My car got a flat while out of town, no one carries these tires, so I asked them to patch the hole and get me on my way. Unfortunately, while the hole was still in the tread, the length of time driven while flat weakened the side wall too much and made it unable to be repaired. He even was going to apply the patch and pump the tire up just to show me what he's talking about. I stopped him from doing so, he was being honest, and my local tire shop said the same thing when I got back and ordered a new tire to be shipped. He could've easily done what I asked, charged me the money, and let me limp away only to have an issue shortly thereafter. I hate that I couldn't give them any $ since no service was performed, but the least I can do is let everyone know, from my experience, the owner is an honest and decent person and I think you would be wise to do business here if given the opportunity.

Stopped in here and tried to get a few tires mounted. They wanted 40$ per tire, went across the street and got it done for 15$ per tire. These guys suck never come here

This place consistently sells dry rotted and out of date tires. They also frequently miscalculate the charges and add a few bucks in the back end of the deal. I gave them my business for over a year, but my last tires I got blew out catastrophically from dry rotted. I returned to ask for a good faith credit or even a free mount and balance...no go. They blamed me for the tire blowout. Pure ripoff artists that should be shut down.

Got a screw in my minivan tire at our storage facility and was able to drive here and get a patch. There were a couple of people ahead of me with other needs, so I think we waited 10-15 minutes, but they assessed and fixed it and it was $25 cash or $27 with a card. They have jacks sitting out front just waiting for you to pull up. I think 2-3 guys were there at that time, about 50 minutes before closing time on a dark, 40-degree, rainy evening. They are swift. Can't trust them anymore, I've been a customer for years, it used to be a good place to find used tires at decent price, but now they give you one price and at the end they keep adding stuff up, you don't know how much your paying until they're done. And customers service is getting worse. Can't even complain with out getting yelled at. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Most of the tires they sell are already illegal- as in the "used tires" they sell aren't JUST USED, they're worn beyond the 'tread wear indicator' (or "wear bars") that signifies the lifespan of the tire is up. For just a few dollars more, you can get a brand new tire from Walmart. It won't be a big name brand but neither is what these guys are selling. Don't get me wrong though. If you need a tire to get by and you only have 45 bucks, this is your place.

I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company and thought I had a good relationship. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and told the guys behind the locked doors that I would pay double because I had my family with me and all they did was continue to eat and wave me off. So much for hospitality and I will NEVER shop here or recommend them ever again. P.S. The stubborn inability to help caused me to drive away with a wobbling flat tire and have to call a tow truck. I can see wanting to go home to family but sitting eating pizza and leaving a family in need is disgusting. Never again AMIGO pfft

MY TIRE LOOKED FLAT SO I PULLED IN AND ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT IT. HE CHARGED ME $10 TO LOOK AT MY TIRE... WHEN I SAY LOOK THATS EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN - NO REPLACEMENT NO PATCH- NOTHING... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Quick and friendly service. Got a tire at a great price. Had to go and get two (2) tires today and they hooked me up. Got (2) two brand new tires for under $100! Quick and friendly service with amazing deals! If you need tires they should be your only thought!

Absolutely the best place for tires. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. They earn their name. No waiting area, but you don't need one because there is no wait. By the time you tell them what you need, your car is in the air and they are removing your tire. Recommend to everyone.

Zero customer service skills, these guys were kinda rude to me. Overall you're way better off going to the used tire shop in Loganville. I got a flat so I went to these guys for a replacement. They sold me a tire that was not only cracked to help but patched, and a poor patch at that! The tire went flat in 3 days. It was my mistake for not checking the tire and trusting these guys. I've got a lot of used tires in my day and this has never happened. They didn't even offer to dispose of the bad tire for me to make up for the terrible tire. Will not be returning. I wouldn't have left this poor review if they had at least not been rude about it. I was completely nice and the return treatment was really, really dead eyed, uncaring.

Came here to have a rim I had damaged swapped out. I notified the attendant there was a TPMS sensor if he knew how to switch it over. He said yes long story short my tire kept leaking air. Damned a perfectly good tire it had on the car. Had to end up replacing the sensor which wasn t cheap. If he didn t know what he was doing he could have declined to do the work. Not a happy camper!

My daughter need two tires for her car. We did some research since we only wanted some inexpensive tires. I should have listened to some of the reviews that stated they sell bad and defective tires. We didn t and got 2 tires. The next day one of them was completely flat. We called them the the next day and their solution was to bring it to them. Not everyone owns an air compressor to inflate tires. Now because they sold us defective merchandise, I have to change the tire so I can take it to them and they are saying they will charge us for the repair.This is a shady company that takes advantage of females.

Every used tire I buy from this place leaks air. They ALL go flat. They will put the wrong size on just to make money from you. They will not replace because they don t give receipts. Trash store.

SAFETY ALERT!! Must read!. Newest update: used to love this place... On july 3rd i had a tire replaced due to severe alignment issue.( My tire was destroyed on inner side). I came back nov. 22nd to get it replaced. The woman actually tried to resell me the same tire 4 tires that was safety hazard that i had relaced in july andvi PAID for disposal! Rather than despose it as i paid extra for, they put in the back. When i told her it was the same one, (because i saw the odd "fingerprint" from previous damage) she didn't deny that it was indeed the same defective tire. She walked away and told me they also sell new tires. I decided to leave, and she followed me out, but didnt tell me she started jacking my truck up. ..it looked to be sitting on ground. But when i got in, she dropped my truck and jerked the jack out without even indicating what she was gonna do. Hateful and unprofessional and risking people's lives trying to put known defective tires on unaware person's cars.Update: had confidence in the services, however i took my moms truck there last week... They had a woman working there, which is great, but she put wrong sized tires on and mismatched sizes.. thats not good for a vehicle. So just be careful and double check that you are getting the correct tire, rather than just trust they know what they are putting on.

This is the TIRE place to go in Athens! I assure you, our family has been more than satisfied with our experience 5+ times of doing business here. We purchased new tires for my Mercedes. We ve purchased high quality used tires for my husband s surburban too. We will not go anywhere else for our tires. They are A+ and we trust them 100% on doing a great job on our tires which of course is really important to us.

Super nice family. Everyone worked hard to get me in and out and there was no effort to "upsell" me more expensive tires. They had a decent matched set of used tires. I was there about 15 minutes from when i pulled in until i pulled out. Will return.

I stopped at the shop after work to get my tire plugged. They used a cheap plug, my tire started leaking air two weeks later. I took it back they charged me again for the same cheap plug! I took it to a reputable mechanic and he told me what was causing my tire to lose air. I will never go back there!

*edit* i had written this up as 5 stars at first. Thinking that they did a great job. But 2 days later my tire was flat and there was horrible dry rot on the inside of tire. Do not recommend. Will not return.

We got a great deal here on 10 ply tires (for heavy work trucks) which normally would have cost around $1000-$1600 but they gave us a deal for $600. It helps if you speak a little Spanish but overall fast workers at a great price. Will go there again!

Fast service at great rates. Be careful when getting tires here and make sure they do it correctly. When they mount the tire, your life nuts should be hand tightened first. If they use the impact and do not hand tighten first, there is a good chance that they will mess up the threads on your bolts. If that happens, they need to be replaced or rethreaded with a die. The other thing they should do is tighten them across from each other (in a star pattern).

Here on business. Rear tire worn badly but only the 1. Stuck caliper. They started asap unstuck it and replaced with GOOD used tire! In all of maybe 6 minutes! Polite and honest!

This place is always great! The service is no nonsense straight up and respectful.A fast efficient no frills tire store. Give them a try.
