Fast and efficient. We went to the other place down the street and they were backed up and busy, so we tried the new place. They did everything and then some including checked the cabin air filter. I don't recall anyone else doing that. Good service. JIM

We needed an oil change and saw their location. We stopped in and were pleasantly surprised. Kind, courteous, clean, and friendly. Their professionalism will keep you coming back.Not only do you get the fast in your car oil change but they have an 18 point safety inspection. They check and top up fluids and tire pressure! They also will show you the dipstick and where your oil level is at.Prices are competitive with other places.Look on their website for coupons.We are definitely going to keep them on our list for all our car services!

I take my Ram 2500 Diesel here for every oil change and fuel filter replacement. The guys here are fantastic and they do an awesome job. The manager runs an efficient and tight ship here and ensures every step of the process is done with expertise and customer satisfaction!!!

I really like taking my vehicles to them. They are super fast. The work is done right. They communicate well with me and each other. You will NOT experience additional pushy services. The manager will always come and talk to me. They go above and beyond.

My daughter went in for a full synthetic oil change and was charged over $100 and that includes a $25 coupon. Amazing that they would have charged her almost $130 without the coupon. I would definitely shop around. I am sure you can find the same service for le$$ elsewhere!They also tried to upcharge her $54 for a cabin...ouch.

Ran by 3 friendly young men. I usually go to Take 5 with a discount coupon, and they check everything and change whatever needed to be changed, and I usually end up paying about $60 to $80, depending on my discount. I went by Valvoline because it's near my physical therapist, and I should have left because the first thing they started doing was bad mouthing, Take 5, and I was very disappointed. They told me they usually charge $80+ for an oil change. I had 2 discount coupons, one for regular and the other for synthetic, which was $25 off. I told them I'm not spending more than $81. Then one asked if Take 5 ever check the filter in my glove compartment. I said no. Didn't know there was one there. He took it out it was black like tar. I didn't want that in my car so I said okay I'll change it can you give me a discount he said, okay. I ended up paying $128.60. I was going grocery shopping and I had to adjust my budget but what got me flabbergasted and felt like they were ripping me off was when they asked if I wanted to change my transmission fluid for 160 - 180 because the record shows its never been changed. I told them I'm already overspend what I had budgeted, and I think I'll consult my mechanic on that. When I told my mechanic, he said next time, I should go to Walmart if I can't get to him and the type of car I have don't need to change the fluid because it has an electronic transmission senser, smh! I left there dissatisfied, and I resolved never to return there.

My first time at Valvoline Friendship Rd location was great. I came in for an oil and filter change, but also ended up needing a cabin filter change and also got my windshield wiper blades replaced too. Josh the manager was extremely nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Also, the young lady who answered the phone when I called to inquire about services was very professional, nice and helpful as well. Will definitely be returning!

I did not have to wait..I was out with in 10 to 15 minutes. They checked everything suggested a few things but did not pressure me. Josh and Jade were very kind and I feel comfortable going here. I was hesitant because of some of the recent poor reviews but I needed an oil change and didn't have a lot of time. My experience was great. There's a coupon online and I didn't find the price prior to the coupon any different than other places. The crew kept me informed of every step. They even showed the dipstick to verify oil amount and checked the filter for leaks. It was also ridiculously fast. The convenience can't be beat.

Highly recommend! Efficient, quick, and good customer service. I was quoted a little over $100 and that was more than what my husband and I normally pay for oil changes. I told them I was going to get other quotes. The attendant asked how much I normally pay and then matched that price to keep my business.

Went in for an $100 oil change. Left with my vehicle shaking. Was scared to take it back being most places were closed. Checked my dipstick and oil was half way up the stick! They put in too much oil! Think he said it needs 7 qtrs and it got at least 10 qtrs. Josh was nice enough to redo the oil change for free but sounds like the other guys there don't really care. Not sure more training will be helpful. Just want to find a trustworthy and convenient place to take my truck to!

Long story short I am being treated for cancer and I do not like to go out in public!But I had to get my oil changed so I went to this new location to me and I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience it was!I dealt with at least three technicians, every one of them warm and friendly and positive and upbeat!!!! It just really made my day!Thank you!

Online check to see if headlight bulb replacement is a service offered. States it is. Get to location and am told they do but not if wheel well cover or anything else needs to be moved. This would have been helpful information before I made the trip there.

Guy that took my payment was being douchey. Shamed me for going 5k miles since my last oil change. Didn t tell him this because it s none of his business but a family member passed away and had to travel far last minute. Don t guilt me for going so long between changes. I m here now, so just take my money and change the oilTo add to the experience, he told me the final price, I told him I had a $5 off coupon, and he guilt tripped me again by saying I should ve told him that I had a coupon in the beginning. Now he has to start everything over in the system. I just said my bad I didn t know. He made this whole big deal about it but it literally took him 10-15 seconds to start over and add in my coupon.Doubt this guy was having a bad day. Legitimately believe he just has no feel and awareness, so he makes customers not feel welcomed

This location is the literal definition of fast and friendly service. All the lube techs, even the ones not servicing my vehicle, wished me a good day. Didn't pressure extra services, and got me out as quick and possible. Came to this location and they was short staffed and I was told that he was waiting for another employee to come in to open this was at 8:30am in the morning the place opens at 7am I don t think this place will last long I was skeptical seeing the other reviews.

The staff, was kind, professional and friendly. I was shocked that with the $25 off coupon the price was $14 higher than my last oil change 03/21/23 at Express Lube just down the street.
