquiries on Experian & Equifax unauthorized. Thanks to the previous complains from others I was able to back out this scam. People work hard for years to build they credit for you to screw them like this. Special thanks to M.Bubu Aidli peeping around the corner of the office made the vibe much more shady!!UPDATE!!! 4/8/2024 more hard pull credit inquiries after I requested to back out the deal on 4/6/2024 this many inquiries are malicious!!! 11 or more on all credit bureaus.

Very professional! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Kenzie was great to work with. She went way beyond just getting the lease taken care of. She accompanied me while I returned my other leased car. Mo was decidedly the most pleasant experience I have ever had with the financial department. The salesman did his job. However, in send the car back three times for a detail. After coming home we then realized that the the oil life was only at 36% life left. I called them about this due to me paying nearly $1200 in reconditioning fees and all they said to me was that the service was done and the light was possibly missed. Instead of just changing my oil for peace of mind they just told me there is nothing they can do. That place is shady. If you shop there make sure you go over every inch of the car before you buy it. I will never conduct business there again.

I was visiting in Brunswick and had a Car Issue. I called and they worked my car in that afternoon.I worked with Daniele; she was Great. Thier Staff were able to access the issue as well as complete a Recall that I was not even aware of. I found the whole experience as good an experience that could have been considering the issue of being out of town with a Car Problem could be. Everyone I dealt with was polite, Courteous, Professional, Informative, and were Good Communicator's. Great Job Greenway Nissan.

If you want a bad movie version of a car dealership, this is it. They basically created a hostage situation for us and I had to get pretty aggressive about getting my car key back. They gave us their best offer, on a very used car we told them we weren't interested in, which was 25000 dollars. We came in looking at new cars, and when I questioned the bad terms, the gentleman said "you can refinance later" repeatedly. Would not recommend.

Greenway Nissan is not the place to purchase your car because I had a awful experience with this dealership. I just did a recent purchase with KEVIN DOMINGUEZ whom longer works their. He told me what he could do for me and how he could make the deal work. He made the deal work and I signed all the paperwork with Moe Mattar. If what I make was not enough they he should have let me know that, so I could have went on my way. However, not wanting to let a deal go they went on to do the deal. Days went by and Kevin was still calling me about something he needed from me. I told him he could just give me my car back. No he was going to make it work. After that I guess he left and I had to deal with Moe Mattar. He calls me telling me he needs to see me and could I come in. I told him when I could come in. I went in and he tells me that they are going up on my payments and I tell him know that not what I was told. He offered me 300 dollars to help with the first 3 month payments I told him what am I going to do for the next 5 years of payment. Then he redo the paperwork and makes the deal work. He tells me I will still send you 300 dollars. I sent him a email asking for the 300 dollars he said he was going to give me, and he tells me I am threatening him because I said I was going to post how I was treated. Then he said all he has done to help me. Not being honest and truthful to a lady. I said all that to say this Greenway Nissan of Brunswick is not the place to make your next care purchase. I have learned from my mistakes.

I ve been leasing and buying Nissan cars since 2009. I was stranded in the Brunswick area on my way home to Miami with 3 kids, a dog, my parents and spouse.I think the dealership did what they could but as a whole Nissan could ve treated me better. Considering my situation, loyalty and faulty transmission (which is why I was stranded there)For example, providing a loaner car or paying for a comparable rental. Maybe sending my car back home to me without me having to travel back out of state to pick up my car.Overall the employees I dealt with at dealership were helpful and pleasant

In May of 2022, I set out to find a new, reliable vehicle and I reached out to Mr. Darryl Booker for assistance with my search. When I say that this gentleman is the most friendly, down to earth, hardworking professional that I have ever worked with, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I received A+++ customer service and I have told everyone that will listen about contacting him when looking for a new vehicle. He had honest, expert answers for me every step of the way. When I say that this experience was so smooth and exceptional, I absolutely mean it. It was so profound that on that very same day, I ended up buying my wife a vehicle as well!!! Thank you, sir for your hard work and dedication! It is greatly appreciated!!!!!

We have gone here twice to look at cars and leave because the sales guys are pretty scammy. This last time we asked about an offer we saw online and the salesman said that isn t the real offer it is only what they use to get people through the doors.The service center is great but the sales team is a definite NO!
