As luck would have it I got into a car crash and I was simply devastated. I had just gotten my Range Rover less than a year ago. First thought that went through my mind was "This is it! My car is a goner!" [Super Dramatic]My insurance company gave me a list of locations that I could take my car to but told me that by law I had the right to choose any shop of my choice. I was simply overwhelmed, I'm not so savvy when it comes to car repairs or what I should be looking for. To my surprise a few of my friends had used Regal Auto Body and spoke very highly of them so I decided against the list provided by my insurance .Let me tell you that the whole experience was simply DELIGHTFUL! The receptionist was able to get me in right away and connected me with Casey that handles insurance claims. After that it was smooth sailing! He explained when my car would be ready and that they will send me text messages periodically to update me on my car status.I'm happy to say that my car was repaired perfectly and as an added bonus they also washed car.I highly recommend this place if you need any repairs done. So if you love your car as much as do, this is the spot for you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don t leave reviews much but this place deserves 10 stars for the way they put my car back together after being involved in a terrible accident with a 18 wheeler. They handled everything with the insurance company for me and kept me updated the entire time. I can t thank them enough!

Went in for a quote on how much it would cost to fix my bumper. Someone took pictures of my bumper and let me know they d send me a quote by the end of the day. After around 5 business days of patiently waiting, i gave them a call, and they said sorry they d been backed up and would send it asap. It s now been over a week and I haven t even received a quote, let alone brought my car in to be fixed. Also very odd because I was the only person in the entire shop that day and there wasn t even anyone else around working on cars. Very confusing, but doesn t seem like a business worth spending money on. Save some money and go to another body shop in the area that can take care of your car problems in a timely manner, I will not be doing business with this company.Edit: It s incredible that the owners of this company can reply to my negative review within an hour of my post, but can t provide basic services for potential customers, like a quote for a bumper replacement. Unfortunately for the person who responded to my review, a lack of service is something that can and will be mentioned in a review of a company. Incredibly poor customer service, just take a look at all of the defensive responses to all of negative reviews on this website. There are several companies that have given me a quote within 24 hours in the immediate area.

I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of a collision repair, or any type of service to their vehicle. I have a luxury vehicle and I am very peculiar on where I take my vehicle for repairs, however I was referred to this establishment and it was quality, professional, and efficient work. From the time I booked the appointment, I did not have to wait, they accommodated every need, and kept me updated with the repair process. They ensured they could handle the repairs and I am beyond pleased I used this shop!!! I plan on referring anyone who will listen to use this establishment because the work speaks for itself!!!! I am huge on customer service and they exceeded beyond my expectations!!! Please go ahead and book you will not be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place does not deserve to be in business. Lost a half day of PTO and a night of a vacation rental due to being lied to about when my car would be ready. Was first told I d receive a call at noon to confirm no call received. Went to check at 3pm, was told to come back after close. At that point at the latest it should have been recommended to us to get a rental car (I had called and emailed on the preceding two days as well with only one callback after I said I d come by the shop). Instead, we came at 5pm and the wrong car was brought around (btw we were told the workers had messed up the paint on it and it would have to be redone, good to know for whomever s car that was). We were then told, after close and after every local rental place had likewise closed, that our car would not be ready after all reassurances. They did cover a rental from the airport but that definitely does not make up for the stress and lack of professionalism we dealt with. The repair was ultimately okay, but the molding piece is obviously used, not new, and the paint is slightly chipping at the edge of the door. Save your sanity, listen to the other reviews, and go elsewhere.Update: Also was promised an itemized receipt by the end of the day, have not received it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently T boned by a uninsured driver. I called my insurance company and they told me that I had the right to take it any shop of my choice so I chose Regal. Their estimate process is super easy. I simply uploaded my accident photos to their website and I got a response right away! They re staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. They handle everything with my insurance company seamlessly. I didn t have to do a thing but drop off my car and pick it up. My Mercedes has never looked better. Thanks again guys!

Regal Auto did a great job repainting a portion of my car for me. And, when something went wrong on the first go round, they fixed it for me immediately. They have quick turn around and very reasonable prices. My car looks great, and the next time I have an issue this will be the first place I call.

Do not use this shop. I'm not sure if people aren't commenting on this because they can never get a hold of them or if they just don't bother but I had a terrible experience here. I dropped my car off on Monday 3 days before the holiday. My insurance adjuster came twice and they said my car wasn't there. In addition they gave me no updates and they never pick up the actual phone. Highly unprofessional, go somewhere else even though the wait time is 2 - 3 weeks

Regal did an incredible job on my Mercedes. I was Involved in a terrible collision with a Fed Ex driver that nearly destroyed my new car. I thought it would never be the same again. I contacted my insurance company and they told me that I could take it to the shop of my choice. Since I hadn't dealt with anything like this before I had no clue where to start except the dealership. After visiting RBM of Atlanta, I did a little research of shops closer to home. I came across Regal Auto Body and noticed the great reviews from previous customers so I payed them a visit. I'm so thankful that I did. From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy and respect. They really mad me feel valued as a person and not just a customer. They inspected my vehicle with care, paying attention to every detail. They contacted Progressive while I was in the office and had Enterprise bring over a rental car for me. They handle everything, all I had to do was drop off the car. While my car was in the shop I was updated on the status regularly, their customer service team was able to answer any questions I had. I felt completely at ease through the entire process. The best part of this unfortunate ordeal was when I picked up my car. It look absolutely amazing! I didn't even recognize it at first. I was certain it wouldn't ever look the same. I was wrong, it looked better. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who appreciates quality work and great customer service. Thanks again!

I brought my Mercedes-Benz S550 to Regal Auto after I was involved in a very serious accident.I contacted State Farm and they told me I could take it to any shop so I chose these guys. They repaired my car and made it look brand new. They were very friendly and updated me throughout the repairs, which they finished in less time than expected. I am very happy with their work & highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever and will not return or recommended. My fianc� had his car repaired, which was completed on Friday but didn t receive an official call, according to another employee that the call was forwarded to after no one answered at this location. Called Saturday and they weren t open. Someone finally picked up the phone and the lady said they d be open on Monday. She couldn t specify a time because of the holiday and said she was give us a call she just knew that they d be open? Called all day Monday but no answer and clearly wasn t open. Finally got to pick up the car on Tuesday and the car was wet on the inside?? Have no clue why the inside was wet when the repair was done on the outside. It s wet and smells like mildew. Also, he had to extend his car rental multiple times.

Wow! These guys do amazing work. I took my 2017 C class in last week to have it repaired after a major accident. They did an awesome job and got it done fast. You can never tell the car was ever wrecked. All the other shops I went to couldn't even get me on the schedule for weeks. I highly recommended Regal Auto Care to anyone who needs their car repaired.

There was an accident and the front of my car was SMASHED! I dealt with Casey throughout my ordeal and felt at ease from the START. I have an older car and he helped me and explained everything step by step. He offered solutions and in the end my car was better than before the accident. Fair pricing, quick work, great communication!!

Regal performed work on the rear passenger door of my Acura TLX. After they forgot to put a final gloss coat on the car, they gladly gave me a rental car -- free of charge -- while they finished the work. Kudos for that. However, the work itself was less than stellar. As I noted to a Regal representative, there appeared to be a slight wave in the door panel, with several noticeable dings. His response: "It's not going to be perfect. If you wanted a perfect door, you should have just asked and we would have ordered you a new door." Seriously? On a recent trip to the Acura dealership, I told them about the experience. "We wish you would have come to us," they said. Me too. Lesson learned.

I would love to be able to comment on their work, but apparently it's impossible to get an appointment. I tried calling during the day but no one picked up. I sent in photos for their "immediate quote" and a week later hadn't received anything. So I wrote a message through their contact form and a week later, still nothing. I'm not sure how they have any business if they never respond to people.Edited to add: crazy how they responded to a bad review within 2 hrs of it being posted just to tell me I shouldn't have posted but still didn't bother to find the pictures I sent or set up a time to come in. Best of luck to your business.

Got the Lexus in for some well needed body repairs. They did a great job, the color match is spot on and they stuck to the price we agreed on even though I made a few last minute changes. Two thumbs up!

DO NOT GOT HERE !!!! Got my Car back with More Scratches than what i sent it with , They Scratched up My Tint , And Stained My Door when All i needed was exterior work, why were they in my car im not sure . Then when I sent it back for them to correct there errors they said i have No Proof because i didnt take the pictures before i gave it to them to work on ! PLEASE BEWARE

Great experience overall. Casey is someone you can trust. Repairs did take a very long time, but I think most of that was out of their control.

Called them twice to bring my car in for issues... Both times they said that they would call me back to schedule an appointment but apparently they only work when they feel the need to... I don't see how places like this stay in business... Very unprofessional...
