Sorry so long, but please read. We used Rolling Kohle for our vehicle maintenance program and love them to keep our work trucks running with no problems. I bought a used 2021 Ram 3500 loved truck a week later had a loud audible tick in motor. Took to Rolling Kohle and they identified it as a lifter or pushrod right away. They told me to try and change the oil and take the not so good filter that was turned on off and go with Cummings filter, they even gave me a filter off the shelf there to install. Did the oil change and things got quiet for a week then the sound was back intermittentlyTook the truck to them and they let it run for the day and tried to see if it would make the ticking/knocking sound, but it hid from them that day. Drove it for the week and one morning I woke up to a horrible sound in the engine, if finally happened a lifter crapped the bed. Towed the truck to them and they knew immediately what happened.Left them the truck and told them I wanted it right; I was going to be pulling my 20K pound camper with it. Within the week they had the cab off the truck and engine out with the cam out the motor and lifters out. They ordered a new cam, found not only the bad lifter but two others that were going bad and we did the solid lifter conversion. The owner ordered the tool to remove the lifters in the motor and that was the longest hold up in the process.Picked up the truck Tuesday and drove it that night to Gulfport Mississippi and back 900 miles with no issues. I trust them that much that we went from motor torn apart to driving 900 miles day after pickup. Solid people.The work was not cheap, but I wanted it right, learned a long time ago cheap work and good and good work aint cheap. I would say if you let the experts diagnose and fix the issues before someone else gets in and makes it worse you are going to have a great experience. They have now on two occasions bought tools or programs to work on a few new trucks at our shop. These are the experts, they are good at what they do, I can tell you from experience, just don't bring a vehicle in boxes and expect a new truck. I trusted them to drive a truck that was apart 900 miles that same night and will be going again in two days.They have my full trust and respect.

Absolutely a great and wonderful shop. I m from Savannah, came up to help my employee and had my coolant leak out. They got me up in running on sort notice because I had to leave that day. Diagnosised the issue and had me fixed up in a few hours so I could get home. Highly recommend this shop. The owner was backed up, but did not hesitate to help me.Thank you to them and staff.

I took my truck to these guys for a tune up. They did well, so I brought it back to replace a rear main seal and valve cover gaskets for an oil leak that had been going on. They sold me on some additional suspension work while it was on the lift and I agreed without hesitation.Take the truck home and look underneath the next day and oil is leaking just as bad if not worse. That was the first time it had to go back to their shop on work that was already paid for. Once it was back they took their sweet time. Fast forward 8 days, they told me the valve cover gasket bolts loosened up and that is normal. It s not, but I digress.One of the additional jobs they sold me was a front axle and an alignment. Fast forward two weeks and the suspension came apart while I was driving. I had no ability to steer because they tie rod ends and sway links just fell off. Somebody had overtorqued the bolts and stripped them out so overtime the wiggled off.Had to pay a tow bill to take it back which they did not reimburse me for.The owner finally contacts me and assures me everything will be taken care of. He calls me and says I can come get the truck. I get it home this time and find that the sway link on the passenger side was non existent.So here I sit on my Saturday, fixing everything these clowns screwed up. I wanted to like them but their workmanship is that of a tweaker.$2500 in repairs and my truck is worse than when I brought it in.

Ok. Just hold up. If you have any other diesel shop other than Rollin Kohle, I would suggest firing them on the spot. There very few times I am impressed with shops. Usually because they act as if they are doing You and favor by just being open. I received same day service that saved me thousands from what Heyward Allen wanted to charge -after waiting two weeks! Chris and Mrs Kohle are hands on and extremely friendly. Dustin worked his magic getting me right and finished the job before lunch! Needless to say, this shop I highly recommend.

Can't believe how rollin kohle did me...I do alot of business in athens and not knowing anything about this place tried it out.Boy was this a mistake. TOOK ME.FOR OVER 1500 and told me sorry were not.gonna warranty what we did.Fuse panel under the hood is the most expensive issue.They want warranty it becouse they cut off the lock tabs to try and make it work because I have aftermarket parts.Doing this makes it where it will not seal allowing rain water to flood out every fuse in my truck making my truck useless.Had to pay a tow bill as well as have this 600 dollar part replaced note,this part is less than a month old.replaced it with an upgraded self contained box.She said that's what they put in my truck.But the two box covers are a different color the old stile is black the new top is gray...The top on the upgraded one is taller.She was very rude,talked over me and blew me off as If did not matter and I was bothering her.Please do your research before you go to this place rollin kohle.Ill be fileing a report to the BBB with all my charges and recipes where everything they charged me for and had to be fixed or replaced.I give every opportunity for them to just do right but instead got sorry were not gonna help you thanks.I work hard for my money and what I have.Why pay you to fix my truck to have to pay someone else to fix it right..BAD BUSINESS guys.I will let everyone I know hear about this and in hopes they tell everyone they know.iv spent over 3000 bucks fixing what should have only cost me 1100 on the Generous side.So please tell everyone to ask around talk to some one who has Is experienced how they work.This isn't over on my end,I may not get my money back but if I can help someone else from being took in a time like today where everyone is counting every dollor I will.So PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW,DO YOUR HOME WORK FIRST.ILL keep everyone updated,thanks.......

They simply care about their customers. They have worked on our diesel engine change oil, DEF sensors, installed booster, etc. This time RK worked on our A/C after the local dealership wanted to charge an additional $2,000 after the first $2,000. RK gave a fair price and they worked on it twice until they found the issue. After picking up the truck after the second round they called us twice to make sure it was still working. That shows they care. I will never take my truck anywhere else.

Had a slight mishap on my lunch break one day. I was out getting food and hear a horrible noise. Stopped in to talk with them, the lady at the counter, I think is Ms Kohle was very helpful. They had a tech come out and look at my truck, then they asked another gentlemen to come over. Mr Bill asked for my keys and test drove my truck. Upon returning they put my mind at ease that the front wheel bearings were going bad. I had assumed my rear diff was bad. They squeezed me in and in a matter of no time I had my truck back on the road. Mr Kris explained what happened and why I was hearing the noise, they then told me I was set. The whole team here is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. Mr Justin then done a quick test drive to set my mind at ease. Could not ask for a better company to handle your vehicle repairs. Thanks guys so much for everything!!!

I brought my 65 Barracuda to Rolling Kohle to have the carb adjusted, brake lights repaired and check for fuel leaks, as you cam imagine it takes a certain amount of expertise to work on a 58 year old car. They fixed all of the issues I brought it into them and advised me that the starter needed to be replaced, all of the work was performed perfectly. This car is not a daily driver, it sMy show car and although it took several weeks ( parts availability ) they keep it inside and out of the elements, I highly recommend Rolling Kohle.

What an amazing job!!!! Had an Honda Civic with a problem of my power steering pump coming off and theist time it came off it broke off from the engine block. They were able to make a part to attach the pump a different way and saved me an entire major engine pull and repair. Fast service!!!!!!

So we took my son's 2005 F250. To this God forsaken place. We had some repairs made along with some upgrades. Well I guess it was more than these clowns could process. They took 9 months to "finish" the truck. When they finally got it back to us nothing was right. The truck was leaking oil among other things. After returning the truck to them multiple times. To fix the oil leak. Which would have fell under warranty work. Rather than stand behind their work and fix the issues. Both of the owners became habitual liars. In an attempt to cover up. Their poor work. At one point Chirs actually told me that the truck was supposed to leak oil. Yeah he did that. They had given us back a truck. That had more problems. Than when it went in their so called shop. So after many attempts to allow them to fix what they messed up. The turbo which they replaced went out. So rather than to continue to rely on stupid. I ordered another turbo and had another mechanic fix it. In the process of replacing the turbo. He discovered the high pressure oil leaks. They said didn't exist. It was also discovered. That the very cheap oil filters they used. Along with the oil leaks. They said were normal. Is what caused the turbo to go out. It was being starved of oil. I have saved text messages and recorded phone calls to prove all of this. Stay clear of this place. They are not the type of people. You want working on your vehicle.

Had an intermittent electrical issue on my diesel truck and had no idea what was going on after tons of research. Dropped it off at Rollin Kohle and in 2 days they had fixed the problem for a good price. If I m in the area and I have any diesel issues I m going back here no doubt.

Had my truck towed there on a Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. Was told originally that they were booked to the 28th. They will be the only place that does work on my truck. The honesty, communication, respect for customers, and the overall work ethic. Thanks to everyone there!!

Rollin Kohle Auto Diesel is an awesome shop with awesome people!! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to diesel pickups and Chris and Jan are my go to guys for any questions or problems I have with my Powerstroke Diesels. This shop is full of great folks with great attitudes and work ethic. This shop is always busy and there s a good reason for that. They offer great service at a great price. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

The nicest people to talk with...good prices and do a great job. Get right to your vehicle and get the job done. Stand behind there work 100. Will definitely use again and I give them new customers. Highly recommend them to work on diesels.

My experience with Rollin Kohle is that they are honest and good people. That s hard to find. Not only did Chris check my car out, no charge when he didn t find anything wrong with it, he brought my car to me on a run he had to the rental car place. I was blown away by how far above and beyond he went for me as a new customer. I will definitely give any future business to him and recommend him to others!

Rollin Khole team once again surpasses all expectations.Last year I had a gravity feed tank installed.This week it developed a leak so I stopped by to let them look at it.They found the problem quickly and repaired it.THEY THEN TOLD ME THE WORK WAS WARRANTIED.This was after a year and DEFINITELY NOT DUE to their workmanship.I explained to them that I did not expect this to be a warranty job after a year of hard abuse my truck takes, but they just said THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.If you go anywhere else for service I feel sorry for you.These guys are top notch and warranty work that was not caused by anything they control.Thank you Rollin Khole Team.Thanks to the Rollin Kohle team. I needed a gravity feed tank installed before a long trip and the team at Rollin Kohle were able to install the tank the next day.After they installed the tank they called the next day to make sure everything was working properly.Not many places with service like this.Thanks

My sweet wife put gas in her Ford F-250 diesel and it was a mess! Chris and his team were super helpful, had great communication with me throughout the repair process , and did great work in a timely manner. I came to the shop for an engine change. After dealing with a couple people Mason was assigned to my job. I couldn t be happier with how he handled the job. Everything was taken care of and any concerns I had were handled professionally. He even contacted me a few times after to ensure everything was good. I would recommend him to anyone and will follow him wherever he goes. Not to often do you get this kind of service. Well done! I will be back because of Mason!

Great place to geaux. Was traveling through pulling my camper and had a transmission issue. Brought my truck into them and within a hour they had me back on the road. They were honest about the minor issue and fixed it with a normal charge for labor. Highly recommend them.

First off everyone here is very polite and couldn t have asked for much more of a painless experience. Took my 2004 6.0 powerstroke into have o- ringed cylinder heads Installed and re studded . The diesel technician Jan I believe His name was there is very knowledgeable and I have the upmost confidence in my repairs. Took the time to fix some things that s most other techs would have just left alone and said ahhh it ll be fine.... but took the time to tell me what and why was wrong.Take your diesels here. Real work , real technicians and most importantly fairness of price.

Great place for all internal issues, I went there yesterday to get a performance mod installed and wasn't charged a dime. They did a great job and I plan to make this business my go to for all mechanical issues. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and attentive. Definitely go here, I promise you won't regret it.
