I had an outstanding experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my car received a thorough and meticulous cleaning. The end result was simply stunning - my vehicle looked as though it had just rolled off the showroom floor! Every nook and cranny was impeccably cleaned, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The prices are reasonable for the level of service you receive. I left the car wash feeling extremely satisfied and my car has never looked better. I will definitely be returning for all my future car cleaning needs. Highly recommended to anyone who wants top-notch service and a brilliantly clean car!

Great car wash for the price. We do the monthly and the auto tag reader is hit or miss (minus one star for that). Glad summer is over - adults are much better workers than high schoolers. Love Love Love the vacuum area with towels, air, window cleaner, General cleaner. They also have an awesome machine that cleans your mats.

My credit and debit card mag strip wasnt working and a young gentleman came over and told us not to worry about it and covered it for us. Extremely thankful to have such kind service today!

This is a great location. Everything works well, cars come out sparkling, access to free towels and cleaning tools are very helpful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have a clean, reliable way to wash my car without worrying about potential damage right here in Blue Ridge. The membership is a bit quirky, but an attendant comes over to greet and enter my plate number. Definitely, I recommend this car wash.

1/9/24 - update: while balancing my bank statement I noticed I had been auto paying this car wash $40 a month for the last year for a car wash membership. I have never signed up for a membership and have only used this carwash maybe 5 times in last year. I've tried to reach-out via website to try to get a credit but no one responds. I went by the carwash yesterday and the manager conveniently wasn't there. Hoping someone with integrity sees this and offers to refund my almost $500.Guys working there very nice. Once through the car wash they ran over and grabbed my rubber mats to clean them. Been several times and really like this place.

Had a great experience here. Best car wash ! Wesley was very nice and offered a $5 off coupon which I was very happy to use. Plus my car always looks so shiny and clean after going through! Would highly recommend !

Great, friendly customer service. Easy and fast. Free vacuum. I have a membership on one of my other vehicles, but not this one. Jonathan was very helpful and got me through the purchase process very efficiently.

Good car wash. The only issue with this location is the tag reader (if you have the unlimited wash package) does not work sometimes. Overall, great location

Logan was amazing! He saw my truck was pretty dirty so he took the extra time to make sure I left with my vehicle being spotless. With over a year of using this car wash I ve never had someone take that much time to make sure I left a happy customer.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

What a deal I got today! Chose best wash and it was only $5!! Very nice job, used the self serve station to vacuum and clean the interior. Wesley graciously cleaned my windshield from the inside as I was unable to get it clean, not enough arm strength I guess! Highly recommend, only negative is they need more cleaning towels readily available! Thanks guys!!

I ve been coming here for about a month and I ve had nothing but AMAZING service. Everyone is SUPER helpful and just genuinely pleasant. They pre-wash your car and the actual car wash itself is PERFECT! Absolutely no issues and will keep coming back again and again! Would definitely recommend to ANYONE!

Wow, this is the best wash I ve ever been to! They literally scrub the front & got under the spoiler of my tailgate as a pre-wash. I also have had trouble getting my car into neutral at other washes to catch the guide in time, but here you don t have to time it. Just follow their guidance of when you go into neutral & then they start the conveyor. Well done!

Car wash is great until they damage something. While they are using the handheld broom tool to pre wash my car they slammed the back windshield wiper breaking the cover. I asked the employee who I call or speak to for reimbursement and he said they don t give out a phone number or email address but that someone would call me. It has been 8 weeks and no one reached out. They beg you to post a review every time you come to this location so this is an accurate reflection of what you get. Great car wash until something goes wrong then SILENCE.Hopefully this review will get a phone call!Service: Auto detailing

Love this car wash! Eric was exceptionally helpful & pressure washed my icky rubber floor mats for me! I wasn t expecting him to offer that kindness so this made my experience even better today! I won t ever use another car wash!

I am a monthly member. The wash is a high quality one and they appear to be working on staff to ensure that the process works smoothly. Areas to improve: vacuums are often not functional; towels are missing too frequently. I dislike how they now have employees taking your money and walking around asking for reviews. For rebranding and being called the Whistle Express, there isn t anything express about this process. It s still the nicest car wash in blue ridge, but I preferred when I could come and wash my car in 15 minutes in peace.

This car wash was so much better when they had competent employees working there like Wesley and Eric at least they would not FORCE YOU TO LEAVE A REVIEW LOGAN!!! Would give -3 stars if I could
