The night before guests were arriving at our rental cabin, we discovered that a new grill was needed. A helpful gentleman named Mr. C.B. checked their inventory in the stock room and discovered a grill we liked very much, but we needed it put together the next morning. The nice folks at Tractor Supply in Blue Ridge rearranged their morning schedule to meet our needs. I don t know the names of the other staff members involved, but my husband and I are grateful for their excellent customer service and helpful attitudes.

Make sure to check pricing being charged vs what s displayed! Had it happened several times that items ring up higher than what s marked on the shelf. Kinda sketchy

It's okay, the staff are mostly helpful and pleasant with a couple of exceptions. The store is not very user friendly, the aisles are too crowded, and the layout is confusing. Too much stuff scattered everywhere. They run out of stock often in pet food, and wild bird food.

We use Tractor Supply for all of our farm needs employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Recently they helped us with some solar LED driveway markers and I very cute birdhouse and chime for our porch.

Don t try to get propane here near closing time we tried to 20 mins before closing and they advised me after driving 20 miles they close it down 30 mins before their actual closing time.

They sold me a bad product, and when I returned it, they refused to refund the warranty and were very rude about it. This was the day after my mother died, so it hurt me to be treated cruelly. They can take their bad products to Hell with them for all I care.

We love our local tractor supply; always quick and friendly service!6/18/22 update: went in this evening and Jakob and the associate working with him were great, they had great attitudes when my husband and I couldn t find what I was looking for and helped me find a replacement. Speedy, kind and courteous gentleman. We ve always had such great service at our blue ridge location.

Bill, the manager, and the other employees I spoke with were the friendliest and most helpful people anyone would want to do business with. They were all very patient with all of my questions. They explained everything to my complete understanding. The entire store was a great experience to just browse the aisles. Clean store. I highly recommend this location to do business with. KEEP LOCAL TAX DOLLARS IN BLUE RIDGE.

I order canning lids in which they got them on Amazon didn't fit I got 2 boxes of 96 flats lids charged me 130 dollors offered me 1199 bk .Been going there since then opened buy you can't trust there online ordering BEWARE. The lid came off an I had 2nd 3rd degree burns if I could find lawyer I would sue them for using Amazon an faulty equipment mat just find one again BEWARE

I bought a Rubbermaid stock tank from this location, which developed a hole. My husband called and asked about returning it, and the employee AND a manager said it was no problem, despite the purchase being made more than 30 days ago.Upon returning to the store, we were told that we could not return it because it was more than 30 days ago. This store NEEDS to get their story straight. They exemplified very poor customer service and showed their employee's lack of knowledge concerning store policy today. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received. Greg went out of his way to see if the product we were looking for was on the truck that just arrived. He was able to locate the 2 chairs we wanted and get off truck for us.

Called to see if I could have two items placed up front for my husband to stop in and pick up. Spoke with Jack. He was very kind and took the time to make sure the items were actually in stock. He went and found both of the items right away. Thanks to Jack, they were placed up front and ready for pickup before we hung up. SO helpful! Thanks, Jack!!

I came into your store again last week and a super nice lady came up to me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I was very pleased that she approached me as when she is not there I typically have to go and seek out an employee to help me. Her name is Nanci.Nanci is very knowledgeable about the store and how to use the products. I now seek her out when I come in. You should hire more employees like Nanci.

I really like this tractor supply. Staff is always nice and the store is always clean. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is there have been several times we've gone there for an item that I know they always carry, and they will be out of stock and can't tell us when it'll be back in stock. (Example: I went in for a 3 gallon chicken waterer, that I've seen there 1000 times before, and they had the lid to the waterer but not the actual drum that holds the water. Weird?) Overall a lovely store.

I went in to the Blue Ridge store to get some canned food for my dog's and there was nothing on their shelves !! I have never been in the store and not been able to buy thingsi needed. I always buy the 4 Health brand for Sensitive Stomachs. I'm very disappointed in the help also.t They youngguythat I asked for help toseeifthere was any of the dog food on the top shelf said...NO IT IS NOT UP THERE EITHER.

Love this store! Stopped in for a certain TSC hat. The only one on the rack had a small tear on the bill, so I asked if they had any more in the back. The manager said that they didn't, but ripped the tag off and gave it to me for free! Two TSC hats for $5.

Great store, great customer service, blue ridge tractor supply fills propane tanks for grills...for very cheap! Cheaper then Home Depot! Like $8 to fill up versus $22-24. We buy our chicken feed here and live to browse the clearance isle to see if there is anything we may need and can get it at a bargain.

Nice variety, prices overall are fairly good...convenient, knowledgeable staff, they have a points thing but so far , and this is after buying here for years, we've never seen a benefit

I usually rate Tractor Supply higher, but I didn't ask for the cashier's political opinion. I guess that was included extra? I want our dog food, not how well he thinks Biden is doing or not doing.

This store has some very lazy employees. Especially the ones working at night. They refused to sell products that have to be loaded by hand. 1st said they dont have it. Then Said we had to buy the whole pallet.i have had nothing but bad experiences here.

After buying a tube for a John Deere side by side not knowing if it was the correct size. Employee at the store said to simply bring it back if i had any trouble. It has a 1 year warranty. Very nice guy working that day and I where both unsure if it would hold the weight...... Less than a week and the tube went flat. I took it back to Tractor Supply and they said they could not stand behind the 1 year warranty. Just be careful when buying here and make sure not to trust the employees.

If you have pets, work outside or just want good quality clothing or boots this place is a must. From tools ,feed or even chicks or ducklings in the right season it's the store for you. Always friendly and helpful.
