Exceptional, Professional & Timely This was not accident related, simply parking lot & road rash damage and had headlights replaced. 2011 Rav4...21k new. Can't replace now for under 30-35k and yeah, will drive another 12 years! Thanks Chuck !!

They have taken care of my mom s little bumps and dings on here vehicle. They have been very fair dealing with her on the charges for repair. Only complaint I have is that they need a bigger area for parking. Ladies at the front desk are very nice and extremely helpful. When my mom and I went in they were a little short of personnel. They handled the situation like true professionals. They contacted the person who had been dealing with my mom and said to just leave her vehicle and they would call her when it was completed. I was so glad they didn t tell her to come back later.

I can say enough good things about my experience with Barber s Body Shop. They repaired a damaged bumper on the spot just before Thanksgiving. The price was very reasonable and the owner even took time to personally touch up the scrapes on the bumper. Other shops were too busy to take time to help me. If you need body work done these guys should be first on your list to call and visit for an estimate.

I had to wait 3 months for my repair to be completed. Lots of emty promise that it would be done "next week". I understand that part are hard to get and stuff but that was not the reason. why promise wrong dates over and over? When I got my car back tire was low and battery empty from sitting so long. Needed to buy a new one. One light was not working since the plug was just not plugged in. Had to do it my self. When I called for updates, I never got a call back. I had to go there every time for updates. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. The body work was good in the end but 3 months having no car was not worth it... Charged more than the initial estimate as well.

I had a hit and run in the parking lot, leaving a sizable dent in the rear passenger side of my bumper. So I was planning to get it covered under an uninsured motorist claim but that would have cost me the deductible. I went to Barber's since they worked with my insurance and expected to have to get a rental for several days while the car was getting fixed. However, one of the mechanics there (Alex) suggested an alternative to me that was cheaper and faster. I went in the next day, handed him the car, and 45 minutes later, had the bumper nearly like new and for far less than the cost of my claim deductible. They did an excellent job taking car of me and the car and best of all, did the work in less than an hour (Alex is a really talented mechanic). It's not 100% like new but it's close enough and they saved me a lot of money. Thanks, Barber's!

Talked to someone about getting some painting done to a truck topper,was told I would get a call back in little while. All I have got is silence. Please DO NOT call me back I found results elsewhere.

Replaced paneling on door and fixed damaged wheel well. Did a great job replacing parts and blending paint. Looks as good as new! Very reasonably priced compared to other local body shops. Alex was very nice, helpful, and easy to work with. They stayed within the quoted price and time.

Just picked my car up today and I was completely impressed!! The staff was awesome! My car looked better than ever. From the inside to the exterior they did an amazing job. The receptionist was super sweet and a huge help. Keep up the good work guys!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I ve lived here for 24 years and Barbers has repaired probably 10 vehicles for me including ones for the church when I worked there. They are always on time and price reflects the work. Barber's did a great job on body work needed on my RAV 4 due to a fender bender accident. They were very professional, courteous and followed through with all details including helping with the rental car pickup and turn in! These guys are the best. On Mother's Day 2019 a guy ran a yield sign hitting my car on the passenger side. I was not able to open by passenger front door or back door. The bodywork this shop did on my car is unbelievable. I really thank this staff for making my new car look new again!! Very reliable and trustworthy staff!!

This is one amazing place and the individuals who work there are a blessing. I was 7 hours from home and had to have car repair at a dealership and they had one thing they couldn't fix. So I went to barber's body shop and they fixed me up with an amazing blessing. Thank you for being there for me!

Barber's Body Shop is the BEST auto body shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Specifically, Chuck & Mike Barber (Owners) takes pride in their company and only allows quality work leave their shop. They stands by his work and the products they utilizes. Barber's treats all customers with respect, they make you feel like a person, and NOT like a pay check. Barber's Body Shop DOES NOT take shortcuts in their painting process. I feel that Barber's only employs the BEST painters, prep individuals, detail individual, and office people. This is shown from beginning process to the ending process. In my opinion you should look no further in quality auto body repair.

I brought my car in for minor repairs. Their clerk is very friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff I spoke with. They did an excellent job on mine and a family member's cars. I will reuse their services.

Doesn't complete jobs, paint job looks terrible. Also they were very rude to the customer. My car was different colors when they were done. It was supposedly a complete paint job. Terrible. I had to have a different shop fix what they did.

They worked on my 2013 Ford Fusion. They got it fixed quick. Now my car is looking good as new. Thanks Barbers.. Y'all are awesome.

I took my 2016 Maxima to Barbers to have the front replaced for some minor damage done after someone backed into it. Six months later the front they were supposed to fix fell off my car while being driven down the drive way. Absolutely rediculous. I do not recommend you trust them with your vehicle. This could have easily been fatal if this happened on the highway.

It is seldom I rate anyone or business. My experiences with Barber s Body shop especially my recent visit was beyond my expectations. I was taught at an early age no matter how well you do anything it could always be better. Not so with Barber s Body Shop, they expect excellence and achieve it. Thanks Lisa, Alex, Chuck and crew.

Great Experience. At first the color was not quite correct. I commented that it wasn't right, the painter came out, and immediately said we will fix it. They fixed it in a day.Great Communication and great attitude with fair prices

Had a door handle to put on a Toyota camry. First mechanic I went to we had the wrong handle charged me 95.00 to tell me it didnt fit. Barbers bodyshop put on my handle in 5 minutes and didnt charge me a dime. Thank you!

Too busy to help me before two weeks from now. Taking my car into another competitor on Monday that is very courteous and has a very neat and clean, organized place...unlike Barbers.

This is the second time we've had to have repairs on our cars here and we couldn't be happier with the staff and the results. Very professional yet also very friendly at the same time. Thank y'all so much for fixing my car and hopefully no one else tries to hurt her again. :)

This is my first time using Barber's I'm not completely satisfied with how they do things. But all in all the job is done and looks good.
