I stopped in for a last minute tire fix before heading back home to Florida. The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful. They did not hesitate to make sure my tire was tended to real fast. Williams Tire is a go to location for fast and friendly service.

Awesome service! Got in around 4 am from out of town and got a flat tire from a pothole. Staff was friendly and got us in quickly. The were honest and not pushy and were super kind to tell us around the area

We were on vacation in the area and had a blowout due to debris on the road.The staff at Williams did a fabulous job getting us back on the road.From start to finish, they kept us updated and finished earlier than expected.Great business to work with.

I was in for a long weekend, hit something in the road, ended up have to change tire to get back to town, stopped by for them to fix my flat, tire was too damaged, they check my spare, aired it up, tighten my lugs and made sure I was safe to drive back to Florida, we will be back and forth to north Georgia often, we will also trust Williams Tire with anything that comes up while in town. Got me back on the road. Thanks so much.

Don t come here unless you are on mountain time. Tried to get an oil change 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing time, only customer here and the girls up front said we close in and hour and a half..don t think we can do it until Tuesday. Guess this place is not a business wanting to make money..look elsewhere, no help here

We were in need of a front end alignment, badly. We called and they were able to get us in a couple hours...hours, not days. They did a great job and did it quickly. I would definitely recommend Williams Tire for you next front end alignment.

2 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon and had a fast tire leak. So glad I found this place. Great people. Good laughs. Great service. Efficient. Reasonable honest price. Don't go to Wally World... Support the local place!!

This place is amazing. My husband and I were on vacation and got a nail in our tire. This place patched us up super quick and we were so grateful. Great customer service and very nice people. Highly recommend!!

Went in for alignment, found out I needed 2 front tires. Was leaving for vacation next day. They ordered my tires, got them installed and I was ready to go after lunch. Didn t have to change my plans either! Very happy!They are a locally owned company and we always use them. Just like previous times, they have never let us down! Thank you guys for always being there!

I had tires put on my Jeep today at Williams Tire. The service was prompt and affordable. I have waited longer to have my oil changed than it took them to put my tires on. Will continue to use Williams Tire.

I took my truck in on Saturday 1/14/23 for a slow leak in right rear tire. We waited probably 2hours which was understandable it being a Saturday. After a couple hours we were told the truck was ready I asked what did he find as the issue and I was told a roofing nail. I paid the 25.00 and was happy that the tire was repaired. On Sunday 1/15/23 got in truck to come home same tire was showing 24 psi low pressure. Williams was not open so we drove home. On Monday 1/16/23 the tire was down to 20 psi checked their website and they were closed for holiday. On Tuesday 1/17/23 the tire had went down to 18 psi to risky to drive back to Blue Ridge. Added some air took it to local tire shop they found a second nail in the same tire that had been there for a while. I wish the technician at Williams had inspected the entire tire and did two repairs instead of just the one. Moral of the story is a tire can have more than one nail at the same time. Always check for more.

Great place! Had my tires replaced last week, and Williams did a great job. I arrived at opening and was done very quickly. Friendly staff, plenty of room in waiting area which was also very clean.

Great service, awesome job! David at Williams Tires is very knowledgeable, courteous and took good care of me. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. And prices were fair.Kudos...... What an asset!We need more people/places like this.

I won't even go into the details but terrible customer service!!! The woman I delt with was rude and unprofessional to me and my mother and it is completely ridiculous that they charge $35 per tire for a mount and balance. Maybe they all charge this but two years ago , they charged me $10 a tire. Stay humble folks and learn a thing or two about people skills and treating people with kindness and respect.

I have used this place a few times for simple tire services since I moved to Blue Ridge a few yrs ago. The people always seemed nice. But I never had that feeling that the people really cared. And after my last experience I will never recommend anyone use this place. They are price gouging in a bad way. I brought 2 wheels off of the wifes car to have the new tires installed. I was charged $96 to mount and balance 2 tires! I was told there was a $35/ tire service fee for low profile tires. These were not anything special tires. Basic stock size tires for a Mustang. Keep in mind I brought just the wheels and the new tires in to them. They didn't even have to touch the car. I questioned the charges and was treated like I was stupid. And then was told I got a special deal because they usually charge $45 per tire for that service. I am a life long mechanic and have never heard of such a thing for stock size tires. Then while trying to leave after paying. I was confronted by an employee in the parking lot. He asked why I was so upset. I explained the situation and was immediately told if i didn't like it. Then I needed to leave and never come back.. Just a very unprofessional place. And they have no issues with price gouging anyone who walks thru the door.

After a very frustrating and disheartening series of events following a flat tire in Blue Ridge, I was directed to Williams Tire. The reception staff and service techs went out of their way. They were professional and accommodating making up for the way my day started. If you are in the area and need assistance with a tire repair or just need a new set of tires for your vehicle, I highly recommend Williams Tire.

My warning light came on indicating low pressure in my tire. We were visiting from out of state and didn t know where to go. We saw Williams tire and stopped in, it was a Friday afternoon shortly before closing and they couldn t have been more helpful and courteous! They diagnosed the problem , filled our tire, checked the others and even figured out how to clear our warning light! Fast and so nice! Highly recommend!

We had bought two front tires and had them balanced for our RV before our trip to Blue Ridge. Upon arriving at the campground we noticed a flat on one of the rear dual wheels. I googled tire repair near me and were we ever lucky. Williams Tire was less than a mile away. Got us right in. Fixed the flat, corrected the air pressure in all the tires, and re-balanced the two new front tires for us because it drove horrible on the trip to Blue Ridge, drove like a dream on the way home. We were very pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend Williams Tire whether you are local or need tire help passing through. Great company!

This is a long review but it does highlight just how good the service is here. Got a flat on my RV just leaving Blue Ridge for Nashville. Called a couple of locations with either no answer or too busy to help, then I called Williams Tire. I was told, "Sure , come on over." Met there by a man I presume was the manager-he looked at the tire and said, "No problem we can fix that, give me about an hour." That positive, helpful attitude just brightened the day right off. It gets even better because within the hour the tire tech, who was just as helpful as the manager, had checked out the tire and discovered it was a faulty valve extender so I didn't need a patch or a very costly new tire. Now the place was busy but they went out of their way to accommodate me so I could be on my way. I was never going to be a repeat customer because I live in Florida but they provided the very best service all round regardless of that fact. Sorry I didn't get your names but you were great. Thanks a lot.

These guys are awesome. We blew the side wall off roading and these guys had the same tires we already had and had it on there in just a few minutes. We re came to the shop at the last minute and they were still happy to help us. The price they told us was $50 below msrp. Highly recommend.

We were traveling from out of state and our tire pressure indicator light came on. We added air from a gas station nearby and the indicator light was still on. Because we still needed to travel hundreds of miles, we went to Williams Tire to have our tires checked. This facility took the time to check all four of our tires to make sure that there was not damage. Our tire pressure was low in all four tires. The mechanic added air to all four tires and relieved us of our anxiety while traveling. Everyone was very professional and courteous and they did not charge us anything! Great place for anyone needing help with tires.
