i had a cracked rim and couldn t find anyone in athens that could take care of me. Thankfully i called and they took me that day, welded my rim, and got my car back to me within 4 hours. So grateful thank you guys!

I was parallel parking my Audi and deeply scratched my passenger side front wheelThe curb rash was about 12 inches long and cut the tire and had to have it replacedNew Look did just that, the wheel perfectly balanced and my car looks and drives like it is brand new!I could not be happier with my results!New Look Alloy Wheel Repair delivered what they promised, 5 stars and I highly recommend!

Great experience. Made the process of fixing my rims and putting my new tires on extremely easy and inexpensive. They even touched up some areas and gave advice on other fixing options. Great Service and would definitely come again

I wanted some new wheels for my 2010 Colorado but couldn't find any 15 in So I had my wheels and trim painted. He did an excellent job and is very fair and friendly businessman

Had to travel 45mins to his shop but am glad i did.this is a fine fella when it comes to business and quality he inspected a wheel i had doubts about its trueness..he inspected it and determined it was actually the tire causing my issues and best part of all he didn't even charge me!i will be returning when my next set of wheels need service.

AMAZING experience today with a legit & honest business owner! Have alloy rims on my Mazda 6 3.7L that took a beating on a massive pot hole & curb - had gotten an estimate of $185-$250 to repair a new rim is over $450 and OEM on this 2009 is virtually impossible to find. The tire on this rim has been losing air to the point where I'm hitting the air pumps a couple times a week - CRAZY right?!? So, found out after going by and having "Khouan" (the owner) take a look at it that I actually had a piece of a nail and another random hole in the TIRE causing my air pressure issue NOT the chewed up rim as previously told!!! He took the time to find the tire leak(s), plug both leaks and get me safely back on the road...could have easily charged me to "fix" my rim and made $$$ but instead he was forthright and HONEST!!! That's a rare commodity these days and on top of that he was just a really nice, hard-working, local business owner - - double bonus!!! I highly recommend this business and I will return for any alloy rim work I'll need in the future. Thanks again Khouan for taking good care of me and my Mazda today. Greatly appreciated.

Great quick service. Had a bent and cracked wheel that wasn t holding air! Khouan fixed it and got me on the road so I could go on vacation. Will be back if I ever need a wheel repair again. He saved our trip!!! Thanks new look!

A New Look Alloy Wheels always produces great work in a timely manner!! The Owner takes great pride in any and all work that is produced in this shop, which says a lot about the business itself! It's hard to find an honest small town business, that is very reputable!There are several options for you to achieve the look you want for your wheels. Be sure to check him out, the work he does is phenomenal and flawless!!

After a family vacation on our way we had a flat.I tire shop 360 miles from home replaced the tire but cracked the rim. Days later we continued to have issues with a slow leak. THANKFULLY the hero s from New look found a hidden small crack barely detectable to the human eyes. Now my wife and kids are safe on the road. Ask for Mr. Khouan for the best service. I ve attached pictures of the before and after.Thanks again New look team

I called multiple times, no response! Shop was closed and no answer after knocking. Came down here due to the great reviews but went elsewhere since you didnt have a chance to answer my calls till it was too late.
