Rhonda, their paint specialist went above and beyond to help me with passenger door side scrapes on my Toyota. Saved me alot of money and time. Very kind and gracious. Superb customer service not seen often today. Thank you.

The Manager Caleb is a great guy! He is the only reason why I changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating. Really took care of me and my dad. Which means you should avoid the beer smelling guy name Wade. He really upset my dad. Lazy and refused to help us per Advance Auto Policy.

I was frustrated from just buying my car Saturday morning & finding out the air didn t blow cold Sunday ! I pulled into Advance Auto Parts on Atl Hwy , and was approached by a young man named Caleb . He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about my car . Caleb assured me that he would help me figure out the cause , he noticed my urgency & immediately assisted me with what I needed . I m more than happy with the way he presented himself & the company . I never write google reviews but for his gracious acts , I m grabbed my phone & had to share this with anyone having minor issues with their car . Thanks Caleb :-)

This is the 3rd time I have come to this store to get a part. There are cars in the parking lot. The lights are all on - but the door is locked 5 to 10 minutes before it is time to close with no one in view and no one will answer the phone. This is just a terrible location and their reviews show it. Someone needs customer service training desperately. I would give this location negative stars if it were possible.... The employee responsible likely drives this white truck parked out front. Boooooo, hissssss...

I have been using this Advance Auto location for the past five years. I am in and out often as I own an older truck. It has been the most consistent parts store I have used for service and availability of parts.

Anytime I am needing auto parts or accessories, this is my go-to store. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Matt Moore has come to my aid on several occasions with assistance in the store. He is always so jovial and willing to help. What a great addition to your team! I will be back again.

Usually helpful and friendly service. But today, there were no employees available behind the counter to check me out. Me and several other customers left because there was no one available at the counter. Not a good way to run a business.

Incapable of testing older parts. Brought in an alternator from an old small block Chevy for testing. They told me it was bad, refused to elaborate. Went across the street to O'Reilly and had the alternator tested. It tested fine. Alternator was in working order. No thanks to Advance staff, who would rather tell me it was bad than test it properly.

I've gone here twice out of convenience, each time has been a bad experience. Soley because management is dismissive and unwilling to help. Bought a dud battery, It came with a 3 year warranty and I had proof of purchase. I was told "If it's in the car it's yours.." I just drove to another Advanced Auto Parts where they promptly checked it and switched out.

The paint department here is phenomenal. The expert definitely knows his stuff. In 20 minutes I had a custom paint color mixed and ready to go. Giving 4 stars because some of the employees didn't have masks and weren't great at staying distanced.

Brandon was very helpful and very personable as well. A+ employee. I wish all auto parts stores had employees like him. It is usually hard to find someone in these chain stores (O Riellys, Auto Zone, Advanced) to find knowledgeable employees.

Very rude older gentleman. I bought a battery from the one in Winder 3 months ago. My lawnmower has been in the shop for almost 3 months. I did not think it was the battery being I had just bought it. Come to find out it was the battery. They put a new one in and gave me the old battery. I took it to the one in Athens to get my money back from the battery. He said he could not give me the money but he could replace it. I explained that I have a new battery installed I did not need a replacement but I needed a refund. He said he could not do it. Okay trying to be understanding I call the one in Winder. He says he will call Athens to get it taken care of. The guy I. Athens had a nasty attitude and told me I would have to take it to Winder. Now I am having g to spend an extra hour driving there and another hour back to my houseall because this guy is having a bad day. I will not spend another penny here. Customer service goes a long way and this guy acts like he has not experience dealing with people.

Kasey was so helpful and gave me excellent customer service when I went here today to buy a rear view bulb. He spent his time assisting me and even installed my light for me, as I would have not had the tools or know how to fix this! Thanks for everything and great employee!

I had battery issues. I had an appointment and needed to get it solved ASAP. I went in, told the gentleman what I needed, he had a battery in stock, I paid, and he installed the battery. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. What a gentleman he was, very kind and efficient.

Very unprofessional staff. When someone comes in and doesn t know the year model of their car you don t ask, well do you know how to pump gas? . Very rude.

As with most parts stores had what I needed. Friendly counter people.Another day I placed an order on line, but when I got there about 25 minutes later the store had nt gotten the order. I just grabbed what I ordered off the shelf and checked out. I canceled the order when I got home. Online ordering is not good.

Line was kind of backed up a bit but I was elated to have a friendly female staff member go out of her way to ask us if we needed any help and she looked up the item we paid for online and had us out the door in just minutes. Wonderful!

I bought an alternator that was bad when i took it back in the box with the receipt less than 30 daysthey would not give me my money back. I will never buy from advance again terrible policies. I plan to fight this.

I had a check engine light read and bought windshield wiper fluid here. The price was the same as Wal-Mart which was surprising. The man that did my light read was very professional and offered me knowledge and next steps to take for the health of my car!

Recently customer service here has fallen off. Employee ignored me until a manager told her to help me. Then she answered a personal phone call and asked me 4 times what I was looking for. She then finally got annoyed and hung up her personal phone call and gave me then wrong parts for a different car.Go to O'Reilly's. Its across the street and they will treat you with respect.
