While traveling from Georgia to North Carolina, I experienced a tire that would not hold air. I brought it to them and they were able to analyze it, and figure out my problem. Num and his staff are excellent and everyone should trust them with their vehicle. AAA+++

Don't trust them, at all. Had a female friend drop off her car to be looked at because she said it was shaking when she drove. They told her it was out of alignment and gave her their "deal" on lifetime alignment and tire balancing. She left, and 2 days later had the same issue. She took it back and they told her that the problem was a stuck brake caliper that had "completely eaten away the pads and rotor" (that is an exact quote, I was listening) and that it would be $600 to repair, and flush the brake system. She didn't do it, thank God, and picked it up. Below are the pictures of both sets of pads from the front wheels. Virtually no wear at all. The rotors are also well within spec. Is it possible a caliper is sticky? Yes. Was it the dire lie they told her to scare her I to spending money? Not even close. Go across the street to Blue Sky or Mathis, but run away from this place.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment around 4:30pm right before closing. I was in and out in no time. The customer service was great. The mechanic did an outstanding job with the alignment and exceeded my expectations. I will be going back again for future work. The people here are awesome

Richard the store manager went over and beyond customer service needs for me as a new customer. I needed an oil change and I was telling him about how I needed a new place for oil changes and just because he gave me a few dollars off which already made the service better for him doing that to be kind. They were fast and efficient, he went out of his way to look at my tires when he didn t have to. The team is solid and I will definitely be back

I have referred a friend........staff is so polite and the manager is fantastic. Clean waiting room and rest room. Great service and they told me about the February special so I took advantage to do both...brake fluid exchange & fuel system cleaning. Very satisfied.

Went in to get an oil change today at 5:42 pm. Spoke to Mr JUAN who said they are too busy to take anymore customers. He advised he only had one person working however I saw two guys working. They close at 7pm and while I was there two cars came in to get serviced after me.From my point of view a 10 minute oil change is not going to hurt labor cost or put a strain on the business. However turning away a first time customer leaves a bad impression and causes a business to NOT gain future business.Thankfully I was able to drive up the street to Supershine Xpress Carwash and get an oil change with great customer serviceWhen I walked in the customer service was dry and unapologetic. It was a plain no we re done for the day. I m glad they decided not to service my vehicle because the initial customer service experience was very poor

I am so thankful for the technicians at this location. They were able to patch my tire after another store told me there was no air leak and almost left me stranded. Highly recommend completing your tire service with this store.

Richard worked me in today for my daughter s car to have tires rotated and he ckd the headlights for us and a sound the car was making and we got the car back really quickly with it being so packed and he is going to take care of the headlights once his service tech is back in town! I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they were able to accommodate me waiting for the vehicle. Service was performed quickly and they were able to assist with a check engine light diagnostic. Overall very satisfied.

Richard, who was my service advisor checked off all the boxes for me. From the initial diagnosis, to estimate, detailing the service process and his ability to get the vehicle back to me in a timely manner, allowed me to keep my Saturday afternoon plans. Even with it being a fair, but pricey visit, I trust Richard that I will continue to bring my vehicle back to him for future service. Richard is certainly an asset to Firestone.

I entered the store about 20 minutes before closing with a tire that needed repair. The staff didn't hesitate and immediately started the repair on my tire. I'm thankful for the team at this Firestone.

We having been coming to this location since Dec 2023 and have been very impressed and satisfied with the work that we received. One company quoted us $200 more than what Firestone offered. They are trustworthy and reliable!

Richard was very helpful over the phone when I made the appointment for my car misfiring problems. Richard was very helpful kind and understanding when I brought the car in for repairs. I am very grateful to him and All the kind Staff at the Firestone location on Hancock Drive In Flowery Branch Georgia I have been trading with Firestone for years an d Will Continue to do So!!!

I always feel very well taken care of here! The customer service is great and I never feel pressured to get things done. I feel like I always get a thorough explanations of problems and what needs to be maintenanced. The team here is awesome! Highly recommend for your car needs!

The person who helped me was friendly, but my overall experience wasn't great.First, they didn't let me know when my car was ready, so I had to call them to check. That was inconvenient.I also asked them to check the alignment of my wheels, but they didn't do it. This made me worry that they might have missed other things too.At first, they charged me the wrong amount for the service, but they fixed it later. Still, it was frustrating to deal with the billing mistake.What bothered me the most was that they suggested I change my oil, even though I had just done it a week ago. This made me wonder if they even checked my car properly.Overall, my experience at this Firestone location wasn't good, and I'm not sure if I'll go back, even though it's close to my home. I hope they can do better in the future.

Needed tires for a 2018 VW Tiguan back in 2022 that were a fairly odd size. I called several different places and nobody had what I needed. I called this location and was met with very friendly service. They did not have anything in stock so the conversation ended. Shortly after, I received a call that they could have a set the next day. Took the VW first thing the next morning and picked it up around lunch. They did a great job and were very affordable! The only issue I had was they forgot to reinstall the lug caps on two wheels. Great service and prices!

Such an awesome experience from the very first phone call with Richard! I was able to give the gift of tires and windshield wipers to my Secret Santa with the ease and comfort of a great brand and helpful information provided. I highly recommend Firestone and when you call, ask for Richard!

They target women and hope we are too dumb to realize it. I Wish I could leave a 0. This particular location is run by scammers. I came in for an alignment. They called and stated I needed new brakes and rotors. The brakes and rotors were just replaced and had less than 40 miles on them. Then they told me the passenger side caliper needed replacement. When my husband called back, they said it was definitely the drivers side. You might want to check out the reviews for this location. There are quite a few scam complaints. I own 6 cars and I will NEVER be back to this location of liars.

I ve been holding off on writing this review for roughly a month to make sure everything is good to go. I had the opportunity of working with JR and his awesome team at Firestone. I originally came in for an AC compressor replacement and the shop agreed that s what my 17 year old Blazer needed to get the AC working again. Well they had it working and when I went to pick the vehicle up it was still blowing warm air. Not a big deal as this is isn t my primary vehicle. So I had them run through everything and there was a seal in the system that needed to be replaced. While they were in there we decided to replace the entire system to make sure we got it to 100%. I stopped by and spoke w/ their AC tech Shawn several times throughout the repair. (He does more than AC, but he s the one who handles it). He was awesome. We discussed what the potential causes could be and what we could do to rectify everything. So as I said earlier it has been roughly a month now and the AC is still ice cold! I m a very happy customer to say the least! I also purchased the lifetime alignment as I was in the process or replacing my suspension, brakes and tires so in total they have completed 3 alignments for me. The first one was after I lowered the front and installed all new steering components as well. The second one was after the rear was lowered and this last one was just a final adjustment so it s dead on. It probably reads like a long and drawn out process (and it was) but the delays are mine as I have been working on this in my free time after work.TLDR: JR and his crew at Firestone are AWESOME. Absolutely suggest anyone in need of automotive service work stop in!

Richard was very helpful answering all of my questions when I called in regarding getting a new battery. He had me in and out of the store with a new battery installed in under 30 minutes!I definitely reccomend! Fast service and very friendly!

Waited 10 minutes inside before someone came running inside to answer the phone. While he was on the phone, another customer came in. The guy helped the second customer first. Definitely not professional when you have several people standing around in the bays. Lost me indefinitely as a customer.

Made an appointment over the phone yesterday to have a tire checked for a nail. Dropped it off at 5 am to show up at 5:15 pm to find out nothing had been checked. Key was still in the drop box. The response we got was I didn t open the shop today. I have spent thousands over the years on tires and work with Firestone, but no more. Bad customer service is unacceptable.
