Had a blowout on my F350 on the interstate which did damage to my front fender, grill and headlight assembly. Gerber replaced everything and made it look like new. Fast turn around time and worked directly with my insurance to make it a seamless and easy transaction. The staff were very friendly and professional. Highly rated!

We used the collision service. The customer service was top class. They did excellent work. I was referred to them by my insurance company. I'm glad we used Gerber.

If I could rate this place negative 100 stars I would. Our Camaro was in an accident on 95 and we had it towed to this shop because it was the closest and in our insurance company s network of body shops. They quoted the repairs so high that our insurance was going to deem the car a total loss. Luckily we know cars and know that this quote was extremely high. We had the car sent down the street to Dependable auto and they quoted the repairs over 8k less than these crooks. These guys were either trying to rip off State Farm, or we re not comfortable fixing the car, or maybe hoping it would be totaled and the young guy there who really liked the car would buy the car back from auction. I will spread the word to everyone I know here in Raleigh NC to never ever use this company in any part of the US. Check out the work DEPENDABLE auto Body and towing did though!

I have used Gerber Collision & Glass on two of my vehicles in the past. Both times they have done an excellent job with the repairs. Their paint repairs are perfect. My cars come home looking & working like new! I highly recommend them. They keep you informed the entire time the car is in the shop.

GM Randy and his staff totally repaired my Ford Edge after it was involved in a hit and run while parked. They were professional yet very concerned that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I cannot commend them enough for the concern and care they provided me. This location was a preferred insurance location. Gerber took my vehicle, which had damage to the front passenger bumper. They verbally told me they would replace damaged lights. When I received the vehicle back relatively quickly, I was pleased with the work, and everything seemed to function as usual, except my hood no longer "POP" when I hit the release, but it still opened, so no big deal. My fog lights were aimed high (shining in trees) also. I usually kept my fog on before the accident, but after the repair, I would get flashed for blinding oncoming drivers. Fast forward a year later, I decided to fix the issue myself with the fog light, only to find out that instead of replacing the light that had broken tabs on one side affecting the mounting, one of the techs took and bent a piece of metal to make a bracket and turned the light upside down a and rigged it back in place. This is why it was pointing up and blinding people. All I could do was shake my head. I fixed the light myself, and now everything is decent. I don't know why I expected quality, especially when they don't think you will see the fix they used to cheap out a repair. I can't imagine what other incorrect things they're doing to people's cars that are not mechanically inclined to know any better....smh. I give it three stars because, exteriorly, everything looked good, but I'm taking two away for that crummy fix on my light and who knows what else.Update: I gave them another try when my vehicle was struck a second time. The damage wasn t nearly as bad. I haven t removed anything to check the quality of the work, but it looks good, and I haven t had any issues, so I m taking them up to four stars instead of three.

Excellent place of business! Great customer service, very clean and very professional. USAA insurance uses them for all estimates. I used them to repair my 2019 Volvo with less than 700 miles on it. They are terrific...fast...and do great work. I can't even tell it was damaged. I recommend highly and without any hesitation!

High marks for Gerber here in Brunswick, and Jesse Newman! They did a very good job repairing the front end damage to our truck: everything done and looking proper, clean, and completed two days ahead of schedule. Exceeded my expectations, no issues. Jesse Newman did a terrific job with keeping me informed of every step, timely in his calls and texts, very courteous, and professional. Thank you, Jesse! And kudos to all of the staff there, everyone was friendly, professional, good listeners. Thanks!

My experience with Gerber in Brunswick was fabulous. They got me in sooner than originally scheduled and I received daily text updates. My vehicle's repair was even completed two days earlier than expected. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and this company will be our body shop in the future, should it be needed. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass on Community Road in Brunswick.

Going through the process of an accident is stressful enough as it is, choosing Gerber Collsion & Glass was the best decision I made from beginning to end. From the moment you walk in until your car is ready for pickup, the employees make you so comfortable. The car rental place had messed up & didn't have a car for me at drop off. As soon as the problem arose the girl at the desk (I'm sorry I dont remember her name)was on the phone to find me a rental, Randy drove me to pick up the rental & stayed with me until it was straightened out. It took at least an hour, but he waited patiently while on the phone with the adjuster to get me a car. The woman at Hertz did a fantastic job also! They work together well. They had my car done & ready for me in a day & a half.Randy even stayed late so I could pick it up that night.I know this is long but I can't say enough great things about this shop or their employees! Thank you to everyone involved.And their work is amazing! Wouldn't even know it was in an accident. I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job on the body work. I was kept updated on the repairs and picked it up on the date they said it would be ready. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for all your body work needs. The whole staff was very helpful and polite. I will definitely use them again but I hope it's no time soon, accidents are not fun.

My mustang was hit in the front . I can use Gerber for my repair . First let me say I've been an auto tech for 30 years but body work isn't my area. Having said that I am hard to impress and extremely picky about my car.i also have a bad case of ocd and notice everything . The staff there were the best you could hope for and the work done was exceptional! They made every effort to keep me informed. And I went up there and checked on my car everyday and not one time was I made to feel like I was intruding on their work. I can't find one single flaw in the body work or paint and that is saying something for me. This has been without a doubt the best customer experience I have ever had. I can't say enough about the staff from the bodyman on up about their efforts to exceed my expectations! You should be proud of the staff there. They will definitely be my "go to" for any bodywork from now on! If Gerber has any awards or anything special for excellent service you should give them double! Thank you so much!!!!

Had a great experience here in Brunswick. Staff were professional and kept me up to date on everything with my car. Wrong part was sent initially but was not a big deal. Couldn t have been nicer Let me start by saying, my experience with Gerber Collision is probably much different than most I had some body work done to my Accord in Hinesville, by a non-affiliated shop. Nothing major, but work just the same. Upon picking my vehicle up, there was a small issue I wanted addressed. A piece of door/window trim on my driver door was slightly torn/bent.The Collision Center in Hinesville didn t want me to make a 120-mile trip for a 10-minute repair, so they arranged the part to be delivered to and installed by Gerber Collision Center.I got the call today, the 16th of July, that the part was here and they could replace it when it was convenient for me. I went on to tell the GM, Randy, that I got off work at 1630 hrs. and would like to rush over after work.He sated his technicians usually get off work around 1700 hrs. and, without hesitation, went on to say he d make sure someone was there, which was great news for me. Now, I m only about 15 minutes away, so I was sure I wouldn t hold up the technicians to long.Upon arrival, Randy greeted me with the trim and was ready to get down to business. He pulled the car in the bay and went to replacing the trim. 10 minutes tops, from check-in to returning the car to me. Looked good!!Now, for the real praise! Randy and the technicians were great. Those 5 stars are all you. I had several employees talk to me while I waited. They couldn t be any nicer. You know what they say about first impressions, right? Well, I can say they will be my local shop of choice, God forbid, I get in another accident.( Oh yeah! Nine Line. You know what that's about... )

Just picked up my Toyota Highlander after having repairs due to accident on interstate the week before Thanksgiving. I can't say enough great things about the service and quality of repair work. Jesse went above and beyond to keep me informed as to what was happening and status of repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

As a automobile transporter, I was contacted to pick up and deliver a car to them for a client. Since their lot was rather compact, I parked my truck/trailer a block away to unload the vehicle and drive it over.As a former body shop estimator myself, and with knowledge of how the business works, this should have been a key drop and leave situation. The receptionist informed me it was a Geico claim and would have to wait for the rep at his little desk in the corner of their lobby finished up with another customer.I sat down for a moment, then made it clear, the car was not MY car, and I have nothing to do with the claim or estimate whatsoever.I was informed the appointment (really?!??! You have to SCHEDULE AND APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE?!?!) for 10:30 am and I couldn't leave the car in their parking lot because of liability issues.I was paid to move the car from the client's home, to your collision facility, period. Upon making it clear that they needed to contact the customer to make arrangements to move the car, I was snarked at. Like they were in disbelief that though I was paid to move the car from point A to point B one time, that I wouldn't just load it back up on the trailer and wait until 10:30 to unload it again for free.If the body shop I worked for in Metro Atlanta acted in such a ridiculous manner, I very seriously doubt we'd have to worry about gaining new customers or earning repeat business.For the most part, ANY body shop at ANY location will nearly bend over backwards to write an estimate on damage as soon as a customer shows up. To be hassled and made to wait on a vehicle that isn't even my car or my concern was really petty in my opinion, and I will happily refer my client to Kirby's on St. Simons Island, or Dependable just around the corner, where they are accommodating and helpful to their customers, vendors, suppliers, and colleagues.Really left a bitter taste in my mouth for the few short moments I waited there.

These guys are great. On one of the worst days of life, these guys were there to make it all better. Jesse Newman is a true artist. He repaired my truck back to better than new. When I needed them most, Jessie had my back. If you ever find yourself in the need of help call Gerber Collision Brunswick, ask for Jessie. He went above and beyond in repairing my Pearl.

They were rude and absolutely refused to even give me an estimate for work unless I told them exactly who would be paying for the work. Told them someone would be reimbursing me. They just responded That s not how it works. Went down the street to The Body Shop where they were happy to help.

Took my work truck to them for repairs and they have held up amazingly. They were able to fix all the damage and reapply the decals perfectly. Would recommend.
