Came to KP automotive with issues with my coolant. KP automotive was quick and very professional about it. They walked me threw the whole experience and was able to fix it the same day. I will be coming back. Thank you for the Immediate and professional experience!

I cannot say enough about the good people at KP Automotive. I was driving my wife and kids from NC to MS when my drivers side caliper froze up causing a lot of concern. We pulled off the highway and called a number of garages that could not get us in. Then we get a call back from one garage that was concerned about the safety of my family driving with one front brake and told us they would squeeze us in, it was the good people at KP Automotive. The term good people doesn t do it justice describing the owner and staff. They were so kind, caring and accommodating in a way I ve never experienced. They fixed our brakes and hung out with my family and I sharing conversation and laughs. We had a great time and will not forget the kindness they showed. I highly recommend this garage for your automotive needs. Thank you KP Automotive!

Christmas Miracle!!! Traveling with 4 kids from Charlotte to Columbus, MS we developed a serious problem with our brakes. We pulled off the highway immediately and divine intervention led us to KP. No one ever feels lucky when they have car trouble, but we are so fortunate and grateful that our problems happened 2 miles from these wonderful people. Even though they had a parking lot full of work and no openings for weeks, they called me back and Kerry told me we don t want you stranded on Christmas come see us and we ll take care of you! And they absolutely went above and beyond to help our family. Jimmy agreed to take on the work late on a Friday even though most people would ve been ready to start their weekend. While we waited we thoroughly enjoyed talking to Kerry and Max. It felt like we were spending time with old friends. We re about 100 miles down the highway now, brakes are perfect and we haven t stopped talking about what great people we met at KP. Kerry, Jimmy & Max and the rest of the KP fam, you re amazing people and we appreciate you so much!

KP Automotive is the place to go if you own a Mustang, Ford, or any vehicle. I'm a Ford fan and partial to anything Ford. I couldn't get my Mustang to run correctly after I built and installed the engine. I had never had any dealings with KP Automotives but drove by many times and noticed that they always had a lot of super nice vehicles in their lot and showroom. I decided to take mine to them and I'm super happy I did. I now have the car I wanted. It's scary fast. It sounds awesome. It runs great. They treated me like a family member. I wasn't charged a outrageous amount. I was actually very surprised with what they charged me for what they did. I refer everyone to them. Please check them out. Go by and look at the cars in the showroom and talk with them. I definitely recommend this auto mechanic shop. I took my car to Kp Automotive for the 1st time I had some major troubles with my driver tire not only have they fixed that they also did a tune up for me! I'm so thankful for Kary! I highly recommend!!

Hands down, the most honest, professional, and polite auto shop I've used. Everyone was welcoming and kept me informed the whole time. I was scheduled for an alignment, through no fault of their own, they weren't able to do it because my car wasn't in their system. Jim apologized and asked if he could reschedule me, he said that it would be free of charge because of the reschedule. I came in the next day, was in constant communication about what was happening and was shown the results afterwards. I tried to still pay, as I said, the reschedule was not their fault. He refused to take payment and because of this, everything that I need done in the future will be done with this shop. Amazing group of guys!Service: Wheel alignment

What else can I say about these guys. If you have a vehicle issue, bring it to these guys. They will have you squared away and back on the road in a short time. Very up front and will be very informative to you about what is taking place. Will definitely be bringing my work and personal vehicles back to them.

I went in to get my brakes done cus my car was making some serious complaints when forced to go in reverse or stop. Not only did these guys NOT try to upsale me by telling me my car needed things it did not need they actually told me my front brakes were still at 50% so they did not need replacing. I did need rear brakes and rotors (not surprised cus when I say my car complained I mean it was seriously griping loudly in reverse) I got there at 3:30-3:45 and they ordered the parts and still had me out by 5:30. They were super friendly and best of all they have some of the sweetest shop kitties I have ever met. They kept me company while I waited and the guys behind the counter made me feel welcome by actually taking the time to talk with me. They were super reasonable on the price for labour and parts. To the guys who work here: thank you so much for how you treated me! (The place I stopped at right before coming to you tried telling me it would be $800 for just brakes) I will definitely be coming back to you guys for any of my cars complaints in the future. Give the kitties extra loves for me.

I could go on all day but let me start off with the customer service at this place superb!!! I had a problem with my trans am (that was going on for about 6 months) that I spent a couple of thousand dollars and time bouncing it from mechanic to mechanic with the same 0% results. I took it to KP automotive and they found the problem in a hour for only $95. Truly recommend checking out this establishment I promise you not another shop will touch my vehicles again.Service: Computer diagnostics

We broke down on the way to Atlanta and inched our way to the nearest shop, I m so glad we found them. They are all super friendly and extremely helpful! Weather you re from the area or out of town 10/10 definitely recommend

Our car had some serious tire issues on our way home from a 10 hour drive and we we were still 45 minutes from home. We used this shop to get it fixed and not only were they helpful and quick, but they were extremely fair with their pricing. Our tire issue was not a common one and they had the whole team working to figure it out so we could get home safe. If we lived in the area, I would be using them for all maintenance and repairs on both of our cars.Services: Wheel alignment, Vehicle maintenance

*updated review* Great team of people, very nice and very helpful. They're very honest about what you need done to your car. I added a star back because although it took 10 weeks to get my car back, they did the best they could with what was supplied. It would've been nice to know much earlier in the process that my supercharger piping was trash (probably would've saved us all some time) but they still did a great job getting the head unit, gauges and shifter installed. Would still recommend to a friend

We recently moved here from Arizona and had issues with our vehicle. We took it to a shop to check the alignment and they referred us to a body shop first then they would be able to align our vehicle. They said something is seriously wrong and had bent components under the car. We took it to KP automotive to look at it. They looked it over and let us know nothing was bent and it just needed an alignment. They aligned our car and aligned our steering wheel. The service was amazing and they were honest. The repairs were done in a timely manner as well. The biggest part for us was the honesty. I feel like the other shop was trying to take advantage of us being from another state and new to the area. I will be taking all vehicles to them for repair and wouldn t hesitate to refer anyone to them.Service: Wheel alignment

They have worked on one of my vehicles and are currently doing a lot of customization to another one of my vehicles. I would not go anywhere else to get this work done. The entire staff has been amazing! Prices are great, quality of work is amazing, and the staff are tremendous. I would recommend this KP Automotive to anyone.

For any of your repair or performance needs, Jim and Zach and all of their crew will treat you like family. Not only do they handle all of my cars, mainly Marauders, but recently repaired my daughter's Lexus. Went way above normal service to ensure my daughter's safety at a cost that was surprisingly affordable. Kudos to KP for delivering yet another commendable experience.

Most kind, honest mechanic shop I've ever used. They know what they are doing and also are honest. The pricing is very reasonable. I've had work done here and I've also used a dealership. And I will never go to a dealership or other place ever again. Kp automotive will forever get my business and anyone I know I recommend them 2000000%. They know what they are doing and do it in a timely manner. They also don't try to make you do all kinds of unnecessary work.

I had a few issues with my vehicle, and was desperate for a reliable place in the area to take care of my family's car repair needs. I was lucky enough to find KP Automotive to diagnose and repair the problem with my truck. Stopped by trying to get a supercharger installed, got pushed back, pushed back, no callbacks, finally gave up and went to another shop and had it installed and road tuned. Tried to come back for dyno time, got told they'd get back to me three different times including another physical visit, and never did until I reached out for a fourth time.Super disappointedEdit in response to owner:I reached out on social media, and here. You took my number down four separate occasions. I have friends who hold you in high regard and do business with you. Responses are great, I'd rather see you try to make it right.My shop in Macon did an amazing job on my supercharger, but driving two hours each time sucks.

Finally found a business and technicians I have full faith and trust in! Counter help goes above and beyond to to get my vehicles in and out on my schedule, and the technicians help me understand any issues with my vehicles and make sure the problem is resolved before leaving the shop. Extremely helpful and customer oriented. They changed my tires for me without an appt right then! I was riding on a donut so very thankful for this place so late in the evening!! Forgot to catch dudes name but hopefully u know who u are and me and my wife thank u for real.
