Our car started experiencing issues while traveling on I-85 South towards Atlanta. We were far from home and exited quickly to avoid breaking down on the highway. We found Davis Auto Care by chance. They diagnosed the issue and were able to start working on the car right away. We were back on the road in 2 hours. Amber in the front office explained the situation clearly. Price was fair and service was great! They salvaged our trip. Felt very fortunate that we were able to find them when we needed help!

Thank you MR. JASON and MR. PATRICK for the great friendly customer service. Our vehicle was not putting out air conditioning at a cold level. It was just cool.We were able to have our vehicle seen in one day and diagnosed the same day. Although the issue couldn t be repaired we were happy for the information.The Delta airline chairs were amazing, the Georgia Bulldog memorabilia was cool and best of all was the service.

It s not advisable to approach this center for car service. As I am new to this area, and the Google reviews were good, today I went for tire rotation and replacement of ac/ cabin filters. Of course they changed both filters, but charged me labor charges alone $120. They said tire rotation is not possible as such tire condition is bad! As such it s a Saturday, and in a hurry to close shop and also intending to make a quick buck they did so. Labor charge alone $120 ( cost of filters were paid in addition to that) for installing two filters!Tire rotation may take time and could fetch only $20, hence not done!

They work quick, that is the only positive I can say. They work so quick that they break other parts on your car in the repair process. Take your vehicle elsewhere and save yourself some time.

I have been using Davis Auto Care for nearly a decade. These guys went above and beyond, not only attempting to price match competitors, but they helped cancel an existing tire order to pick up a different set. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

Arrived 11:45am, there is sign on the door closed 12-1pm. Talk to one person outside, extremely rude, he didn t care that they closed earlier that what was posted on the door. Thanks for my wasting my time

I want to give a huge shout-out to Jason and the guys for helping my sister with a tough situation. She had broken down on Hwy 53 in the middle of some bad traffic and didn t know who to call.My wife and I have used Davis Auto Care for several years now and have nothing but good things to say regarding Jason and Lacy. They handled the tow truck for my sister and jumped on the repairs asap. Thank you for providing such ethical standards and services in a sometimes frustrating industry. On a 7 hour road trip and TPMS light came on. Went to 4 gas stations In the area and none of the air machines worked. One even deflated the tire more! We googled nearby auto shops and this was the closest. They got us right in.Service: TiresService: Tires

Absolutely the most honest repair shop in Georgia they did a major repair on my vehicle it ended up not being the problem and they did not charge me at all for the additional repair that they did.. Don't bring your car here especially if it's foreign they don't have the knowledge to work on them and jam aftermarket parts all in your car I saw scratches everywhere in my engine bay and loose wires that I had to bring to another shop. They also charge you for stuff you didn't ask for and take their time so they can charge you more. a 2 hour job took them 12 hours. Also one of the mechanics is really rude and caught an attitude with me for something they did wrong. My car went into the shop perfect and left like it was barley driving out a junk yard.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My A/C was getting tired in my truck and could not get ahead of the heat. Scheduled an appointment and took it in. System just needed to be evacuated and recharged. They never try to sell me something I don't need. Now my truck is throwing snow balls out the vents! Even with temps in the 90's I had to turn it down. Been taking my truck here for 4 years, always felt like I got good accurate work at a fair price.Service: Air conditioning

I was referred here by a co-worker of mine and I will never go to another shop to have my car worked on- I'm sticking with these folks now. They were fast and friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. They are such genuinely interested in helping me get my car fixed and they are affordable! Awesome employee's and awesome service! Definitely will be recommending this place to others!

Went here about 8 months ago when I put regular gas in my diesel car. Guy was nice and all but as soon as a got my car back from the shop 10 mins down the road my car started stalling out and not accelerating right. Took it back to him. He supposedly fixed it . It drove fine for the first couple of days, then a few months later my car started stalling and having the SAME EXACT ISSUE again. My car was very on and off with this problem. Finally took it to get fixed bc the issue became progressively worse. Cost me near 2k for all of the repairs. Got my car back from the shop today And it turns out that this shop PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER THE WRONG WAY. Several parts where hooked up in the wrong spots. They told me this caused about 80% of the repairs I had to make to my car. Do not go here. They obviously don t know what they re doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

i had taken my suv in for a couple of leaky hoses on the power steering pump. I was suggested to replace the pump so i did. I get my vehicle back and the power steering doesn't work. Needless to say 5 visits and just shy of $2000 later I get my vehicle back and my power steering still isn't right. I brought it back and they had to flush the system because of the fluid wasn't appropriate for my vehicle. My whole power system has been replaced, hoses and steering box and hydra boost and my power steering still isn't working. They are a great talk and happy to continue taking your money but don't have the skills or knowledge to properlyascertain what the problem truly is. Buyer beware.

Last 2 times I pick car up, car is NOT issue free and have to return. They are unprofessional. The excuse was light was over looked . Dropped car off, it was returned 24 hours later w a new battery (complaint fixed) but now new light on and a new tire issue not present when dropped off.... This place has gone down hill since the guy Lacey isn t running it. Will not be returning.

I normally do not leave reviews but my experience here was so absurd I had to leave my story to warn others of another typical take you for a ride mechanic shop. I brought my Mercedes here with a check engine light on. I just wanted to know what was causing it so I left it and an hour later I was given a call letting me know that my mass airflow sensor was not functioning. I was charged $99 dollars for them to tell me something they were able to discover in 5 mins of plugging in their computer. I know this because the car was running just fine. There was nothing to check other than why the light was on. I was then given a quote of $322 dollars to replace the sensor with parts and labor. Needless to say I refused their generous offer, paid the $99 and then went on YouTube and Ebay. I found the sensor on Ebay for $25 dollars with a 2 year warranty and replaced it myself in 10 mins without using a single tool. These guys were trying to charge me $297 dollars for a 10 min job. Thats $1782/hr for their labor...God only knows what they would gouge for a job that actually required the use of a screwdriver.*amendment*I changed the mass air flow sensor with a brand new Bosch oem part which I found on ebay for $45. The check engine light came back on with the same code P0171 system too lean. Their diagnosis was wrong and I gave them $99 just to spend money on a part I probably didn't even need to replace, which means they would have charged me $322 to replace a part that didn't fix the problem.

I have a 2005 BMW which had a coolant leak. Car was taken in quickly, repair was made promptly and at a fair price. I will return again whenever my cars need repair.

Once a place I trusted and would recommend. Not anymore!Advice to mgt: Fix it right the 1st time and if you make a mistake, own it and do whats right by your customers.
