Haley at Auto Tech fixed our misfiring cylinder on our 2008 Cadillac SRX. The check engine light was blinking and the car was shaking after we drove from PA to GA for a week of vacationing and visiting family and friends on SSI. We need to return 900 miles to PA this weekend. Auto Tech was highly recommended (from our St Simon's friends) and they did a great job quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your help!

Took a 16 Malibu to them for an electrical issue. They charged $650 for repair and it broke down on way home. They also bad mouth other local businesses which is very unprofessional.

Check engine light came on in a car I'd had for only a few weeks, and the car was lagging when trying to accelerate. I went to another shop, they told me it was likely the transmission and referred me to Autotech. The staff were all so friendly and were very thorough in finding what was wrong with my car instead of just trying to get me to replace the transmission. Turned out to be the VVT solenoid and they were able to fix it up. It took about a week from drop off to pick up, but I'd much rather have it take time and get done right instead of a hasty fix. The price was fair and the car is now back to normal. Highly recommend, great experience!

I want to start off by saying I do like every one there they had worked on my vehicle before and I was very happy with them. I went back to them with another issue and was told my engine was gone and For 5/6 grand they would replace it. I decided to get a second and third opinion and thank the lord above that I did. The truck is running great all it needed was a water pump that s all. My engine was not replaced I have continued to drive it and it s running like it always has. So 3 stars for not being totally straight with me and not just my opinion but two other mechanics both agreed water pump not engine. I still like them, They do good work but not sure I can trust them as I had.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My significant other and I, along with our dog, broke down and became stranded in Brunswick 300 miles from home while passing through returning from a vacation. Made the mistake of going to another highly advertised shop in town and wasted 2 days only to be told they didn't know what was happening. Thankfully 1 employee there recommended "Scott's Auto Tech". Damn do I wish we would have found them 1st! Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they were amazing at their trade. Had the car diagnosed in about 15min, and had us ready to go just 1 day later. Price was absolutely fair as well!! If we lived closer to Brunswick GA, no chance we'd take our vehicle anywhere else. A very professional auto service center. Highly educated mechanics that know everything about any vehicle and they do it all here. If your vehicle breaks down in any way and you can't fix it yourself in your back yard. Then this place is that place to bring it in and have all of your vehicle needs done correctly and professionally. From there top of the line laser perfect alignment rack station all the way down to just getting an oil change. This place gets the job done right the first time everytime.

We had a dead battery on our new Jeep and called AAA for a jump( car left idle for months). I drove it around that day and soon it died again. I called AAA and they said the battery was gone.....so I called the dealership and was told they were too busy on Friday at 3 and they would need to keep the car for testing. Said I need a battery and they couldn't help me. I went to Interstate and they didn't know how to install it /it's under the seat. Went to Autozone and they couldn't enter the car to do it...policy. He referred me to Scott. I went to him and told me the problem, under the seat etc. He told me to go and get the battery and he'd install it. I bought it and he SQUEEZED me in and installed it for me. No appointment, no come back tomorrow, sorry we're busy! He was kind to me in a time of need. Scott did a fine job, on a Friday night and charged me hardly enough for what it meant to me. I am so grateful to have found him...He's the best! You can't teach DNA! He's one fine man.Service: Battery

They tried to charge me 3 hours shop time to change a power steering pump, after marking up the part $125.And then tried to charge me 70 dollars just to tell me what I already knew, asked for an estimate that's all.And for some reason my radiator blew on the way home.Edit, the radiator got poked and soldered when I got the AC compressor replaced, found out 3 years after incident.But still almost 700 dollars for a 2001 honda power steering pump exchange is absolutely ridiculous. Go watch the 15 minute uncut video of it being done.The guy who ended up doing it took 25 minutes and cost me less than a what they marked the part up for.

Scott and his techs were super friendly and welcoming to the shop. They are the only auto shop I will go to with my Explorer. Check them out!

Great shop. Took the time to troubleshoot my EVAP issue without just starting changing parts. When they were unsure of the exact cause, they let me know their best guess and course of action. Turned out to be correct.The only downside to a great shop is that they are busy. Be prepared to leave your vehicle for a few days.

My brother's car broke down on his way back home to Jersey, Autotech was willing to hold onto it until we were able to sort things out with it. Months later, I was able to put in some money to get it fixed. I urged them that this would be my only ride back home and I'm glad they took this into consideration. I kept in close contact with Scott to make sure everything with the vehicle got fixed and so that I was reassured that I would make it home safe. A few weeks later I'm back home writing this review with my beautiful car, and it's all thanks to Autotech. I enjoyed my small Georgia trip and I appreciate their help greatly, these guys did a fantastic job!

My alternator went out on a road trip from FL to MD. Other shops said we would have to wait until the next day. Scott got my family back on the road in about an hour! And he did it for less $ than the other guys! Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! I had a Jasper engine put in my truck up in Atlanta, Ga and they mechanic did a poor job installing it. I brought my truck to Scott and he did the warranty work quickly, and well. I tend to beat up my truck, and they are always there to bring it back to life. I actually trust these mechanics. They are priced fairly, and will do the job right. I won't take my truck anywhere else.

I was 300 miles from my home attending a relatives 91st birthday celebration in Brunswick. The next day I was needed 330 miles away to be with a friend in his last hours on COVID. I noticed the "battery not charging light" on and began calling local car care facilities...called four and was offered no help. In contacting Scott St. Clair at the NAPA Care Care he told me that they were backed up but he would look at my vehicle. On hearing my circumstances, he replaced my alternator and had me on the road in an hour. Outstanding customer service...personal assistance way beyond normal...these are "good people". Semper Fi...

My experience could not have been better. Scott took a look at a quick problem with my car and I was in and out in 15 min, and he didn t even charge me. Everyone was super friendly, and the waiting room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

AutoTech is an EXCEPTIONAL shop! I have taken more than a few vehicles to be serviced here when other shops just could not resolve the issue. This is my go to shop for my personal and business vehicles.

Very knowledgeable offered good advice. Only bad thing was, I was told to bring my vehicle in the next week on a specific day and when I did I was told they wouldnt work on it till the end of the week.
