Thank you Julie and Sergio for taking the absolute best care of me, doing what you said you were going to do, above all. And the cherry on top, was replacing only what TRULY needed to be replaced. Not to mention in a timely manner, too. AND another high note was driving me home when I dropped off. The service is top notch, highly recommend Strictly German.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Strictly German in Braselton, Ga. My day took an unexpected turn when I ran over something in the road, causing a massive hole in my tire while en route to work with my mom. Despite being almost closed for the day, the team at Strictly German not only welcomed us with open arms but also went above and beyond to assist us.Their kindness and dedication to customer service were truly remarkable. Despite tire repair not being their usual service, they skillfully patched up my tire, discovering a significant hole that warranted caution. Their honesty and professionalism were commendable they didn t just patch it up and send us on our way; they advised us not to drive too much on it unless absolutely necessary, ensuring our safety.What s more, they refused to accept any payment for their services, simply asking us to pay it forward. This act of generosity speaks volumes about the integrity and values of this establishment.If you own any type of German vehicle, look no further than Strictly German for your automotive needs. I went in here desperately needing help. I had met a guy working there lyfting: him before as I expressed all my issues with my VW. He told me to bring it by one day. I waited and sure enough lights came on the next day I waited a few weeks to take it in due to its routine warranty and fire stone had messed up however, safety components are getting messed up such as my Parks systems lane assist, etc. my check engine light coming on. They were able to diagnose it not once, but twice tell me get the codes to the dealership so they can easily resolve my issue of what computer module is having issues. They were friendly to my kids even gave them a car. They are great people people thank you guys and lady! I will refer anyone, everyone I know that has German cars! Friendly service. Hands down hard to find that these days

Needed a turbo installed into my Passat TDI. Took it here and they were extremely honest and fair. Allowed me to buy all the stuff myself unlike some people that won't touch it unless they can charge you double the cost for things you don't even need. Extremely reasonable labor fees and awesome customer service. Highly recommended!

I can t say enough good things about this shop. Julie, Bobby, Nathan and the whole crew are amazing and treat you like family. We were in a tough bind with our BMW and a stressful warranty company issue that required a very tight timeline. They went above and beyond to fit us in and handle everything. Julie and the team helped us identify and repair every issue we were having. This shop is one of a kind and a breath of fresh air in a day where good help is hard to find. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my car.

New ownership new man in charge the gypsy sergio strimbu is cocky and rude. Place is filty, get a tetanus shot before coming to stinky german.

Bobby has always been there for my family and I. We started doing business with Strictly German in the late 90 s. I appreciate the crew at Strictly German for the many years of excellent service and repairs to all the innocent vehicles I ve tore up along the way. I've been buying from Bobby for more than 10 years, since I was a kid. I've never had an issue or a problem that wasn't taken care of professionally. I remember when the yard was packed with cars and cool things to find and greatly appreciate that Strictly even has a guarantee and return policy. Bobby and the team have even stayed to help me on Saturdays when I was having issues at Road Atlanta, and has left parts for me to pick up after hours. I always recommend them, good people here

This place is a joke i called them asking for engine, they gave me a price and said they had it in stock. I told them i was on my way to pick it up. They told me to cmon. When i get there, they say the engine in behind a lot of other engines and they need time to go dig it out. They said they would bring it out to me the next day after they get a hold of it. So i drive all the way back home and call them the next day as im waiting for the engine to be delivered to me. As they pick up the phone they hang up on me soon as they hear its me asking for the engine. Finally they answer and say the engine its in the back of the truck ready to be delivered, And for me to be patient. Its been 1 week and still no call back. Why lie to the customers. No need for that, if you dont want to sell just say that. If you dont have it just say that. Dont do business here. Waste of time.

Liars! I contacted Strictly German about buying my old 5 series with a bad transmission. Talked to Savannah who said to send pictures and the owner would make the decision on price. After sending pics, called back, and spoke to Bobby, the owner. Bobby verbally agreed to a price andsaid car would be picked up next day. (12/15/20) The day of pick up, Savannah called and lowered the price of what they would pay. I asked to speak to Bobby and she always repeated he wasn't there or I could call back. Savannah intercepted every call, so I never got to speak to Bobby again. Nor did they call back. Bobby may own this shop, but Savannah runs the show. Beware of bait and switch Very poor business ethic.

Went there to buy a drive shaft for a swap I was doing for an e36. I called before heading over there and they said they had it in stock. Told them I'll be on my way and when I got there they still had to take it out and told me to come back another day (I live almost 2 hours away). From that first day I was quoted 100 for the drive shaft from the lady working up front. When I got there the next day I talked to the owner because I wanted to negotiate the price. I told him what I needed the drive shaft for (s54 swap) so he wanted to charge me 150. He said it's a common swap and people buy these all the time. I ended up getting it for 100 but the fact that he tried to rip me off got me angry.Even though I had a bad experience I decided to give them another chance. I went back to get a small part for my clutch pedal which they wanted to charge me 25 and had to talk them down to 20. Feeling like I got ripped off again I googled the part and found it on eBay for 15 shipped for a new part.I would never go here again. Place is unorganized and they don't care about the customers. They only care about making a quick buck.

This place is a ONE OF A KIND MAGIC shop. Multiple layers of experience from New BMW s to classics. If they can t help you figure it out you might be out of luck. And the office is a cool little collection of the last 25 years of BMW.

Their service is impeccable. Jimmy is great, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind. I always enjoy Meagans kind service. She has gone above and beyond with her customer service as well. I haven't gotten the privilege of meeting the whole staff yet, but from the quick encounters the two times I have been up there they all seem so respectful and genuine. I tell everyone I know, even non BMW owners, about how fantastic my mechanic shop is. The reviews are true. Look no more and go here! Thanks you guys for all your hardwork.- Bianca

Seems like a good local shop but i ordered some parts from a part our car and didn t receive several trip pieces i paid for. After asking for a refund for the parts i had paid for and not received i never got a message back. Pretty disappointing.

Bobby and his staff are the best, I have been dealing with them for at least 10yrs now and never been disappointed! The people you want to stay away from Ben rusu and Bimmer motor world they told me I had a 12,000 or 12 mo warranty my car repair lasted 10mo"s they could not even do a head gasket, well they wanted 2000 to fix they are crooked as hell, Bobby fixed it for 800 bucks, Bobby is the best!!!!!!!

Strictly German is the place to go for everything e30! I Crashed my Spec E30 at Road Atlanta and they stayed open way too late just for me that night. They let my mechanic and I help them, and we raced the car the next day and did quite well. Bobby and his guys are the best-Chris

We had a very bad experience here. First my husband was quoted one price for a transmission for his BMW but it was sold for $100 more. Then after he took the day off to repair his car, It was the wrong transmission. We were promised a check for the overpayment but it never arrived.

Came from no state line 2 hrs to get an engine and it was sold as I pulled in parking lot to someone else! Then they tried to replace it with an engine with no intake or water pump anything. Long trip and a lot of waisted time and gas! Would not recommend to no one!

Overall wonderful place! Ashley is The best Beemer mechanic around :-) The guys at Strictly German know exactly what they're doing and don't try to get over on their customers like a lot of shops do. Thanks for your honesty and fairness guys!

Bobby is a "Super" owner of a BMW Graveyard. If you own a Bimmer (especially the older models) try Bobby 1st. Chances are they may have it. Also, very reasonable on repairs for your car.
