I walked up to see what their prices were. They were $30 higher than another place so I asked if they would match the price and they wouldn't.So, I went down the street to @Express Tire on Broad Street and got great service for $52 and no extras.I would have gotten the service here even if they had just reduced a little. But they didn't so I went elsewhere.

I really just wanted to rave about the quality service I received from Dedrick Taylor today. As a college student at UGA living away from home, knowing and having somewhere trustworthy to take in my car is essential. I have gone to Jiffy Lube for my emissions tests these past two years and when I went in this October, I was welcomed and left with a smile on my face. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This location is one of the few (if not the only) that performs emissions tests in the area and they have been such a life saver with my busy schedule!Today, they went above and beyond. I came in for an inspection and I was treated with such kindness and professionalism, especially by Mr. Taylor. I was so grateful for his attention to detail and gentleness. I do not know much about cars and never once was I made to feel ignorant. Additionally, Mr. Taylor was so helpful and I left knowing my car was in good hands. Thank you for the stellar care and customer service! I am so thankful and I will continue to recommend Jiffy Lube to my classmates and peers!

Every one was extremely friendly they was really fast and unlike the dealerships they didn't try sell u this I give them 5 stars found out they also do other work besides oil change I will be coming back it was a grate experience

I would, hands down, recommend this location to anyone in/around Athens. They are thorough, careful, and put you first 10 times out of 10. There is new management (Dedrick) as of this summer (2023) and he s completely turned it around there. He and his team are some of the best I ve ever come across.

Over the past 8 years, I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube on Atlanta Highway in Athens, GA. Their staff has always been polite to me and great to make necessary recommendations when needed.

I have tried calling this Jiffy Lube sight for 2 days to find out if they still do emissions testing since they are listing on the "Georgia Clean Air Force" website. Having called now 10 to 15 times intermittently over two days, I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone.

I don't like being lied to, I specifically asked if they changed my oil filter and I was told yes,but when I stopped for gas and checked,it was the same oil filter...they didn't even clean the mud off of it to try and make it look new..

The worst experience I ever had getting an oil change. They did a god job of getting me in and out but what they forgot to do is the issue. They said that they topped the fluids off but they didn t. I didn t have any window fluid when I went in and didn t have any when I left. I had to ask for the sticker when the next service sticker. They didn t even reset the oil life on the car. Why did I pay over $100 for service that I barely got.Service: Oil change

I am a long time customer of the Jiffy Lube Company, and for nearly 15 years at Atlanta Highway location. I've seen the worse and the best of management and staff. My.most recent visit and the new staff renewed my confidence that customer service is a high priority. I got an Oil Change and was pleased. I was able to use a Coupon from the previous staff when the service was not so good and the coupon was still good for use. It was a good day.

My skid plate dropped randomly and was dragging. It was sparking etc as I was driving. I wasn't near home so I went to the closest Honda dealership. The manager there advised that the service center was closed and there was nothing he could do and walked away. They told me to go to a tire center. I went to Jiffy lube and my experience was amazing. Richard and Samiah took care of my needs in a flash.They are a perfect example of what customer service should look like. If I lived in the area I'd go all the time. Please don't hesitate to visit them. They are knowledgeable and willing to go above to ensure you understand your vehicles needs.

Today I went and visited jiffylube on ATL HWY Athens Ga, the customer service was great they did there job Dedrick was so Palit he will not let you leave until your satisfied.Great place to get your car done !!

I went here to get my brake light replaced, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Dedrick, Richard, and Samiah were very friendly and helped make the experience quick and easy. Definitely recommend coming here for any auto needs and I will be back in the future!

They are completely incompetent at doing emissions testing. People that are certified just don t feel like coming in, or they are fired. There is no one there that has been there for only 60 days that can do the test. Their phone is broken so there is no way to communicate. Operating with no manager - I had to travel there twice to ask about emissions testing, first time the machine was broken, second time, the tester had just been fired. Don t bother if you value your time

Even during renovations and new management these guys hustled! They were waiting on a shipment of conventional but the new manager Dedrick offered me discounts to offset a blend oil change.
