I wouldn t recommend this place to be someone last option. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Cars be looking all clean but aren t worth a penny nor a headache. Need to hire new customer services . They won t call you or let you know about ANYTHING pertaining to your car. They just want your money take my word for it. Didn t really want to give them one star cause they don t deserve even that.

DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! They are very unfriendly and will rip u off. I purchased a 2017 Chrysler 200 the engine light came on they next day. The ac went out on me. And don t be a day or 2 late on your payment they will pick your car up asap. They have no understanding and all of their cars has problems. Also my tires were the worse. I had to buy new tires as soon as I purchased the car. This place should be put out of business!!!

The bushings on my car was completely destroyed when I purchased this vehicle. My tires was being replaced every week. The AC does not work anymore nor do some of the functions in the car. The PCM in the vehicle is bad so the car shut off while I was driving. Then I found out from a mechanic that the speaker system on the car wasn t installed correctly there was exposed wires in my vehicle. The vehicle would have exploded if the mechanic had not found it. I should ve sued. Would not recommend unless you want to waste money. They want payments but I m too busy trying to fix this Lemmon

I love my car however the customer service is horrible. Been waiting almost 2 months on any word about my tag which expires in 2 weeks. smh..do better...I do this same work for a living and know how to be sympathetic to a customer and will make things right, especially if its a good paying customer

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I bought my 2014 Chevy Cruz at the end of December of 2022. As soon as I drove it home, the check engine light came on. I had it maintenanced as soon as the next few days. I replaced the turbo, o2 sensor, coolant tank, and a few other inconveniences here and there. During the maintenance session, the mechanic had told me the head gasket was blown and had been blown for a while. My motor is now at risk of damage as a result of this. As any other, I called the business to retrieve any type of accountability for their actions. This particular call was not to shame the business or any worker but rather to see eye to eye. The brunette female working the front counter had told me she would talk with the owner about the situation and get back with me as soon as he responded. A few days later, I called back because they had still not reached out to me. A lady answered the phone, and I explained what the call was for. She said the owner did get back to them, and they could do nothing with the vehicle because I had already drove it 7,000+ miles. I bought the car with 132,000 miles to this day I only have 135,000 miles on it. I told her exactly that, yet they make another excuse that since I had the car repaired elsewhere they would not help me in any way, shape, or form. I ve never lost my cool with this company. I ve paid my dues ahead of time. I ve maintained this vehicle to the upmost possible. Any good businessman should want the best for their paying customer, especially if they are pregnant. Overall, if you have any self-respect and don t want to be walking on the side of the road just to make ends meet your best bet it to go to another dealership. IT S BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY!!! Praying you make the best decision for yourself.

I bought a 2011 Nissan maxima from CKA Auto around tax time this year. 2 days after I got it the serpentine belt broke. I've had nothing but car trouble ever since. Replaced the alternator 3 times already. Gotta broken motor mount, leaking power steering pump, CV shaft needs replaced. And the pcm is bad. Completely unsatisfied with this dealership.

I Bought a 2010 GMC Sierra from here and I couldn't be happier. With the down payment I had and the wants and needs I needed fulfilled in a vehicle they really worked with me and got me in a vehicle that I had only hoped to be in. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

It really doesn't appear they wish to sell working people vehicles everyone of their locations are closed on Saturday. A lot of people including myself work from 7am to 6Pm Monday thru Friday would probably benefit them more to be open on a Saturday as well.

They are selling lemons! I know two people who have had engine trouble. I ve had my car for fourth months.. I CONSTANTLY fix that car and keep up with the car note and insurance. I literally just got that car fixed Friday and now it won t start! I m stranded in Florida, 6 hours away from home, and they told me they would help. She called me back and said Honda was charging too much and they weren t paying that! So now I have to leave my car here and find a way home. Highly disappointed and they are not getting another dollar from me!

Great experience. Great customer service, and I got an awesome deal on my used car. Like any other other used car place, do your research, inspect what you're looking at thoroughly, and it will be fine.

These people didn t even get out their seat. They sat there and looked at me stupid when I walked in to inquire about vehicles. I would not recommend, Chris, you need to do better.

I don t recommend! Poor customer service. They also have a mechanic shop on site full of poor experienced mechanics. Next time I won t be in such a rush to find a reliable ride (laughing out loud), I guess that s what you get when you re impatient. I hope the owner provides better customer service in the future and maybe the employees will follow. Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.

So, I came to CKA after doing a google search of used cars in the area. First person I met was Ms. Daisy. She is extremely helpful and always has a positive vibe going on. Next I met Ms. Kristen, the owners wife. She was more than helpful with the issues I had on my first car. Tried to fix it, but ended up changing I to another vehicle. That s when I met Mr. Chris, the owner. He was very helpful. When the 2nd vehicle started to have issues, he was more then helpful. Even stayed after hours to help me get it all sorted out. These folks are great. Super easy to work with with down payments and always friendly. Chris seems like a guy trying to do the right tho g I. The used car sales, and it s a refreshing change in this area. I know it s a long review, but I wanted to get it all out there. I m back again, due to the 2nd truck, and will update as it progresses. But so far over all, this is the only dealership I ll be going to from now on to purchase used cars. Will update when I find out what happens next.

Everything was good until I missed a payment and they made no attempt to notify me until the day of them trying to tow my car! The tow guy (the owners cousin) slammed is tow truck into my vehicle damaging my bumper and my lights! He tried to lift and tow my car while I was still in it and dragged my foot on the ground from moving the car while my leg was out and on the ground. I went in the next day a saturday to pay my bill, it says the open at 10 yet the owner didn't show up til 11am which caused me to be late to my job. When telling the owner Chris about what his tow guy(cousin) did he blew me off and said I was wrong cause I had missed my payment. Save yourself a headache and go elsewheres the whole family is shady!

i bought a dodge ream 1500 that is only worth 2500 on KBB they wont 10,000 and its been in the shop the first 3 weeks i had it for a week and 2 days got it back had it 1 day same problems now its back in the shop again have made payments on time the truck is my lively hood that's how i make my money so i told them i don't wont the truck back so still waiting on owner to call me with different solution.....its a limon and over priced but I'm still optimistic....so as of now had the truck for a month and drove it a total of 1 week

Very disappointed in the quality of car they try to sell....NEVER judge a book by its cover always test drive....driver seat in my test drive was off track went to adjust it only adjusted on 1side....turned a corner and was like a roller coaster ride seat leaned with turn even with me in itCKA not for everyone

Raggedy old cars with excessively high mileage that require new parts and repair. Pricing is far above fair market value. Do your homework and save your money .

My daughter and son n law have had dealings with these people. And I wouldn't recommend this car lot to my worst enemy. These people are crooked and dishonest wouldn't do business with these people..

Purchased a car from this place and they told me the car was in great shape , went home and had to come back the next day with a oil leak , I asked them to fix my car and they told me I would have to go on the street and find a another mechanic but still expect for me to make payments , I advise everyone to go to someone else .

I ve had 2 suvs from them and both have had bad engines the first time they gave me a second sub with the same issue as the first and when I called to speak with the owner the lady said he said that he was not going to do anything to help with the issue and that I still needed to make the payments and that since I had drove 10000 miles already that they was not going to do anything so please do not go there to get a vehicle because it s not worth your money they tried to charge me 20,000 for an 2008 with over 200,000 miles on it
