One of the worst!! My fiance purchased a used truck in 2022 that they knew had the wrong rims but still approved for it to be sold. We have had the truck back in the shop several times for service and fixing the tires. One service they left the lug nuts loose on one of the rear tires and the tire almost fell off after pulling out of the service area. Another service some of the wheel studs had broken off and they replaced them with the same kind. The last time I took it in for service 7 wheel studs had broken off due to the Rims and at first we were told very rudely by Mark the service manager that they would only fix the broken ones with the same kind and I would have to find my own ride home. After a heated argument with Mark the service manager, they magically had a loaner car that "just came in" I received a phone call from Mark apologizing soon after I left saying they wanted to make this right "which is what was said every time" after almost 2 weeks and many calls to them the truck was ready to pick up. Driving home it shook so bad I had to hold the stearing wheel with both hands and it still shook outta my hands. During the 2 week period I received a call from the "liaison" Warren, saying they were willing to make this right even if it means putting us in a new truck. We sincerely believed them and we gave them another chance and we purchased a newer truck. During purchase service was great but we found that the speedometer was off over 7+ MPH depending on your speed (took our own GPS navigation system) they said yes that is due to the size of the tires and they knew that. They agreed to calibrate the axle to fix the issue and would have the truck ready by the next day to pick up. When I arrived with the trade I was given the keys and an IOU and said they did not have the right tools to do the calibration. They said they would call me the next day with appointment information. After many phone calls One week later I had to personally go to the dealership and demand they give me an appointment date and time while I was there!! We were given a time to go to the dodge dealership a month out and said it will only take a few minutes "so why do I have to wait a month?" 2 years we dealt with the "we wanna make this right" and they never did until we traded the truck in. Now that we have purchased another vehicle from them that they again knew had issues seems like we are gonna get the "same great service". During purchasing they are your best friend, once you sign, your nobody but a bother to them. Empty promises is all we've gotten and I know we won't be purchasing anything else from them!!

We are very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of the Service Department.They got our Truck in and service in record time as well as advised us of some issues that wewere unaware of on our Truck. We requested a estimate for a replacement Gas cover and weare happy to say it was under warranty! Great Company and Great customer Service!

It took 3 months 2 weeks and 5 days to get a clean title for our car. This was a cash deal, used vehicle, no trade-in, no loan involved. Should have been easy. First Vaden altered the mileage on the title, so of course our county would not except that.....then they missed having us sign a document so they just signed both of our names (without our permission) so our county mailed us the document to sign ourselves.We have not been satisfied with their handling of legal documents.

Three weeks ago I found myself stranded in Brunswick, GA when my transmission failed on I-95 northbound in my 2018 Tahoe. I was stranded 5 hours from home, so my first thought was to find the nearest Chevy dealer. Enter Dan Vaden Chevrolet. Had my a car towed there and the service staff said they would keep it until I could arrange to have the repairs done through my warranty company.Through the whole 3 week process, the entire staff there was so incredibly helpful, and did such a great job keeping me up to date on my car s repairs. Today I was finally able to pick my car up. Special shout out to Allen in service who was absolutely stellar in helping get my car fixed and getting me back in the road.I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any one. I told Kenyone Walker what I wanted one week later he exceeded my expectations, the paperwork was completed within two hours, and made sure he explained everything in great detail. He made recommendations about other vehicles I own as well. Great experience with someone who gets it done and finds what you want!

When traveling from Maine to Florida on February 17th 2024 we experienced a suspension issue on our Tahoe north of Brunswick. We spent the night and brought the Tahoe in the next morning. Allen checked us right in and got a tech to diagnose the issue. A failed front shock. He reassured us that the repair could wait until we reached our destination in Florida. We were very impressed by both his honesty and his willingness to not turn us away on a busy Saturday with only one tech on duty. I definitely recommend the service department at Dan Vaden Chevrolet.

I was called four hours after my car was scheduled to be serviced and told that I missed my appointment although my car was taken to your place the day before. They then never called back. I called at the end of the day to find out that it would be another day. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I called back to pay because I would not get off until after you closed. The lady on the phone told me that my service agent was busy. I asked if I could speak to someone else to pay because I would not be available. She became rude. I responded rudely as well ( I should not have) and she hung up on me. Since I picked up my car, my check engine light is now on and when I called, I have not received a callback.

Brought our Traverse in when the "traction control" indicator came on and the SUV began shaking like crazy when accelerating. We were traveling at the time. Even though the problem had cleared at the time I expected they could diagnose the problem, but only tried to blame it on "braking with the left foot"! AND charged me $185 for this! Two hours later, back on the road, the problem returned and we called and left a msg but never heard back. On top of this, it was raining when we first arrived at the service center and there were several cars sitting outside the service bays, but none inside. No one even attempted to assist me, I had to get out in the rain and enter the office to get someone's attention. Finally, after pulling out of the dealership I noticed a key-fob in the cup holder that wasn't mine. I almost left with it to make them come and get it, but I figured this would only inconvenience some other customer, so I drove back and dropped it off.

We purchased a used 2017 Chrysler 300 for my daughter in January 2023 it lasted 11 months engine is gone we purchased the extended warranty it was void because the car had over 100,000 miles on it. All we was told is another engine would be $6,000. No one tried to resolve the issue for a car we are still making payments on. We will NEVER purchase from here again. No service after the sale just hound you to buy cars. This was a sour lemon sitting on the lot. BUYER BEWARE .. Follow up from review Below you will see the message to give them a call I called once my husband called 3 times to speak to Dana( GM Assistant) was told all 4 times she was in a meeting she will call us back to this date have not received a call. Very Bad Business BUYERS BEWARE

The dealership had a spectacular lineup of new and used vehicles to choose from. I had personally done a fair amount of research before I even went to the dealership. Mark Layfield was the exact kind of salesperson I want when I go to purchase a vehicle. He was not pushy and let me get my lay of the land before he ever approached me to talk shop. Standard driving loop leaves something to be desired but that is not the salespersons fault. What I did appreciate about the test drive is that he didn t try to test the radio or roll down the windows or any of the classic salesperson trade secrets (we all know exactly what they are doing). He let me feel out the truck and listen to what I wanted to hear to make sure I knew it was mechanically sound. He showed me all the interior features as we approached the dealership. The only negatives from the experience were that the Sales Manager came in lite on my trade-in and the truck did not have floor mats even though it is a 2023 model (that new the Parts Department should throw them in for free).

Typical dealer pressure sales tactics. We went in to strictly get numbers and test drive our different options. Promising us rates and payments without even running our information was red flag one. The second red flag was being met with quotes that didn't align with their online pricing. When we were finally able to leave and talk things over, we noticed an LT equinox was what we were quoted on, and the RS equinox on the website was 4k less. When we asked to have the RS quoted, we were told that the RS was going to be the exact same price as the very first equinox quoted, which was the LT. The next thing we simply did was what anyone would do is call out the price discrepancy between their website and what we were being told. Here we are now, I'm writing this review as GM asked me to do, and we still haven't received an explanation or reply regarding the issue. The entire time we were being told that they just wanted to make a deal. Ghosting customers when being confronted about pricing is not how to go about it.

I highly recommend Darius Harmon for help finding your new vehicle. He cares for your best interests and he is not a pushy salesman. He's a true professional! He lets you take your time on your decision and does not rush you or try to lean you towards a vehicle you do not want. I never really write negative reviews, but I feel it is my duty to write this review to warn other customers. I have purchased not one, but two vehicles from Dan Vaden in Brunswick GA: a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2023 for my business and a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette last Saturday. Although I had a great sales experience with my salesperson, Vaden has definitely dropped the ball in the Service Department after you purchase a vehicle from them. I started having problems with my radiator and radiator hose with my Chrysler Pacifica van last Wednesday, so my employee dropped the van off to be serviced (yes, I did purchased their additional warranty) When the vehicle was dropped off, I was told that someone would call me as soon as possible about the van. Guess what? That was last Wednesday. I did not realize "soon as possible" means when I physically go into the Service Department. I called them several times and to no avail, no one called me back. Despite having surgery earlier last week, I have had to go into the dealership twice to attempt to find out the status of my vehicle. Keep in my mind--this a vehicle that is solely used for my business operations, so every day the van is inoperable is one day less that my employees have a van to work with. Only one service guy attempted to help me when I went into the service department. No one else seemed concerned. When asking about the status of the vehicle, I was told they were waiting on the warranty company to approve the service. Well, this simply could been a simple phone call to communicate what was going on.I really wish I could give this dealership 0 stars; however, it wont allow me to. The 1 star I am giving them is for the salesperson and sales experience. I think he did a great job. But you are totally in trouble past purchasing a vehicle if you have to get it serviced at Vaden because servicing your vehicle is not priority after you purchase it. I really wished I had listen to my neighbors after their month long nightmare experience after purchasing their Jeep Wrangler at Vaden!FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE: YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE! PLEASE HAVE A SPARE VEHICLE ON HAND BECAUSE YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE IN SERVICE FOR WEEKS!!!

Thomas was easy to talk to and wasn t the typical overbearing salesmen. They did try to add a $4000 fee to the car but we talked them out of that. Overall a pretty good experience.

The worst experience I ve ever had buying a car. The car was shipped to Ohio with the wrong temporary tag to start. I didn t realize until I had been pulled over and the cops had to prove that I didn t steal the vehicle. I have still yet to receive the paperwork needed to get a license plate which should ve been done by the dealer. They told me I would have to pay fines for any delay of information they need, but the information I needed I m still waiting on 132 days later. If I could give them the car back and buy the exact car from a different dealer I would.

Don't do business here. You give them info and they run your credit numerous times affecting your score. Then they never get back with you. Go somewhere that treats you like a customer and not a dollar sign. Had this experience with several of the sales personnel at this location. They need to reevaluate who they put on the sales floor.

We went to another dealership earlier in the day and Fred blew the them out of the water in terms of our entire experience from first impression, test driving, down to the purchase. I brought my new Silverado with 2,500 miles on it to the dealership to address a problem while I was on vacation. I was assured there would be a shuttle to return me to my family that was staying within the required 10 mile radius. But when I dropped off my vehicle no shuttle was available. A very nice sales woman Kilah went to her manager to request permission to drive me home but that permission was denied. I wasted 1/2 a day at the dealership because they don't deliver the service they say they will provide.

We can not thank Fred Voigt at Dan Vaden in Brunswick enough. He has be the only person to go out of his way to help us find a vehicle not only works for us as a family of 5 but also our budget. Saw a vehicle we liked online called and let them know we wanted to look at it and set a sime for the afternoon and when we got there they increased the online price by 2k pretty sketchy if you ask me. Also they don't put prices on the stickers of used vehicles because the sales manager will increase the price if he can to squeeze every dollar out of his customers. Also the gnats are terrible therr got ate up soon as I stepped out of my car. FYI bring some bug repellent.

Top shelf group here at Dan Vaden Chev Brunswick! I had a multi state transaction on a Ford Mustang (WI, GA, TX) and a huge shout out to TJ & Travis integrity, honesty, helpful & patient are just a few characteristics of this group. TJ even drove an hour to pick me up at the airport in Savannah, GA I mean really if something doesn t work out for you at this dealership it was probably you not them did I mention when I opened up my paperwork to get plates in TX I found that they had included a 1yr 12 month warranty? Nuf said! I m a happy 52 yr old purchaser.

More of a bad experience than good, however Taj the service advisor was really good but handling far too many customers to let his abilities shine through. Went in on a Friday for check engine light issue on Chevy Spark. The diagnosis came back and we were given a repair recommendation and approved the work. The next day we were driving and the light came back on so we went back of Saturday and Taj was really concerned and told us to come in Monday and.he would get us on the schedule. Apparently the GM diagnostics we paid for was useless in our case. They had to talk with GM advisors and came up with another costly fix for which they had no parts. Since we were traveling thru and had a schedule to complete we did not want to wait around for them to continue the process. The bottom line is we have a 2019 Chevy Spark with manual transmission and none of the electrical frills and they were unable to properly diagnose after 3 visits leave me to question the quality of service they can offer. BTW all the fixes recommended were to fix a car that was showing a reduction in engine power, which we were not experiencing, and several days later are still not experiencing. All we wanted to know was why the check engine light was on and they were not able to determine with a sense of certainty that gave us confidence.
