We needed an OBDII scanner. The store let someone use it and the customer never returned it. My thoughts are the store should order another one instead of making the excuse and shoulder shrugging. I've shopped here before and had good experiences with friendly staff before.

We were on our way to Florida from Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on. The staff at AutoZone were able to diagnose the problem and get us set up with the tools and parts we needed to fix the problem and get on to our destination. A special thanks to Larry for his help and guidance. The kindness of strangers is truly appreciated and heartwarming. Thank you!

Stopped in to pick up some parts my son had ordered on line. His order was ready when I arrived. The sales associate was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I also asked for a code check on my truck. The associate didn't hesitate to help me with that and explained the code she found. Definitely a great experience at this AAP. Thankful they were open and had the parts needed for my son.

This place was awesome with service and the girl at the counter was very helpful and helped us out above and beyond what was expected from her I would definitely recommend going back to this place my experience was awesome

ordered an item to be called the next day. paid cash for it in on the day of order. got a call to pick it up. Went in with my cash recipts, to find out was a wrong item, and was not going to get my cash back unless I show my drivers license or SOCAL SECURITY NUMBER. Are you joking.. i will blast out the internt for this wring doing .. never go back in that store or make sure the assiciates who works there get a proper training. Never heard that one before what a joke

Excellent customer service. I've been there many times and they treat you respectfully and go above and beyond to assist you in finding whatever you need and that make sure it's the correct item. Thank you and I will see ya soon.

Time I walked in I was greeted,the young man that helped me was very nice he installed my windshield wipers,a few days later I went in and ordered a part for my car, again very helpful and knowledgeable,great place, it's my auto parts store for sure!!

Needed a generator before the storm hits. Called here and Logan was awesome! He said they just got a truckload in, took my name and phone number and said to ask for him when I got there. He was so friendly and helpful in the midst of the bit of craziness that precedes a hurricane. They even took it to my car and loaded it. Thank you Logan and staff at Advance Auto!!

Stopped by to get a tool for my brother, the sales lady was very helpful and even went to where the spot is for them to locate it for me as I had no clue what I was looking for. They were out but still helpful and offered to order it.

Stopped in on a Sunday when our trailer bearing blew out and no other shop would do it. Everyone was super helpful in finding the right parts and tools, and we were able to do the repair in the lot and get back on the road. Awesome customer service!

I like using them as they are very helpful an usually have what so need in stock, if they don't they will order it for ya. An they will install your windshield wipers for ya or put in a new battery if needed. Heck you can exchange your old battery an save on a core charge. There open 7 days a week..

Quick in and out. The personnel here are knowledgeable on there search systems which is pretty much all you can ask for with part stores. Customer service was nice.People have a trend of thinking the workers here have any sort of mechanical experience. Most of them don't, unless they held a job dealing with mechanics in the past.

Sean was very professional, he provided excellent customer services. I really appreciated his candor regarding what I thought was a minor concern; it appears the costs will be exorbitant. Sean is an asset to Advance Auto Parts----automobiles per se, maintenance, and parts, thereof. This is his forte. Continued success!

Employees here a very helpful I ever have any issues or any questions about my vehicle they're more than happy to help me out. They always try to find you the best deal if they don't have it in stock they do recommend other auto part stores. I prefer going here Because they will go out of their way to help you

We stopped at this store to drop off a faulty part, and deal with a corporate issue. Kammie assisted us and, even though we were obviously extremly frustrated with the whole process, was quite possibley the most pleasent person we have ever dealt with.Everything was taken care of, and Kammie went the extra mile to make sure we left in much better moods than when we arrived.Thank you.

Went because my battery was dead on a Sunday morning. The young lady hooked a machine up to the battery and was able to tell that the battery and alternator were good and that something had simply drained the battery. In and out in no time and at no charge! Thanks Advance Auto Parts!

In it for more the money not customers service. Gives you the most expensive top of the line product. Does not give you options. Make sure you take someone with you who know what they are doing and how much things cost or you will be ripped off.

My parents were traveling from Florida back to North Carolina when the altenator went out on their vehicle. I called Advance Auto Parts 5498 New Jesup Highway Brunswick Ga and spoke with Zach on the phone. He was very professional and quick to help. He had the parts to fix my parents car in stock and had it pulled and ready for them to pick up and even helped them get a mechanic to install the parts on Saturday. Every time I shop at Advance Auto Parts it is always very professional !!! Thank you to Zach for a great job.

Needed a battery change and Kristy came to the rescue with her magic box for diagnostics.She found the problem, the new battery and even replaced it! Total professional and she needs a raise. Keep up the great work Kristy!
